They didn't want my money!

I'm confused. They haven't taken new clients in 4 years but I was a client before they moved to Santa Fe, when they were still on Fig Garden Loop, but I'm not a client now? Wow. What system lost our info? We haven't needed a vet but okay. Guess they moved on and we were left behind. Used to love them.

A friend of mine recommended All Creatures Veterinary to me. We are a fur family so I really wanted to find a place that I can take my furbabies too and feel like they cared for them as much as I do. I can see now why ACV comes highly recommended; they always take their time with my furbabies, they girls up front are always nice and the cost to care for my babies is reasonable. So glad I was finally able to get in.????????

Great place to care for your Fur Babies

Ive been going to All Creatures vet clinic for over 15 years. Dr. Clem is awesome! The staff are wonderful and Im glad my animals are patients of All Creatures.

So this would be the second time I’ve called over the years and now moving in to a location closer to them and still getting told they are not taking any new clients just doesn’t seem right to be told the same response a few years apart. If you are not going to accept any new clients why not at least put that on your page or somewhere to notify people that previous tried to call you and possible new customers.

If you don't take your pets to get the best care possible do you actually live them? This place is hands down the best in Fresno CA

Haven't taken on any new clients for 4 years? Needed to see about getting my rabbit's neutered but evidently they won't do it because I haven't been there before. NO NEW CLIENTS!! In other words don't bother.

A great place for your precious creatures to be taken care of.

I've been to this place several times, not only for my fur babies, but also for my scaley ones. They're always fast and kind, as well as, fair. They aren't like some vet clinics that try and push additional expensive tests when you came in for something simple. The vet last time was a kind woman that handled my nervous pup with ease and even offered tips on his diet. This is the only clinic I'll go to ????

Best care for your fur baby!!! Loving staff that truly cares for your baby's health. They always go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. My dogs actually pull me into the door. They get excited when they see where we are. Can I say any more????

Best Veterinary Clinic in the Valley. Horses to Lizards, the name says it all. Dr Kahn and his wonderful staff have been taking care of our animals for decades. Not easy to get on the list, but once you do they are like family. Thanks All Creatures!!????????????????????????

Best place I've found for my cat Freya!!

This place is beyond frustrating. The very first time I entered this facility, my cat had a bad ear infection and had scratched himself pretty bad. I was told that they didn't accept walk-ins and that an appointment was needed. And that's fine, I understood. They did direct me to another facility that was able to help my cat. Many years later, this same cat is sadly, on his way out of this life. My husband contacted them by phone and they were about to help him until he told them the service that was needed. A tone of disgust came over the line and they told him they weren't accepting any new patients. Why would they even need to make a new patient file if the animal is crossing over? I'm appalled that they would treat a pet owner so callously. This is a difficult situation and we don't need unprofessional, judgemental people being rude about it.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Anyone who goes there can easily see they care about their customers/patients, and they also care about the two legged servants that take us there. Very professional and carrying environment.

I have been coming here for 20 year's. And the reason why I have been so dedicated to this amazing veterinary clinic is because from top to bottom let me rephrase that from top to top they have taken care of all of my animals as if they were their own. Out of all of those years I haven't had one problem it has been always the same top notch customer service then they are straightforward and honest with you they care for your animals with a heavy heart. And when it comes time for that final goodbye to your beloved animal they will make sure that you leave with a smile on your face knowing that your animal is in a better place as I text this message I have tears of joy in my eyes. To all of you at all creatures veterinary clinic each and everyone deserve the best thank you so much for everything that you have done for me and and my family. God bless you always and keep up the great work

I came here this morning with my dog, who woke up this morning with very swollen eyes. Although I couldn’t get in to see a vet without an appointment and I was there too early to see one, the staff was very kind and advised me on how to care for her and reassured me she was okay, she was probably having an allergic reaction (I was very frantic and worried). I followed what they said and she’s okay now. Thank you for taking care of us to the best of your abilities ????????❤️

My pup is a big whiney baby when it comes to nail trums.. they handled him like a boss...

Too busy to take on new customers. Only large anamal vet in Fresno. No suggestions not very friendly seem annoyed I was calling. Business must be good never been in an industry that I could treat customers like they are a bother

Our poor little guy was but by a rattle snake. They were very caring and amazing and did all they could for him . We have been using them for a long time and can't say enough . About the Doctors and staff .

The ladies at the desk were extremely helpful and patient with my questions...despite being 7am! My cat didn't say much about her experience, but from my perspective the staff presented well and left me feeling good about my decision to choose All Creatures. Will use them again!

Best vet in town. Their prices are so much lower than others and the doctors genuinely care.

My experience with this place ended up not being good at all. I had a few missed appointments due to circumstances outside my control. They refused to continue providing my dog care even though I explained the situation. A few months after this my dog became ill and was unable walk or have any use of her legs so I contacted them in tears begging them to allow us to come back. I even offered to pay additional for the visit just so my dog could get seen and not only did they refuse but they didn't even have the courtesy of calling me back to tell me. Prior to all of this I was a regular there because my dog had developed an issue with low platelets requiring multiple trips a week and medications. At one point I was going there twice a week for blood work and medications (Very Expensive) and we made every single appointment. I was truly surprised at the lack of care towards me and my dog when they cut us off and I was especially surprised and shocked at the way I was treated when I contacted them in desperate need of help and offered them anything really just to let us be seen. In my opinion these people are all about the money which in the several months I had my dog treated there I spent hundreds of dollars in blood work, medications, even surgery at one point. Very disappointing experience.
