Dogs came out clean, smelling great, and happy!! Prices were reasonable. Full service groomer.

They had my dog for five hours, I was pretty nervous about that and had to call in a few times to check in. They said they were down one groomer but they should have let me know that initially to see if I could come back.

They did such a greatjob on my babies i will start bringing them in every two months for grooming staff is great and inviting i recomend every one visits the parlor

Not sure if Pooch Pawlor is under new management or they have new staff, but after bringing my baby for more than 3 years I will not be taking my dog back. My Poodle Maltese was butchered with the worst grooming job I have seen. I'm very sad because they have done a wonderful job in the past.

my dog is a blind and deaf senior who gets easily spooked. they were so gentle with him and he is sooo clean. also very affordable pricing and friendly staff! this will become our regular place!

Loved this cute little gem in Glendale!! My dog came in for the works and she was sooo cute when I picked her up! This was her first grooming and they said she did really well. The owner was really cool too and friendly and answered questions and concern since this slap was my first experience!

Very unprofessional. Poor service. I had made an appointment for a specific time and day, then I wake up to a confirmation email for a completely different time after the receptionist confirmed several times over the phone as I was making an appointment. I thought to myself Whatever maybe they had a busy day or a hectic schedule. Later on that day comes my appointment time, so I took my dog in and made sure not to cut his hair. I had specifically only asked for basic grooming: nails, trimming around the face, and wash. As I go in to pick up my puppy and see THE COMPLETE FKN OPPOSITE OF WHAT I ASKED FOR NOT ONLY DID THEY JUST CUT HIS HAIR BUT THEY SHAVED EVERYTHING OFF. at the end of it all they said were sorry we made a mistake will make A note of it in his Chart. LONG STORY SHORT If I were you I’d think twice if not Five before trusting them with your pet.

I took my dog in for a bath and trim. They badly pinched his skin while trimming his fur. We had to take him to our vet several days after due to hair follicle damage on his back. He's just finished with antibiotics to treat the infection caused by Pooch Pawlor's sloppiness; They most likely rushed the job. Never again. At the time, they only accepted cash, so there's no way to trace a receipt.

BEWARE!! My dog was cut on her neck while being groomed by Tovar. My dog was taken to a Vet without my authorization was given a different name and the groomer Tovar lied and said it was her dog. My dog had a cut about 2 inches long and required staples on her neck!! Jason the owner would not return my calls and said he didn’t care what happen to my dog he had more important things going on in his life and hung up on me!!

The best of of the best. Incredible service & they treat my Murphy so well, great grooming! They don't charge extra for the doggy shampoo like some places do!

They don’t even deserve one star I took my dog there first of all I had a dog for 13 years and got lost and I was going through an amount of grief and finally invested in another dog took her for her first haircut there going to pick her up with her private parts infected because they cut too short and they did not want to take any responsibility which cost me double the amount of what I paid there to have my dog groomed and a visit at the veterinarian plus anabiotic‘s I was very unhappy and I still took my dog there thinking I could trust them again I clearly told him what I wanted to have done with my dog . My dog had been there only about 3 to 4 months ago she was matted a little but not extremely therefore he’s continuously told me that I could walk out with a dog that had blade cuts and he was not going to be responsible another neighbor of mine took her dog there is well and had the same problem I do not like to complain about businesses but when I feel like I’ve been took it vantage of and my dog was not treated fairly I will say something I do not like this place I do not recommend it

I have a Great Pyrenees and they do a fantastic job. Nice people. The other review said they cut a cat's whiskers but the place doesn't take cats. It's a Pooch Pawlor, not a Pussy Pawlor.

Great place! Always able to squeeze us in on same day appointments and my German Shepard looks incredible after his visit! Plus very reasonable prices! The good prices are a major reason why I come back.

I really like Pooch Pawlor. The staff is very helpful and the do a really good job on grooming my poodle mix. You can't beat the price either.

Again Jason the Proprieter does it again! A nail clipping for my Chihuahua at a moments notice! Relaxed, happy enviroment. Busy but so accomodating. You should see the utter HAPPINESS of customers collecting their precious cargo. I LOVE POOCH PAWLOR.!! 11 stars!!

This place is so rad! I will be a regular from today on ????????????. My 7 m/o Schnauzer was groomed by the amazingly talented and handsome groomer Floyd. I called an made an appointment with such ease. They complimented him with an adorable little green bowtie with grooming. I loved the service here so much i booked and paid for appointments every 2 weeks for an entire year plus a generous tip for each grooming since im a stay at home mom. Thank you Pooch Pawlor.

First time I’ve taken my 2 dogs to pooch pawlor ???? Debbie has groom my dogs for years has done a great job.

Horrible place to take your animal if you truly love them. These people are not qualified too do anything and should be shutdown. First off they charge late fee's when you're on time and try to sneak it passed you to make an extra buck. 2nd When they shave your animal they cut it up because they don't have proper knowledge of how to shave an animal. 3rd They cut a cats whiskers off which everybody knows without their tactile hairs, cats become very disoriented and frightened. In short, whiskers enable cats to gauge and make sense of their environment. They call themselves professional? I think not.
