Staff was outstanding, very professional and knowledgeable, excellent place.

Had appointment which made visit easy and smooth. Clean, friendly staff and informative. Veterinarian was very friendly.

The vet and staff are amazingly nice. I was hesitant at first to take my puppy here, but I am so glad I did. We set appointments either at the front desk or via Petdesk app and it's a breeze. We are in and out within minutes for our appointments. The staff is always excited to see patients. Definitely going to continue to bring my puppy here.

Unsatisfied once, unsatisfied twice, unsatisfied thrice! I will not use this vet again. Don't say I didn't tell you so.

My dog went in with hives and she was treated in minutes. My only negative comment is that they didn't even really examine her. They just took one look at her and estimated her total for shots then called her to the back gave her the shots and sent her home.

Everyone is so professional and since we having been a customer for several years they know our names the second we walk in.

First time there. The wait was not long at all. I found the staff very courteous and professional. Dr. Aulakh was very thorough, and at the front desk, the staff member that gave the instructions for administering medications was clear and concise, checking for understanding.

Very unprofessional. It was the first time bring out dog there for a simple check up. After everything came back good and the dog was healthy, they charge us $300 for completely nothing. They stated it was for medicine and things for the pet after saying there was nothing wrong. Every time we questioned the ridiculous price, the man would show us other peoples invoices claiming he would never charge for something that wasn’t needed. Then wouldn’t let us leave without paying. Pretty much scamming here. DO NOT GET FOOLED HERE!

Seriously if their was anything below negative I would give to this doctor. So Unprofessional, After seeing him for 5th time my cat finally died. His diagnosis is very poor. He kept treating my cat for worms and will not listen. She had sever IBS issue and my cat bleed to death, none of the expensive therapies or meds worked. If you want to save or give your beloved pet another chance please take them somewhere else.

Very rude front desk lady when we asked to see our dog in the room.

The vet let my poor chihuahua fall from the table and didn't even care. What kind of vet lets that happen then has the nerve to sell us useless over priced pills.

this place is SUPER unprofessional. i had taken my dog in to check her ears and they told me that all they knew was what i knew, and that they couldn’t do anything about it. why did they tell me to bring her in then if that was the case???? i INSISTED in them checking her ears, and he did. guess what? they discovered an ear infection after he said there wasn’t much he could do. for a vet to say he couldn’t do anything about it, how does that work???. he was super rude about it as well, constantly cutting me off as i tried to speak to him. the woman in the front is just as rude. when i declined her getting her ear wash there, she had the worst attitude. take your pet to some place that genuinely cares and wants to find what’s wrong with your pet. also the prices? don’t let the cheap visit prices fool you.
