Never expected to be so good

My cat was well taken care of. The doctor is very patient and knowledgeable. The assistant also clipped her toenails and taught me what to look for so I can do it next time.

Five stars ,super helpfult,hey care for our pets and affordable. I brought my cat to get neutered and I loved the outcome my cat has anxiety in car rides,so they helped me with that situation.

I was absolutely impressed from arrival to leaving. I would absolutely recommend this veterinarian.

I wouldn't recommend this animal hospital to anyone because I had a very negative experience with putting my dog down here last week. We made an appointment to have him euthanized which obviously is a difficult thing to do. Because of COVID only one person could be in the room at a time, they said they would give me a few moments alone with my dog to say goodbye and to come out and let them know when I was done. So I started saying my goodbyes to him and in the middle of me sobbing my eyes out and holding him one last time, a different staff member opens the door and interrupts me to ask me if I want to pay before or after we put him down. I would've appreciated if they could've waited until I left the room instead of interrupting a private moment to ask me about money. Then I went to wait in the car while my other family members said goodbye. When my brother went back in to retrieve our dog (we planned to take him home and bury him) he said they handed our dog back to him wrapped in a towel.... and expected us to take him like that. My brother had to ask if there was something we could put his body in and they gave us a used empty Amazon cardboard box that they had received a shipment in. We paid over $200 for this. I'm sure there are other offices that would handle euthanizing your pet in a much more professional manner.

The Vet, told me my dog had a utering infeccion and neef an urgent surgery that cost me around $2700 dolls, and need to keep her rigth away, i took her some where else and she didnt had such problem. They gave me some alergies and skin meds.,

My kitty (pfp) got neutered here the appointment was scheduled for the next day (better than most of the local vets) I appreciate how they made things optional if you didn't have the funds for them. I'm giving 4/5 because other people have said the customer service is bad.

Dr Kane is always the best. Been going to him since 1980's. Staff is super friendly service is great. Just an older office setting without all the bells and whistles. The only complaint was that I asked for a quote from staff for full panel shots and was told $75 but after the fact it was $120 so there was a miscommunication between front desk and doctor. Ended up paying additional $45 for lime shot. ???? So, who knows maybe my dog might need it this year. Idk..maybe a God Shot after all. ???? I will definitely return.

This place is the best second time I go and they treat my puppy with love. Dr and his helpers are loving with him . They are definitely a go to and I'm staying here.

We brought our dog to get checked for his torn ligament and they were so careful and we will for sure bring our dog for surgery next time! :)

My experiences at this hospital has been wonderful! The staffs are very caring, knowledgeable and professional with their service. Dr.Kang is highly experienced and knowledgeable. He has saved my dog 2 times from severe illnesses. Don't know how my dog would've survived without him. Their costs are very reasonable too! Some places would ask a highly ridiculous price. Another respectful thing is that they are really taking good caution with the COVID protocols which is very important for us humans. Honestly, truly thankful to all the staffs and doctors who is doing their best to help our family and thinking of our pets as a family member rather than just a pet during this COVID times. Thank you guys so so much for always accepting our family and making us feel comfortable and safe for them!! Thank you so much!! I would give more than 5 stars if I can!!

Took my new kitten to be seen by vet, 2 weeks later my kitten is displaying sign of tape worms. Called this place back and they said just bring them back and we can go over what to do next complimentary. We get there, they will not let us in and are telling they are going to recharge us for the visit and for the procedure which we aren’t aware of. When I try to explain I had called to rectify their error she proceeded to say that’s not how they work and hung up instead of handling the situation better. My family and I have been going to this vet for 15 years. Really sad to see how customer service is so poor.

I brought my dog here for a c section Monday morning they got out 6 puppies 2 days later (today) she pushes out two puppies I call the vet and demand to speak to the doctor and his response was I didn’t think to look again I rushed her to a emergency to find 2 more puppies still inside this doctor completely messed up the surgery he has no idea what he is doing obviously so called dr karr I hope you read this you didn’t even have the audacity to apologize instead you sent out your staff there is a special place in hell for people like you !!!!

Took our dog for a c-section and he “missed” 4 puppies . How the heck does this happen ? When we called him to let him know he refunded our money only after making sure we signed a paper that he wrote up stating my son wouldn’t take an legal action. We were lucky to have found Dr B at West Covina Animal Hospital that had provided great care for our pitbull. Our poor dog was in labor for 2 days after her csection before we knew she was still trying to push out the rest of her litter . 4 dead puppies thanks to this so called veterinarian. The stuff is great especially Des. But unfortunately they aren’t the ones performing the procedures or surgeries. This has been an experience and and expensive one.

First time visited, my dog was not scared. We will be back.

Entire staff was kind and efficient! Got an appointment so fast unlike most of the vets in the area smh plus the prices are kept reasonable too.

Wonderful and caring staff makes bringing your beloved pet's to the doctor a little less stressful for both the animals and their parents.

They are great in a sense that they will take whatever dog to look at for any minor things but if your dog has an infection or something more severe they will only keep prescribing more drugs, and obviously that doesn’t work for all dogs , I thought they were not as knowledgeable when it came for nasal infections, as to what to do next, they were not able to find out what was wrong with my dog and gave me nothing no hope no further instructions. I feel really sad my my doggy because caring for them can be very expensive, and I wish I can find a low income help for help

Everyone was terrific.. Unfortunately I went in to do something I didn't want to do.. but all personel were, kind , considerate and compassionate.. Think it'll be our new home to take care of our pups
