The ladies were very sweet with my dogs. They finished them in the time I asked for and my dogs look amazing. I will continue to use their services.

They really give your pet companion attention and provide a pleasant experience. My Schnauzer actually loves his time with "Ladies Pet Grooming". I can tell by his tail stub going crazy.

The staff is amazing and my dog (shih-tzu) always comes out looking perfect. I had been looking for a grooming spa and this one was the perfect fit, it is now the only place I will take my dog. Also, my dog is a bit of a hassle and they still manage to make him look great.

Love Ladies Pet Grooming! The place is so cute and clean, it’s open and you can see all the animals. My dog and cat always come home smelling so good and looking adorable. Also the ladies who run the shop couldn’t be anymore nicer and they listen to what you ask for. Try them!

I moved to San Dimas, and looking for a groomer for my two fur babies. I tried this place and was very satisfied with the job they did. I tried another place and it was not what I had expected. So I have continued to have my doggies groomed here for last 2yrs. I love this ladies they are so sweet and loving to all the pets they groom. Juanita Johnson

We had our dog Rex groomed there yesterday and he was perfect!!! Soft, silky with no knots!!! We will be using them again!!!

We were one of those difficult customers that didnt know exactly what we wanted but we knew what we didnt want. The result were way better then what we imagined. Wonderful job ladies!

I was so disappointed with my experience this time. I've brought my dog's here before and it was fine. This time I asked for a summer cut and they shaved my dogs down to skin. Down to skin! I came in to pick the girls up and there was blood on my white dog and when I asked what happened the lady did not speak English so she couldn't tell me anything. I have no problem with them not being able to speak English but when I ask a question about why my dog is hurt she should have brought out the manager so I could have spoken to somebody. Not only did they cut my dog in several spots they gave her razor burn they cut her nail too short and she bled on a couple of different nails. This is the worst service I've ever had and I will never take my dogs back there again.

This place is awesome my princess looks beautiful and they were so nice to her. She's 15 yrs old. Coming back again.

Tried this place out for the first time today. I was very pleased with the new management. The ladies in the front desk were super attentive and friendly. I was very impressed when I picked up my lahsa. It was the neatest cut she'd ever had. I will be returning for sure.
