My last vet, required my anxious terrier, to be medicated before going in. He seemed annoyed with our dog and we caught onto it right away. Since switching over to PetsVets @ PetSmart, the appointment too a little longer but Dr. Colbert, took care of our guy. She also told us what we needed to do to make sure his ear infections are taken care of. They even trimmed his nails, which he hates! We also have visits with another vet here but I don’t remember her name. Both great vets! We bring our rescue disabled pitbull mix here. They have been so patient with my special dogs. The extra care and consideration goes along way. Especially in the era of COVID19. I couldn’t be more happier!

I had my 4 year old pitbull spayed. They caught the fact that she had a heart condition. I felt they were very knowledgeable Dr Colbert made me feel very comfortable leaving Tiki in her care. Tiki recovered fully and is doing great and the staff is very nice.

Great experience. I have brought both my German Shepherds here and have had nothing but kind treatment from Dr. Colbert. She was able to rush my pup in for an intensive ear flush once and took very good care of her. My pup came home free of ear pain and while she was recovering over the next week or so, Dr. Colbert checked in a few times and made us feel important. The front desk staff is always kind and attentive. My dogs feel comfortable and as do I. Not to mention they are fairly priced compared to the other price-gouging vets in Gilroy who in turn treat you like a number. We will be coming back and referring many here.

I love the vet here. She is so thorough and kind. Less expensive then other veterinarian offices as well.

The Dr. Was very sweet and understanding she gave us two options for our pet hamster who's up there in age. It allowed us to make the best decision for him. We are truly grateful thank you for your wonderful service. ????❤

Had an appointment at 9am and decided to walk out at 10:07am with never even meeting the vet. The girl at the front desk was nice. She put us in a room promptly. The veterinarians assistant however was very unknowledgeable. She walked into the room maybe 20 min or so after I was placed in there and suggested my dog had a skin problem... After I explained he was a brindle and that was his color (which I'm surprised she didn't recognize) she attempted to push the $360 puppy package on me. I declined and told her I just wanted the examine and his first set of vaccines so then she went onto telling me how much I would be spending without it. I declined again. She seemed bothered that I didn't want the package and started an estimate for the days vaccinations, for some reason she said she had to check how much the deworming was with the vet and never returned. 20min passed and I decided to leave. Very bad first and last experience. Never even got to meet the vet.
