Used PAC for my two cats who are 11 and 14 years old. Dr. Burns and her assistant were absolutely fabulous. They handled both cats with care and understanding. Not an easy task since my cats hate strangers and the vet- They took time to discuss issues that we were having and made recommendations for diet and ongoing care. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a caring, understanding and knowledgeable team come to them for their pet checkups and medical issues.

Unfortunately I had to reschedule my appointment because my dog was too anxious and they wouldn't let my $50 deposit count towards the rescheduled appointment. Not a great new customer experience.

My dog and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Burns and her awesome assistant. They were so kind and sweet with my dog. Dr. Burns was gentle, patient and very thorough with my dog’s exam and care. It was nice to see her so relaxed and calm for her blood draw and vaccination. My dog and I have never had such a wonderful veterinary care experience as we did today. I cannot recommend PAC enough! My client and friend Krystal Burns (Now Dr. Burns), has started a mobile veterinary service called “Private Animal Care” (PAC). A personalized animal Vet service in your own home. Krystal is not only a sweetheart and amazing Vet, but really takes care of your pets needs. And yes... she handles my dog Smokey and my son’s dog Cookie. I was so pleased with PAC and their service, it was less emotional stress on my dog being examined in his own home and environment. And without the pressure of him being dragged to a clinic. And Krystal also handles all animals and holistic medicine as well as acupuncture. I highly recommend PAC! No more dragging my pets to the clinic, hanging out in the waiting room.

I had Dr. Krystal Burns and her technician at my house for my dog Lillie today. They were by far so professional and knowledgeable and kind and loving to my dog. Dr Burns and her tech, Spike, are absolutely amazing!! My dog has Lymphoma and has been battling cancer for over a year now. He became very sick over the weekend and needed to be hospitalized which unfortunately I could not afford along with his regular treatments. Thankfully I was put in touch with Dr Burns and she was able to see him the next morning. Honestly, if I hadn’t gotten her number I don’t know that my boy would be here today. He wasn’t eating, drinking or even able to stand up on his own. Dr. Burns was able to set him up with an IV and fluids, which he needed for multiple days, and hooked him up with some doggie acupuncture. The next morning he slowly started eating again and gaining more strength. Almost a week later he’s eating and drinking normally and walking all on his own. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Burns. She was so loving and genuinely cared about Krunk. She answered my millions of questions and text me when I needed her. I would absolutely use her services again and would recommend her to any friends!

Dr. Burns is a great vet! After visiting 2 other veterinarian's with no luck in treating my cat's respiratory infection she was able to figure out what was going on and treat him correctly. Highly recommended!

Dr. Burns is not only a kind soul but a passionate Veterinarian. She provided our guinea pig the best care. She quickly removed a metal hook he had bitten and was stuck on his inside cheek and was causing him pain . Thank you Dr. Burns for caring for even the smallest of creatures.

Dr. Burns is the best vet that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. When it comes to my fur babies, I only want the best and Dr. Burns is it!! You just know within the first few minutes that she truly cares. She takes her time and does a thorough exam. My cat was sick for the first time in 15 years so I was a ball of nerves. She makes you feel at ease with her great personality, knowledge and gentle manner. The best experience for my pet! Being able to have my pet be checked out in the comfort of her own home made my dog much more comfortable. Also, Crystal was very sweet and so loving with my pet!!! Definitely and highly recommend!!

Dr. Burns is absolutely fantastic. Kind, knowledgeable, professional. She took such amazing care of our dog who is fighting cancer. His white blood cell count was so low he couldn’t get up, move, or eat. She went above and beyond helping him get back up and walking around. Specialty Acupuncture and Fluids around the clock at a way more affordable rate than what we were facing by taking him back to the animal hospital. Highly recommend!!
