This place is great (in some ways) so it’s awful that I have to leave this review. The vets are FANTASTIC and our beloved pets are truly their priority from what I’ve experienced so far. However, the staff is a whole other story…the office staff here is AWFUL!!! it’s always the same story…oops the other person you talked to didn’t do what they were supposed to or opps the other person you spoke to didn’t write it down. My dog now has to go days without her arthritis medication because the person we spoke to (in person and mind you we live 30 min away) who said I’m putting per prescription in right now didn’t actually do squat! This is the third time there’s no follow through in a situation. So the jest of this review is this…FANTASTIC DOCTORS HORRIBLE STAFF. Oh and the excuse will always be the same one…we’re short staffed. It’s the same excuse for everything! I understand a place can be short staffed and make a mistake but constantly repeating the same mistake is a big NOOOOO. Especially when my dog has to pay for their office issues

This is by far the best place to bring your pet .. so very nice and helpful… took sure awesome care of my baby girl

The staff here is very caring and friendly. They were very easy to work with and quick to help when I needed to lay my deceased dog to rest on a weekend.

The vet is nice, you can tell he really loves his job. They offer puppy packages, which is cool. They also do anesthesia free dental cleanings. The staff at the front is very friendly. They also offer texting, which makes the millennial in me so happy.

Dr. Shahbazi was kind and thorough in his exam and explaining the results. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Kind of expensive for lab work.

This was Logans first time visiting this animal hospital. The doctor was professional and direct while communicating. The nurses were spectacular, very quick. Both the Dr. and nurse were very nice and let me take a picture of them with Logan. Prices were affordable. The place looked very clean. Nothing dirty on the walls, or floors, and the place did not smell bad.

Our GSD Aja is having a rough time. The Vet and staff are very kind and loving to all of our pets. They treat us with respect as well.

$199 for non Anesthesia dental cleaning…. Took 15 minutes, that’s $796/hr… not even a vet doing the cleaning. Not even a phone call to let me know how her teeth looked. No pictures like on their web page. Report paper stated grade 2 for plaque and Tartar. I co operate fully at my dentist and it takes a lot longer to clean my teeth. Don’t expect the paper they give you to provide much information. When I booked I was told they gave a healthcare discount then still charged me full price. I’ll stick with my own Vet clinic, my 2 year old Yorkie came home timid and fearful. I guess you have to trust they did what you paid for. When I called to ask about the vague report I was told they were short staffed and that caused delays today.

I just want give thanks and much appreciation for the ladies in the front office for being so kind, helpful, attentive, professional and amazing to my baby Cleo. She got spayed and I was always notified when there is any updates during her operation. I knew they were giving my brat the best affection and love when she was probably really stress out and anxious. I also want to say thank you to the Doctor who called me about Cleo and any warning signs in the future about her health. He was very thorough and took his time to explain and answer all my questions. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Cleo has a regular vet she sees but because of the amazing and outstanding customer service they provided, this might be our new home. They are honest and professional. I am so picky, I wish I knew about this place before. I suggest you come here if you want your pet in good hands with an incredible staff. I’ve never felt once ignored or felt “rush” at all with the doctor and his crew. And I apologize in advance for switching her “shameful cone” to a body suit and a chocolate donut - but I promise she is healing well!!! P.S *dont laugh*

My pet passed away as they were about to close. They brought me tissue and were very compassionate. They cut some of her hair for me since I can't handle the urn. Thank you so very much!

Took my cat yesterday. They are Wonderful. Very caring. Will start making them my Vet for all my fur Babies. Clean office. Staff helpful. Great prices. ????????????????

They have the nicest staff here. Very informative and fast. They have the best kitten package in town.

Took my baby here she was really sick. I'm vary glad they are open on Sundays if it wasn't for this place I would have lost her. The staff and doctor were vary nice and helpful explained what they were gunna do. Definitely well come back.

A friend referred me to this place and I’m so glad they did. This place is so great! The front desk staff is so friendly as well. Ruby and Dr. Shahbazi are so nice and always take care of my baby!! The reviews don’t lie. They have phenomenal customer service!! This is where all my pets will be coming to from now on.

Very happy with Dr. Brandt and was very impressed how he explained everything.

Dr. Shahbazi saw our elderly Italian greyhound for the first time for an abscessed tooth. We had extremely good care and we are very satisfied with the results. The whole staff is very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We have 3 cats and 5 dogs and we always come to this vet. Without fail, they have been understanding and accommodating when have been strapped for money and are patient enough to talk us through our options. We are always able to schedule/reschedule within days of calling and even get appointment reminders when needed. We are glad to have been referred to this clinic and refer our friends as well.

They advertise $199 for dental cleaning. I took my 2 little dogs who did need some extractions, and they gave me a quote for almost $4500.00. They just waisted my time.. I walked out very upset.

When it comes to a vet who cares, I truly feel Dr.S and his staff DO! They’re all wonderful humans and they love your pet as much as you do! Thank you for taking care of my Enzo when he had Parvo AND when that stupid foxtail got stuck in his leg, y’all are GREAT!

Just recently I had 2 of my dogs have dental surgery here at the clinic both the staff including ALOE who was amazing with my pets!she seemed to go the extra with so much caring and is indeed one of the best people working there, I would definitely recommend Aloe to be of service for your loved ones.

My experience is always above average. The staff, doctors and owner are wonderful. Always feel like my pets are the 1st priorty. They are in it for the right reasons. I have many dogs & cats. My little Yorkie has regular appointments for non anesthesia dental cleaning. They have seen just about all my other dogs for a number of reasons. I've had several urgent situations and I never feel like my pets are not worth their time. Recently, my cat was in for some intestinal issues. Not only did they accommodated a last minute appointment, they provide ulimate care to her and a lot empathy towards me. She has made a fell recovery and is her normal annoying self :). Thank you Animal Hosital & Dental Clinic staff! You guys are amazing!
