The Dr. Was very nice staff too. Clyde got his shots and some ear ointment. Dr put him on a special diet considering clyde is a cat that weighs 27 lbs. We will be back!

Just found this veterinarian because my other one wasn’t available today and is much further from where I live now. I really like Dr. Choi and his team. Very friendly and quick service. The prices are very good as well. Not a low-cost clinic but definitely they don’t overcharge like some of the places I’ve seen in Burbank for a visit fee. I definitely will come back again in the future.

This doctor is all about the money! The worst experience for my dog. We went there for over a year and every time Dr Choi would find an “issue” with my dog. Later come to find out that he would make up anything to keep adding to the check. He’s very good at talking and convincing you to believe everything he is saying. Don’t believe it, so manipulative! Please do your research on any vet before you take your pets here or anywhere! Such a disappointment with this vet, I wish there was a no star option for this.

Doctor Choi is always agreat and super caring, do not trust anyone else but him to take my cat to.

I love this vet, Dr. Choi. I've brought both of my cats here for years. They are a very nice staff and attentive to your animals. They are honest and make sure you, the parent are properly informed and knowledgeable about any problem or issue you're having. I recommended this vet if you're in the Glendale or Burbank area. It's not a huge office which is nice and during the pandemic they are doing a great job not over booking. You and your family pet friend are safe here.

Very nice receptionist and veterinarian at this establishment. So thankful that they had availability last minute to check on my little old pup. They were very informative regarding possible issues and immediately checked her out with care.

I felt like all the Dr. cared about, was to do unnecessary blood work to be able to charge me close to $400, for a regular yearly checkup visit. I am never going back there.

I’ve been taking my pets here for years and unfortunately just feel the service has gone downhill. My senior cat has been having respiratory issues paid over $2000 for ALL the blood work xrays etc. Came back with all positive results but my cats health has still been declining. When I came in to ask what the next steps could be he suggested doing all the blood work and xrays AGAIN for the exact same issue. I am staring to feel like it’s more about charging for all the extras than , taking a set back and assessing what’s going on with my pet. For the amount of money of spent here over the years it’s disappointing to feel like I’m a customer shopping for car parts or something.

Dr. Choe is the best! He's taking care of my animals for years....we've had to go through a lot of easy things in a few really hard once and he's always been the best person I could have taken my animals to.... If you need a vet I would definitely recommend him and Glen Oaks Animal hospital

My dog received a dental care and the service was good.

This “ doctor “ loves ???? more than any animal and he will risk your animals life to make more money , I took my small dog ???? he has an allergy the doctor was convincing to buy his medicine and return thebonce I bought from petco , he did few shots on my dog and charge me $400 for that which did not help to allergy at all a week after my mom took my dog to him and this time this salesmen/doctor came up with another story and again ask for $400 to give him a few shots ( he did not remember my dog ) PLEASE , IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG , DO NOT TAKE TO THIS PLACE , BECAUSE BY DOING SO YOU ARE PUTTING HIS LIFE IN DANGER

The worst i repeat the worst hospital ever,the doctor dont know anything and he’ll just give you a big check,dont make a mistake by taking your pet there,they dont even deserve one star!!

Ty is a bundle of fury when getting nails trimmed. These guys are over the top patient and are the only vets I will ever go to for any veterinary needs . Lucky you?

I recently changed vets from an over crowded vet to Dr. Choi. I must say that I was a little surprised by the negative reviews. I have so far had good luck with this vet. My dog had surgery recently and everything turned out good. Dr. Choi and staff have been very attentive to me and all my questions. I was on a budget when I found out my dog needed surgery and I didn't feel any pressure from Dr. Choi at all. He gave me my options and I had to decide what to do. My dog seemed very at ease at this vet. I did not feel any bad vibes at all, and I'm super picky when it comes to my pet. The place is extremely clean. The customers that walked in all seemed pleased with Dr. Choi. So far I have no complaints at all. I would recommend this vet.

Worst place in history! I just called to get my cat's records for an emergency. I was YELLED at! I was told they would not help me because they are at lunch! This place is horrible!

A little birdy who once worked there told me that during surgery, doctor cut a tumor out of a dog only to place it back in after he called and found out the client couldn't pay the added expense. God awful.

My dog was a patient of Dr Choi for 3 months before I switched vets. I immediately noticed how he treated his techs rudely and it was always all about the money with him. When I switched vets, my new vet kindly reached out to his office for a copy of the vaccination records and they said that they wouldn't scan and send it because it was 2 pages; they only scan and send if it's one. So I called them directly, requesting this again, and Dr Choi himself finally said that he'd fax the vaccination records but that I would have to pay $10. TEN DOLLARS for him to fax 2 pages of records to a local vet office. If I still lived close I would have just gone and picked them up, but that wasn't an option. I can't stress this enough: Dr Choi is THE rudest vet I've ever encountered and highly suggest not going to him. Set aside the greedy, cold, and rude man he is, I never trusted him with my dog. I wouldn't leave her alone with him in the room. While I was a client there for those 3 months, I encountered SIX different techs that he hired, who ended up quitting. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Please, do yourself, your wallet and you pet a favor and DO NOT go to this vet.

I went to Glenoaks Animal Hospital with my 15 year old cat for the first time last week. Let me first off saying that I walked in without an appointment and their receptionist informed me that would be able to accommodated me within 5 minutes, which I didnt mind because I did just walk in. The first thing i noticed was that there was no smell!!! Ive gone to plenty of other vets and when you walk in the first thing you smell is a death odor. The receptionist Desiree had a huge smile on her face and was very informative with all the prices and any questions I had. I did ask a question that she was unfamiliar with and she made sure to inform the doctor before he entered the room. Dr. Choi was very friendly and answered all my questions regarding the health of my cat especially for his age. I did call around and get quotes for blood work and vaccinations and this hospital had the best deal. I never felt like Dr. CHoi was trying to sell me additional procedures and he listened to my budget. Which was comforting. I would strongly recommend this animal hospital to any new patients that are in need of Vet. Trust me after 15 years of going to vet to vet, I wish I would have gone here sooner. -Jama B.

Low Cost? Not at all. This doctor nickels and dimes you for everything. I spent so much money taking my dog in for the same issue. My dog had a "conjunctivitis" and was not responding well to the medication prescribed. The Vet would not let me come in for a "refill" I had to make another appointment just so he can tell me what we already knew "My dog has conjunctivitis" and gave me the same prescription again. I had to spend about 500 dollars in office visits just for conjunctivitis. Needless to say, I went to another vet, she prescribed a different medication and my dog is fine. He was also very careless when applying ear medication to my other dog. He went in too far and poked my dogs ear drum...my poor dog screamed and yelped. My dog never forgot that and when I had to take him in for something else, he would NOT willingly walk through that door. STAY AWAY!!

Dr. Choi is the best!!! Super nice friendly & has taken amazing care of my three cats: Angel, Trinity, & Oceania for 5 years now!! Friendly staff!! Amazingly clean small quiet place!! Will continue to bring my loved ones here!! Thank you for you service and amazing quality of work and Animal Care!!!
