Banfield Pet Hospital Glendora, California

This place is great to me and my pups. Have the plan with them and it has been helpful in keeping our dogs healthy. Nice staff. Informed vets. A little high in price but quality care. Had my dog put down here as well and they were very comforting. Gave us the time and space we needed and even sent a sympathy card signed by the whole staff. Thanks for everything!

The Glendora location is way better than the west Covina location. The glendora location is willing to work with you as far as times go and booking appointments. They're way friendlier and excellent customer service

Its very sad took my dog in two years ago. They told me the dog will die unless you spend big money. 2 years later my dog is still alive but last night got very sick. Called them wanted to put him to rest. They told me if I wasn't gonna pay lots of money then they would deny him. I just didn't want him to suffer. He died early morning and I really think Banfield puts profit before what's right. These people are the real problem.

I brought my cat Charlie Brown specifically to this location even though I live in Corona. The reason I drove in crazy traffic to Gkendora was due to my trust in Dr Tiffany Riser. Everyone at this Benefield Pet Hospital are Earth Angels.

The shot my cat needed was 30 dollars but they swindled me into paying $170. They said they had to do all kinds of tests he didn’t need. Do not take your animals here. Try cypress animal hospital instead.

I Can Tell That The Entire Staff Love's There Job and Care For Are Pet's ,I've Been To Many Vet Hospital and This One Was The First One I Was Really Impressed With The Care My Pet Received The Staff and Vet Doctor Explain Everything To Me . Thank you Banfield Pet Hospital Staff For Everything.!!!

I am extremely upset with the services here I called this morning to take my dog in for possible ear infection they told me they can fit me in at 11 but if I could to come earlier. I dropped off my Bella at 1033am and it is now 536pm and i still have not recieved an update i called numerous times got thru 4 times and was told she's not ready yet and the vet will call you. I have not yet heard from the vet. I keep calling now no one answers the phone idk maybe they are seeing my name and choose not to answer I just called for a ride so I can go get her even if she is not ready you guys provide no information no updates I'm a nurse and give way more updates to responsible parties then you guys do. This is a first and last time we will be going to Banfield.

Made an appointment at 11 and was told I had to drop off my cat due to COVID. I called again around 3 and she had not been seen by the doctor yet. This place really felt like a business and not an animal care center. Would not come back.

This is the best Veterinarian Hospital. We trust them with all our pets! ALL the staff (admin, vet techs and Doctors) are caring, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Banfield’s prices are competitive. They have a pet-program that really saves money too. We couldn’t be more happy. And most importantly, our pets love them!!!

I did not go to the Banfield clinic. My granddaughter wants a bearded dragon, we went in to look. Then looked at the chinchillas, fish, mice, and dog toys. She enjoy looking as parents are Not keen on having them. She really enjoys her dog for right now it will be enough

I joined this group because of their "Wellness Plan" programs which were recommended to me. Been with them for a couple of years. The doctors and staff are helpful good people as you would hope to be for your pet.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful. They are also very understanding and accommodating when I oversleep or get stuck in traffic on the way in. Walking by all the toys and food helps the puppies with their vet anxiety too.

They are so helpful and attentive. I feel very comfortable taking my dog here.

Dont waste your money go to VCA animal hospital where there are doctors and you save money, and have people to treat your animals not refer you to VCA........especially in a emergency.

They provided a same day appointment for a cat pedicure. Very timely and cost effective.

Superior staff, providing caring medical treatment for family pets. Vets are knowledgeable and take time to interact with both patients and their owners. Excellent wellness plans which provide full care at economical prices.

I would agree with many of the people that have shared their views about this location. Banfield does not provide the best service especially for the outrageous prices.
