Best vet around. Not the least expensive but Stash and Trudy deserve to be given great care. The standard of care is better than anywhere else in the area.

Dr. Hagus was very welcoming and she was very patient with us and teaching us about goats. She recommended what was needed for our goat Bunny and her prices were incredibly reasonable. She taught us how to hold a goat and how to administer shots to the rest of my goats at home. Thank you Dr Hagus and see you in a few weeks.

I called and ask to make an appointment for my miniature pig that can’t walk all of a sudden. She is young. The first gal on the phone tried to help and suddenly a gal got on the phone and very suddenly said sorry were 5 weeks out for an appointment.. I’m sorry but your telling me you can’t see a pig who can’t walk who whimpers and cries and your soonest appointment is in 5 weeks.. she’ll be with the good lord by then. I asked for recommendations and the lady stated you could go to UC Davis.. I’m sorry but for some one being so good with livestock you would think you could get an appointment sooner than 5 weeks. The gal on the phone also needs to work on her attitude.

Been taking my 2 dogs to her for 3 years now. She doesn't have the nicest personality but she is good at her job. Everytime my dogs have gotten sick she gets them better. She is expensive and again you have to get used to her personality but I trust her. If she was nicer 5 stars all day.

As a dog trainer, I was looking for a Vet that had compassion, and would hear my concerns. I found that in Charlene Hagus and her staff. She has helped us through the death of two of our family members this year. In her care, their last days were peaceful and pain free. The clinic staffs' personal touch is outstanding. My mom has taken her dog here before and the Vet and staff are the best! It's a little far for her so she usually goes somewhere closer, but I really think this place is worth the drive because the Vet is excellent. At least the vet actually talks to you. I just paid around $2,000 to have a surgery done on my mom's dog by Dr. Williamson over at Abby Pet and the Vet there wouldn't even talk to me after the surgery. The incision site is lumpy and red and I wish I would have just made the drive and taken my mom's dog to Dr. Hagus' office in the first place because Dr. Hagus is one of the best Vets and I definitely trust her work. I will be going to her next time.

Dr. Hagus is extremely knowledgeable. She not only has a pulse on the latest developments in veterinary medicine but she is in touch with an array of specialists to help you address your animals needs. She has provided accurate care and treatment for our dogs when others misdiagnosed or misled us. She has a highly trained assistant and they work well together.

Rude receptionist needs to check her attitude, the one with the southern accent. Asked a simple question and got a snarky answer. Won't be bringing my business if this receptionist doesn't understand that she's their first impression and sure gave me a bad impression.

Charlene is a good doctor, has compassion and gentle hands. Treated my horse's teeth and her pricing is reasonable. At the end of a visit got a gift box. Wow!!! Will come back...
