It's a one stop shop! Veterinarian and Grooming all in the same day. The girls at the front desk are always smiling and friendly.

The vet is not friendly AT ALL. He walked in the room, immediately gave treatment to my daughter's lovely 6 month old Aussie for eye infection, the man didn't even look at us, spends approximately 5 minutes looked at the dog & spoke to his assistant then walked out of the room. I felt so strange and thought in my head "is he a vet?" Although, his assistant and the front officer was very nice. I asked the assistant that: " is the man a vet?" She replied "yes, he is a vet" the only vet practice in the clinic, I also asked assistant his name, I don't want to mention his name here (he is the only vet practice in this clinic). We, my daughter & I had a bad feeling that we are the one paid for the service not eventually knowing the man was a vet, he was not introducing himself to us (this is first time we take our dog here) we felt foolish after we left the clinic, we known nothing about the man did treatment to our dog is the vet, until I asked his assistant, the man not even say hello to us when he walked in and out of the room. LOL...

I needed to get my cat to the vet ASAP because she had a UTI and this was the only place in town that was willing to squeeze in an extra appointment for the day. They were just as busy as every other vet and could have easily told me they were all booked, but they didn’t. It worked out perfectly. We were in and out within one hour. My cat is doing great now. Thank you! ????

I have lived in the area for quite some time but never visited this place, we had an issue with our dog and tried them for the first time, and have been frankly delighted ever since. In particular, the fact that you can turn up before noon on any day to get your dog groomed without a pre-existing appointment is amazing given our regular groomer need and needs a months notice!

Beware my puppy died after came back from this clinic. Diagnosed as Parvo virus but when I took the pup to emergency clinic, No parvo virus found. My pup stayed at this clinic 2days I also asked for medical records and they sent me garage written records, which I can not even understand. My niece write better than the vet. Secondly watch out for Korean nurse there. If you look newbie, she will charge you arm and a leg. We have notified the California Board of Vet and we are going taking every step possible so that people won't go through the same experience I have gone through. Not even a apologize.

I have been taking my many animals to Dr Cho and his team for many years. He is any outstanding diagnostician and does not generate expensive work ups because he already knows what is the mostly problem with your pet and therefore does not have rely to costly scans, etc. It is without hesitation that I recommend him or his office staff. Juanita is the best. An excellent educator too.

I've noted more details in the Yelp review, as Google limits characters. When I had to put down the last of my 3 cats at 18 years of age, my experience with Dr. Cho is one that I will never forget. My parents had been taking my cats to see Dr. Cho for a few years, but I never got a good feeling about him whenever I spoke with him. I'll share just the most recent experience. In the last few months of her life, my cat started slowing down. After taking her to see Dr. Cho, he barely felt her abdomen and stated that her kidneys are failing, she's dehydrated, and that she needs to be on IV fluids three times a week. Otherwise, she won't last more than a week. He had noted the same thing when I lost my first cat after 16 years, except that the fluid therapy didn't bring her beyond a couple of weeks, and it was difficult for her to endure. She lasted THREE MONTHS before needing fluid treatment. Finally came the point where my cat was in too much pain and we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize her to stop her suffering. Dr. Cho had left for Los Angeles earlier that afternoon prior to closing. We were told that he would call us later in the evening. Dr. Cho told us to meet him at his clinic at 8 PM. He was willing to see us after hours, for which we were grateful. There was also another client ahead of us. When Dr. Cho came to inspect my suffering cat, my parents and I greeted him, which he completely ignored. He seemed impatient and annoyed that we were there, despite the fact that he told us to meet him at that time. After shaving a section of my cat's leg for the needle, he started preparing the injection. My mom asked Dr. Cho if he could sedate my cat first. He ignored her. A few seconds later, my dad asked the same question. Dr. Cho ignored him too and continued to prep the needle. Finally, I spoke up and asked Dr. Cho to provide some anesthesia to my cat first. He looked at me very annoyed, didn't say a word and walked out of the room. His assistant remained looking somewhat apologetic. He came back a minute later and injected my cat with a sedative. He was so rough with her that, when he yanked the needle out of my cat's back, she recoiled in pain and let out a whimpering cry while lifting her head and looking back at Dr. Cho. It broke my heart to see this man treat her so roughly, especially in her dying hour. Again, he left the room, only this time for about 15 minutes. His assistant followed him out, while the anesthesia kicked in. When he returned, he administered the final injection and walked off. No empathetic comments, nothing! We had arranged for individual cremation, so that we could receive the ashes. Based on the normal timeline, having been through this twice before, it would take about two weeks. More than 3 weeks passed before I had to call and ask for an update, at which time I was told that the ashes were in and that I could pick up the container at any time. Does anyone actually call and update their clients on anything at this clinic, including crucial lab results?! For a couple of years I'd warned my parents about the uneasy feeling I got the many times I spoke with Dr. Cho. But they stood up for him every time, based on "positive internet reviews". This final time, we all got to see his darker side very clearly. I can only share the experiences that I have had at Fullerton Hills Pet Clinic and hope that it helps others. Please take caution if you're considering Dr. Cho as your vet. From my experience, Dr. Cho shows no sympathy towards the animals he treats (at least not to any of my three cats), he's made recommendations that are not immediately needed and/or that cause a great deal of discomfort to my cats, and he has been downright rude to my family and me, even though my parents had taken my three cats to him for a few years. Please find yourself a better vet, one who cares about why he/she became a vet, and will keep the animals' best interest at heart. I will never take any future pets to Dr. Cho, nor do I recommend him!

Dr. Cho and the amazing staff including Juanita and Desiree took amazing care of our incredibly special new boy, Milton. My husband rescued him from work and he was tiny and got terrible diarrhea. Dr. Cho and staff welcomed him, cared for him and made sure he recovered before sending him home. And because they know we are financially challenged and Milton was a rescue, they charged us very little. My faith in human nature is restored thanks to their kindness and generosity. Thank you so much, Fullerton Hills Pet Clinic.

Today I put down my Beloved ten year old dog that I've had since I was 18, my Jasper. This was my first experience of putting down a pet, and the moment we walked in the staff was very sympathetic, warm and compassionate. The professionalism of the team really brought me so much comfort. Jasper was handel as if he was apart of their family. The nurse who assisted us, I wish I got her name, I want to say a big thank you for walking me through the process, and giving the comfort my baby boy needed when the shot was given. Thank you all so much .

We brought our doberman puppy here for his 3 month vaccines and to check out his ears. The lady over the phone told me the doctor was a doberman ear expert. The doctor came in and tore the ears off the posts and tore out a clump of hair off his ear. The moment he saw that he walked out of the room and told one of the workers "itll grow back, it'll grow back". Very disrespectful. No one in the office knew how remove the ears off the adhesive posts, so I had to go to the car and get my own supplies to take them down. When it came to the ears, he just glanced at them and told us they looked fine. We had to specifically ask him to touch the ears to inspect them. Did not feel like the doctor cared for our dog and it only took us coming in one time to know he wasn't in good hands. Never coming back here. Our pup came in calm and happy and after getting his ear hair ripped out, he peed on the table and became very fearful, and only could be in my husband's arms. if you want a vet that loves animals or at least gives your animal the care and respect they deserve, keep searching.

Got us in pretty much last minute. In and out of there within 20 min. The place was just a little smelly, though. Maybe because they had a lot of people coming in that day and it was busy. Very knowledgeable veterinarian.
