This groomer charged me $55 just to bald my dog it’s not an even shave either he looks patchy af. He didn’t smell nice after getting bathed I don’t think she bathed him at all. Do not recommend her she was rude

We've been bringing our babies here for about 20 years.

I took my two dogs here and she left them in a cage for 5-1/2 hours even though I had an appointment. My dogs cane back so scared and they would flinch when I tried to pet them. I will never take them back.

While the cuts are good, twice we've brought our dogs at a scheduled time any she wasnt there. This being within hours and with an appointment. I've waited outside for 15 minutes. This unprofessionalism is annoying and inconvenient.

I love this place. They always do a great job with my dogs. We get a bath, trim and nails cut.

Nice lady kind to my dog

Very friendly and professional staff. My dogs went in looking like they were strays and they left looking like fabulous and like they were award winning show dogs. Their nails when they went in had not been done in a while (longer than I'd like to admit) but when they left their nails were perfectly shaped and the perfect length. They were extremely happy when they left and I recommend this place to all my friends and family! If you need to get your pets groomed, definitely try Celebrity Paw Spa!

Very rude, unprofessional and not sweet or gentle with animals. I watched her yell at, be rough with and mussle my 9 month old 35 lb terrier who was doing nothing wrong and showing no signs of aggression. I don’t suggest dropping your dog off with her. Who knows what they do when no ones watching if this is the way she was acting while I was watching.

I don’t know what they do there, but my 20 lb Cockapoo loves it there. The cuts run from good to fantastic! But mostly I go back because my dog loves being there!

Only place I take my animals Lyndell the owner had been doing this for 35 yrs.

Second time here and this time they did a Terrable job on my dog. Cocker Spaniel Left uneven and choppy looking all over, I could have done a better job my self. Left ears straight access the bottom and he looks like he's wearing a George Washington wig. All his legs and under side are all uneven, full of steps and choppy looking. Sorry, but I won't be coming back.

Doggy had mats and instead of price gouging, they instead beautified her dog. Came out so happy and had a pretty scarf on. Looked like a "Show Dog!"

Excellent with cats. For the last few years I have been taking my cat here for a nail trim and fur cut. The work is excellent and so far I have found everyone I come into contact with to be friendly and efficient. Lastly the prices are very reasonable. If you have a cat who needs grooming I highly recommend them.

Best groomer in town. I brought my baby Yogy for a haircut and OMG he has never had this good of a haircut. Nails were trimmed, ears were clean with a matching awesome haircut. Believe me I have tried all d groomers in d Fullerton and Anaheim area n CPS is d only one who got it right!!!

I took my dog there. When I picked her up and got her home I noticed her eye was red and swollen. I called the Paw Spa and the lady said that she had muzzled my dog and she "might have" hit her head on the washing machine while she was trying to cut her nails because and I quote, "she was trying to kill me," unquote. What groomer wouldn't stop if there was that much of a struggle with a dog? I had to take my dog to the vet that night because her eye was hemorrahaging. He said that could be caused if the dog had hit her head or if their was a struggle at the groomer's while they were trying to cut her nails. $55.00 at Paw Spa PLUS $202.00 at the vet. Don't go there.

Yes, I am writing this review because I am displeased with the service I received at Celebrity Paw Spa. I live in Fullerton and like to support local business, however with the customer service I received today, I am very disappointed and will never return. I have a small dog only 20 Lbs and he is very well trained. He has passed the Canine Good Citizen test by American Kennel Club. Just like any dog he may fuss a bit when getting his legs shaved but he is very good and we do it all the time. We have taken our dog to The Celebrity Paw Spa several times but this last time when we picked him up, they charged us $5 extra after the fact as they said he was "Difficult" This is a rip off to try and charge more after a service is performed and they have even trimmed him several times so they knew what to expect. Also, the service has never been great and the owner is quite rude and we only took him her because of connivance. Save your self time and money in the long run and go somewhere else. You will receive better service and not get "Up Charged" after the fact. Oh and they would not h honor the nail trimming coupon they had emailed us either, even thought we where with in every term of service on it. The cut and trim are ok but nothing great.

This groomer scared and abused my dog so much, I will never bring her back! Don't take your animal here, she is abusive! I should sue her.
