Owner takes high care of all clients to ensure they are comfortable. He checks in often to answer questions and teaches you how the pros do it. This cut my Newfie's bath time in half. I highly recommend!

My wife and I have developed a habit of taking our dog to the Woodward dog park every Saturday. Top dog is super conveniently located next to Woodward for if your dog gets really dirty playing with all the other pups. Very reasonably priced and a super easy process, and they have the blow dryers for blowing your dog's undercoat out. Great place, great staff highly recommend it.

It was a great place to take my Great Pyrenees. The tubs we're big enough for my 150 lb dog, and a service was great.

This is the worst hair cut my goldendoodle got today. I will never bring him back. The groomer cut the hair so short I can even see his skin . They charged me 90 dollars for this bloody cut.

Made an appointment for my husky 3 weeks ago for 9 am. The owner showed up at 9 and said the groomer won’t even come in until 10. I already don’t live in Fresno so that was an inconvenience for the groomer to even set that time. Then she doesn’t show up until 1030. Knowing you have a client waiting on you, you would think they would try and get there sooner. Drive time +wait time I wasted over 4 hours. I used to love this place but after this I will not be returning.

Owner is really kind and helpful. We brought in our newly rescued stray cat and we really didn’t know how he would behave and react to everything. He did great beyond all expectations. The owner kept checking on us. Gave us a non-slip mat for our kitty and even brought out a quieter blow dryer for us to use. We highly recommend this place!

Nothing but the best every time we come in! The owner is beyond helpful and so sweet and will always walk my dogs food to my car for me! Great quality bath supplies and just an overall fun experience! Would highly recommend ????????????

Yesterday was my first time being our dog Chico here. Apart from being simply convenient for anybody, the customer service was excellent. I believe it was the owner but can't say for sure that helped us, but he was wonderful and explained everything and personally showed us how to do everything.

I love bringing my husky here. It's very affordable and they have excellent equipment and their staff is always friendly. I've taken my dog here several times and it's always worth it. It's even better since it's located by the park so I can take my dog right after a long walk.

Although I live 30 minutes away, I will always bring my dogs here. The owner is a super guy and his assistants and helpers are terrific! Very kind people who love dogs and do such excellent work. I love this place.

Always satisfied. This is my place for my doggy! I take her for a grooming and also use the self wash in between grooming months.

Mistakenly thought this facility had an undercoat nozzle in their bath system. Walked in with my dog in the height of deshedding season and felt judged. Staff was still polite and helpful. They politely asked me to brush my dog first and gave demos every step of the way. Even bought the brush because I liked it so much! Only thing is I would recommend new comers to explicitly state this is your first time right off the bat because it is assumed you know what you're doing. If your dog is sensitive to sounds, I would bring your own dog ear covers because those are not supplied. Also, brush your dog before hand lol

This was the first time I ever used Top Dog and I absolutely loved it! I called a day prior to inquire about the services/ how it worked and the gentleman on the phone was really knowledgeable and sounded so friendly. The next day we went in to wash my husky (who isn’t the easiest to bathe) and the staff was extremely helpful with showing my boyfriend and I how to use the tubs, where the shampoo was, and how the blower worked. Honestly such a relief! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

I normally go to Top Dog Wash just to do the DIY wash (which is excellent), but after my normal groomer had recently shut down, I found out that Top Dog Wash also offers grooming services and decided to give them a try. I went 2/2 for a grooming appointment with Valentina and was very satisfied!! I’ve went to a few grooming places so far in Fresno but have never really LOVED the cuts that they’ve given my dog (even my main groomer I kind of just settled on the short cut they gave her). I’m glad I found top dog wash, bc Valentina really took the time with my dog Benji and she came back softer&cuter than ever! I have a doodle mix with very shaggy hair so getting a cute short cut on her sometimes looks wierd, but Valentina did a great job!! Thank you, and she will be my go-to groomers! :)

The best customer service ever - helpful and friendly! As first timers Chris assisted us through our dog wash and dry, even did a dryer demo for us. Our expectations were met and surpassed. Shop is clean and prices are very reasonable. Take your doggy there and you will not be disappointed.

Solid local business. Great service and do more than they need to help customers. I would suggest bringing your own roll up shower mat. The tubs aren't slippery I just think my dog would feel more comfortable with one(just a personal preference, not a knock on the business). Thanks for all the help.

I'd give them more stars but I can't. Such a wonderful experience we had this afternoon washing our 15 year old dog Supai. They were helpful, thoughtful and gentle in showing me and Supai how to get through this bath. Supai loves water, but not baths. The level of experience that was shown was amazing! Me and my dog are coming back here soon and I would encourage anyone reading this to do the same!!!

I love this place. Self pet wash is easy, staff is attentive and customer service is great. They go above and beyond to fix things that you are not happy with. I had an unfortunate event with a temporary groomer and they made sure my dogs were taken care that same week with our usual groomer Violet. My dogs love her and she does an amazing job. Violet is caring, does and amazing job and takes great care of your pet.

Love this place! They have everything you need to get your dog squeaky clean and the staff are so friendly and nice. Great price too!
