It used to be the best and now it is the worst. I hate this place and have moved on.

Arrived today for an appt only to find a cyclone fence surrounding the former Bayside Animal Hospital. You would think when the appointment was made they would provide a friendly reminder they moved. Placed a call from the parking lot and was greeted by a women who placed me on hold. After several minutes I hung up. My wife then called to find out what is going on. She was advised they emailed all their customers about their move three months ago. My wife then asked what email and of course the address was incorrect despite being customers for several years. This place is in the toilet and it started to go south after Dr. Campbell retired. Time for a new vet!!!!!!!!

Told them our cat had let her nails get too long and started to curl into her paws. She's too feisty to let us do it but when a vet does it she's completely fine. Others wanted us to book in September but they'd take us today. Brought her in and out. With an exam, nails done, and a rabies Vax. $110 Reasonable prices. And great staff. Said Samantha was great!

HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE ANYMORE! Ever since Dr. Campbell retired and Dr. Connor left it's gone downhill. I took my dogs in for their annual visits 2 weeks ago and was suggested to get the Lepto and Canine Influenza. Considering the state of the water here this year I was okay with it. I was told I needed to come back 2 weeks later (today) for the boosters. Not only did I not know there would be a charge for this visit (which totaled almost $140) as there never was in the past, they charged me MORE for the boosters than the initial vaccine AND a syringe disposal fee for both dogs. I checked my last invoice from 2 weeks ago and there was no charge for this disposal. In fact, it has NEVER been charged. I will never go back here. I drive 35 minutes out of my way specifically because of the service and employee's, not anymore. No one should go here, ever.

I knew there must be something that changed, Dr. Campbell has retired. This is no longer the veterinarian that I choose to see, office staff is horrible. The receptionist who answer the phone very unprofessional.

Dr. Nomann was excellent. We are so thankful for the love and care we received at Bayside Animal Hospital. We will now be switching to this vet from our previous vet. My daughter and I were so worried and emotional and KJ and staff took great care of us and Pepper our kitty. So much love to the staff. Thank you!!!

KJ is super mean. The staff is unhappy. It’s just not the same without Dr. Cambell. There’s a negative feeling all around. We moved to Granite Bay Vet because the receptionists at Bayside are just too rude.

Used to be great. Now it is over priced and limited availability for appointments even if pet is really sick.

Just want to thank Bayside Vet. Their staff are great and they've always taken great care of my dog. Been taking my Cockapoo Elsa to them for about 7 years now and I think she would agree with my review. :)

I've been taking my dogs to Bayside for past 5 years and been very satisfied with all the Dr.'s, technicians, services and costs. However after new owners took over (Dr Campbell retired) things changed and prices skyrocketed. They also seemed to "recommend" treatments which seemed to me as an Up-Sell. My Sr. dog had a teeth cleaning which resulted in 8 extractions and extensive tissue graphing while being in surgery for over 1 hr. Original Bayside charged me $450. Fast forward 2 yrs later under new ownership they quoted me on the low end $750 high end $1200. When I told the Dr. I was going to look around for Pet Insurance her response was "good luck trying to find coverage for a dog her age". That rubbed me all the wrong ways.

Very disappointed. Doctor Campbell retired and it made the difference. New staff do not need to keep patients. They do not care if they can loose four patients, I have four pets. Annual exam notification was not sent in advance, my dog became sick right at time of annual exam due; and I am unable to get appointment until end of March; they do not attempt to meet your needs.

Simply stated not the same without Dr. Campbell. I married into a family that had been seeing Dr. Campbell for 20+ years. I absolutely love him and the care he provided our animals. Tests suggested when needed but not for the simple $$$. He has built such a following. Twila, our favorite, knew each of our animals by name and cared. With the retirement of Dr. Campbell... no longer the warm cozy feelings. Sterile, clinical care. Bottom $$$ top of list. We have traveled from East Sac to continue to see our favorite vet and staff. We will look elsewhere. End of an era for our family and the care our animals received for so many years from an absolute gem!

We are traveling from out of state and they worked us in to get our baby checked out. Very sweet staff and we didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. (We were a walk in)

We have been bringing our dogs to Bayside Animal Hospital for over 10 years. Dr. Campbell was the best. He was attentive, caring, through, and very personal. Dr. Campbell retired and sold the business to a larger veterinarian firm. The services provided by the new ownership are very underwhelming and disappointing. The work our animals received was, at best, very clinical, non-personal, and below our expectations. The new ownership also increased prices while reducing services with and without prior notification. If you care about your pets I would use someone other than Bayside Animal Hospital.

Best vet ever. So caring and kind. Saved my Bella's life 2 times by listening to me and not assuming her cough was just due to her MVD.

It was great until Dr. Campbell retired, now everything has changed. I won't go there anymore.

My Theodore kitty kad what could be considered a medical emergency. Front desk staff realized this and told me to bring Theodore over immediately. Dr. Campbell was wonderful about getting a diagnosis and treatment plan. Very compassionate and realistic approaches to Theodore's care. Am grateful to him and all his staff!!!!!. They fit Theodore into their very busy schedule too!.

Ok cost wise. Dr. rushed my appt. rather quickly, tech was short with me in the room, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Felt not cared about, like just another appt. Upon check in, an extremely vocal receptionist was having a phone …

The best and most honest place you can go to. Couldnt be happier with this place. This place will recomend only what is necessary and is very resonable on their prices. Been to many other and very happy to have found this place for sure. Easy removal of fox tails and so much more...

Bayside Veterinarians and staff are wonderful. We brought our very loved senior dog to them. She received excellent care. The prices are fair. We drive one hour to see them because we trust them so much. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Campbell is the best doctor. I always recommend his services to everyone. He is so attentive and caring to any concern I've had over the years. I can rely on him for anything with my pets nothing is too big or small he gives you patience and lots of knowledge. The entire Office is a great experience very clean always organized with very helpful staff.

Dr Campbell and his staff are awesome.

Both Veterinarians, staff, & the front desk are amazing!! They have even sometimes been able to see me the same day I call. And their prices are ridiculous low but that doesn't in any way effect the care that is given.

Dr. Bradley was AMAZING with my cat. He came home today, after having 16 masses removed, purring, and acting like he had been to the spa:) My father was a vet, so I know a great vet when I meet one! Our greatest surprise was the bill: VERY reasonable. I have found a new vet for my 5 cats!
