I am beyond pleased with everything they did regarding my precious kitty’s cremation. The urn and paw print are beautiful along with all the unexpected extras that they included. They did all of this right before Christmas and I am so grateful for that. Thank you with all my heart.

AMS is a highlight. Susanno and Moraya are the most caring and accommodating people one can hope to meet in time of loss. They will treat you like family and go out of their way to take care of your pet.

After losing my baby of 13 years, I was beyond lost in grief. They were so patient with me, answering any question and making sure I got everything I needed and wanted. The care, detail and attention they put into my my baby, I will forever be appreciative. When I received my baby's ashes, Her packaging was beautiful. The letter and grief pamphlets are an unexpected necessity, Thank you. Your time and effort is not missed, I'm forever grateful. You've made this loss a little easier.

I used services through the hospital. My pup was recently cremated. I’m upset with how my case was handled. When I received her um, the name plate was spelled wrong, despite it being spelled correctly on all the included paperwork. I had asked for 4 paw prints 2 with a poem and 2 without. I received all 4 but all contained a poem. I had reguested to have the name plate fixed and to be sent paw prints with no poem. The name plate has been fixed but her name was spelled wrong on the 2 paw prints I received. So now I have to wait even longer for these items. There is a lot of emotions behind losing a pet and this is very inconsiderate on the business end. Getting the urn back was emotional and to just have to bring her back and wait almost a month for things to be solved is ridiculous. I would like to know how the business intends to take care of this.

Two phone calls, an email, and an email inquiry on their website after our 16 year old dog passed and we never got a reply back (I called immediately the day after he passed, as he passed late in the evening and their office hours were closed). We received no reply. Just a bill for hundreds of dollars when we picked up his ashes from the hospital we took him to. I wanted to choose his urn. What a mess and disappointment. This company caused more trauma and stress during an exceptionally difficult time. Sigh.

Kind and compassionate, with reasonable costs.

I have had the misfortune to meet the owners quit a few times ????. Each and every time I left feeling like they truly where going to take the best care possible for my fur family member. Always offering their ears to listen to your beloved pets life through my words. Hearing every word of what your telling them. Never cutting my off and sending me on my way. These two are the way my babies get to live on in memory. Thank you for doing what you do! I can't imagine walking in your shoes! I sincerely Thank you for the 7 loved ones you've brought back home over the past 20 years!

Cant even begin to explain the trauma and agony theyve put my family through with how they abused and contaminated my pet. No sorrys no manager call back no refund offered. Just pain nightmares and hurt. They even admitted faults with no sympathy. Please do research before hiring instead of going off of vet referrals. Make sure you ask clearly what your getting as I did and was still mislead and undisclosed. Buyer beware.

Compassionate, kind, and very helpful when I asked about my Duke's ashes, when he would be picked up and returned to me, when will I get his paw print, etc...... I would definitely recommend them if you need cremation services for your pet!

I used their service through a vet hospital that my loving cat was taken care of. I am glad that I upgraded from a wooden box to a nice urn to keep her ashes. They also have a service/upgrade to make a pendant with a local artist. Both came back beautifully and they also gave me a paw print. Very personal and heart-warming services.

AMS has been doing our hospital cremations for years. They are compassionate and thoughtful. Not only do they care about each and every one of the pets they cremate, they also care about the environment- by reducing their fossil fuel usage by doing eco-friendly cremations. We will continue using them for years to come!

Compassionate and dignified option for cremation. Have had two of my dogs cremated with Animal Memorial. Jeff and his associate are incredibly patient and treated my pups with dignity. We opted to be present for the service for both of our dogs and he allowed us to prepare the bodies for cremation as per our spiritual beliefs. Thank you Jeff and team for providing a respectable and loving last moment for our animals.
