This place was great. My dog loves coming.

almost ready to book my dogs based on website but when i called i was told "yeah, that information is old and we have new owner so it has not been updated for a while"

Our nervous kitty cat had an excellent stay here! Helpful and loving staff, the lady taking care of the small cat room and tending to our kitties needs was awesome! We got to visit him everyday too since our hotel didn’t allow pets and wanted something nice for him. Thanks for a good stay for our little guy!

We spent four days in LA to enjoy Disneyland and Universal Studios. We took our Red Heeler in on a Thursday and picked her up on Monday. Animal Inns of America was awesome! The price and quality of our dog's care was outstanding. Thanks to everyone there!

I'm SO happy with how well my kitties are being taken care of!! We boarded them there while we moved from one house to the next, and I felt like they were as loved by the staff as they are by our own family!

I left two little dogs there for a week oh, very good place, price was reasonable the average going rate 40 bucks a night oh, dogs were happy they also gave him the shots that they needed oh, good place I use them again

They did a great job with my cat Nimbus. You can tell the staff really love animals. I went on a vacation for about a week and came back to the same cat that I left. Thank you for giving him love and care while I was gone.

Great place to leave your pet.

I left my dog here for 6 days and she returned happy and in good health. It's a relief to know she was well taken care of while my family and I were gone. I'd definitely board her here again!

My fur babies were cared for so good. It’s always hard to leave them when we go on vacation but I know they are in good hands.

I had taken my dog here for years and my recent experience was not very pleasant. The quality has gone down. The receptionist didn’t communicate clearly especially in details what service will Be included nor when it comes to the total amount. I was taken by surprise when they gave me the total amount which was very different from when I was told initially. Please be transparent! And when I picked up the dog there was no report about health/diet/etc. like it used to be. Please improve communication and customer service.

Horrible experience at this inn. My baby retuned to me different. Uneasy and not himself. He is a very playful dog who loves to run and loves when people touch him. However, he no longer wants anytime to touch him and flinches sometimes. He is uneasy and alert and no longer plays. I have given him several days to calm down but he is not the same. After expressing my concern to the receptionist she was rude and not cordial. She seems annoyed and her tone of voice was annoyed and disregarding. I then got referred to the vet next door who works with them. They disregarded my concerns and got defensive claiming it couldn’t have been the inn. I’ve since done research on the inn and if you yelp the business you notice a trend. Bigger dogs who come from families with poc surnames are giving one star reviews and having issues similar to the ones I faced. Many with a similar experience to the one I had with my child explaining a change in attitude and irregularities with their pups. However, small dogs with non poc surnames are giving amazing ratings. I couldn’t help but notice this. When you post a review they hit you with the same lines. “We are sorry blah blah we have animals of our own.” I comprehend we live in a capitalist society where money is important. Yet, I am at shock over how many people are not more upset at what is done to their puppers at this place.

Just picked my pups up. They are healthy and happy. They have a vet across the parking lot to get all their shots and checkups while they stay. No running around trying to get their shots before hand. Extremely happy with the service they provided. And for all you covid safety mongers out there they go above and beyond.

My dogs seem to be well taken care of whenever I've had them here. I don't like that their website offers dogs for 21.00 per night and when I called to make reservations it was 27.00 with no reason given"must be a problem with the website " is all I got
