Always very nice. Keep notes of what each appointment entailed. Willing to change a detail within reason (ie. wanted the hair around my dog's face to be a bit shorter). Have allergy-free products.

Had a great first experience at Posh Paws. They listened to what I wanted and had our springer done with a full haircut in 2 hours. I love how easy it is to schedule online! Will go again

Very professional, all for a good price. I had taken my labradoodle somewhere else and when I would come to pick her up they always added extra charges. Posh PAW was highly recommended to us, so glad I gave them a try. Already set up my puppy's next appointment. I also likes that they don’t crate them.

I loved my first experience with Posh Paws! From walking in and seeing the open layout and the other dogs waiting up front and not shoved into kennels waiting their turn. Also my dog smelled great, got a actual good shaving and her nails done. Will definitely be returning!

Posh Paws (went to the Granite Bay location) was amazing! Had Stacy groom my 6 month old Labradoodle for his first full puppy haircut and she absolutely nailed it. The receptionist even called me when he was 20 min from being done since I live far away which was so considerate! This staff is very professional and personable, definitely worth the price knowing my dog had a good experience and cut how I wanted. Not crating them is a bonus. Will absolutely come back! Ever since COVID I’ve had nothing but issues with the salon. I understand staffing issues, I understand weird store hours, understand mistakes happen but I’ve had enough. I make an appointment here, get a confirmation email. Hour later I get an email that my appointment has been canceled for some reason. Fine whatever I’ll do it another day. But then get a phone call saying I’m late! I call back to see what’s going on and I am out on hold for 10 min. I hang up call back get someone right away and then they ask me if I can get there in 15 mins they will still take my dog. I rush there as fast as I can give them my dog explain the problem but the staff clearly doesn’t care. Most important thing to them was being back to pick up my dog before closing. I get it, you want to go home. But I would have been 30min sooner had I known my appointment wasn’t actually cancelled! They didn’t acknowledge an issue and brushed it off. With past mistakes of being disorganized, texting me to pick up a dog that’s not mine, and trying to give me the wrong dog at pick up, I’m done. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Take your pets somewhere else, I will be.

These people know what and how to take care of their patients (#dogs). Very satisfied

We have been going to Posh Paws now for a few years and the staff is wonderful and Stacy, who is our groomer now, does an absolutely fantastic job with our little for baby!! Highly recommend this place!!

I have a very scared and shy sheltie, who can be difficult at the groomers. Posh did an amazing job with him! I would highly recommend and plan to return.

I can’t recommend Posh Paws enough. They have a very clean and accommodating facility. Their staff are fantastic. I feel like they really care for my dogs when they’re in for a grooming. They do a great job each and every time and are consistent with the grooming style requested. Thank you!!

Overall, great service and great grooming experience! I recommend this to anyone with a difficult dog for they will always do their best to make the dog groomed properly. The staff is usually nice but sometimes is ignorant. It is always clean inside the store and my dog never complains so it’s all good lol

Not so clean place My dog brought fleas from them twice, the other time came to pick up my dog and saw how random puppy was wondering around and peeing on everything and looked like no one cared

I called the day of to schedule a dog wash and nail trim and I was able to get right in the same day! Very clean environment and friendly staff. Would definitely take our dog back here next time he needs a good bath!

Alyssa was very friendly and I felt very comfortable leaving Connor with her and the staff. When picking Connor up he looked great and it is now days letter and he still looks good and smells nice. His nails were clipped, received a full bathing, and brushing. My new favorite place to have my dog bathed and pampered. :) - Josh

My puppy had not had a real full grooming yet. We used one of the local pet store groomers but the experience wasn't great. I found Posh Paws and after speaking with the staff over the phone noticed the immediate difference and how comfortable and easy setting an appt was. They got me in the same day. When I got there the first thing I noticed was the entire place was open. I could see the staff and animals and everyone looked happy and clean. I dropped my pup off and was happy to get the call she was ready. Upon my return the groomer was ready with her as I walked in and my pup was HAPPY. Like really happy. The groomer was awesome and super sweet. My pup looked great and despite it being the first really cut she got, they didn't miss a spot. I'd highly recommend this place and will be returning for the next one and many more to come.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! Brought my dog for a bath, blow out and nail trim. They did not ask for proof of vaccines before agreeing to groom him, so be careful about bringing your dogs here. Also my dog developed an eye infection almost immediately after coming back (brought him back in the evening, next morning my dogs eye was swollen and leaking). I am definitely not returning and strongly advise that you avoid this place for your dog's sake.
