100% Fancy Grooms Fresno, California

I love ❤️ 100% Fancy Grooms , had one issue this month first time in over 2 years and I called to just talk to my baby girls groomer and I get told that he doesn’t feel comfortable grooming my baby anymore . I’m like wow really I didn’t argue or say anything offensive at all I just don’t understand ???????? . Then I was told that my baby girl was being taken off the schedule for Jan . That I could call and schedule an appointment with the owner but it will be awhile before she can get her in because she isn’t taking any new clients right now ????????‍♀️????????‍♀️.. I was totally floored I cannot believe this is how they handle someone just asking questions, I mean seriously I can’t believe this my baby is 3 1/2 and this is the only groomer she has known . I love My Babygirl and only want the best for her ???????????? I’m so very sorry I didn’t know we weren’t allowed to ask questions about how our fur babies are groomed..???????????????????? .. Merry Christmas ????????

Been a client for a year with my three pups. Last time I specifically requested that their glands be expressed, something you shouldn’t have to request. After the visit, one of my pups was rubbing herself on the floor so I called the groomer Brianna and asked if it’d been done and told her why I was asking. She said it had been done on all three pups, so I told her I was just checking, said okay and thanks. Weeks later when I called to make another grooming appointment, Brianna informed me they had dropped me as a client because I called last time afterwards and wasn’t happy, though no details were put in their system. I never indicated unhappiness with their work, all I did was question if a procedure had been done and I had accepted their response. But to find out they dropped me as a client because of it! So unprofessional on their part! Because what that told me is that Brianna didn’t express their glands afterall and didn’t want to get caught! Instead of actually addressing the grooming needs of the dogs, this place is more about painting nails and coloring hair! This place should change to a salon for humans and leave the poor dogs alone!

My baby girl is always excited for her grooming appointment! Bryanna does a beautiful job & is so sweet and patient. So grateful to be able to drop off my Addie and trust that she will come out happy, relaxed and looking great every time.

I’ve had only great experiences with 100% Fancy Grooms. Everyone is professional and loves their pet clients as if they were their own. I have sent numerous friends and family members to them and all have continually returned over and over loving their groomer Bryanna. Keep up the great work and thank you!

My dog hadn't been to this groomer since september due to my health and Covid. (Puppy pad trained) This was her first outing to the groomer. They sent my dog home with fleas. I won't be going back. Very rude management. She even hung up on me. That wasn't smart.

I love 100% Fancy Grooms. They always do an amazing job on my malti poo. He comes home so happy and fresh. The groomers are all so nice as well. I’ve been to other groomers and didn’t like what they did, it was sloppy and inconsistent. But this place is consistent, and never disappoints. I won’t be taking my little guy anywhere else!

Awesome. My fur baby always come home looking fresh!!! Smelling fresh too lol. Love how they patiently worked with my baby's needs. His last visit he had fleas, and the groomer took her time bathing him.

I took my two little dogs here to groom because the one we usually take them to is fully booked and we had to wait 2 whole months. I couldn't wait that long so I brought them here. The person that came and got my dogs was super friendly. Overall great staff. The groomers did a great job but the only complaint I really have is one of my dog wasn't able to open one of her eyes after she was done getting groomed. If the groomers had accidentally poked her eye or got soap into them, it would've of been nice to have been told there was a small accident so that way we would know how to relieve the pain and stress she was going through. Her eye was noticeably irritated but I had no clue what had happened.

We have been taking our dogs for years and Jackie is the best!!! She makes my Bailey and Coco look beautiful.

Is okay for emergency. They just don't have a post or flyer to look at different packages and prices I took my dog last year they charged me $55 I took him this year they charged me $65 same dog and same service, Jackie said that prices had went up. He had a shave rash so at the end I ended up paying $100 to the vet to get antibiotics due to him licking and getting an infection haven't gone back since then.

I cant tell you how much in love I am with this place! After switching from a national grooming salon, I definitely feel like I received a more personal touch with my fur baby. All of the groomers and bathers are super friendly and helpful, and are very knowledgeable about any of my pet's needs.

Always well groomed and happy fur baby thanks to Jackie ????they really care about every animal and work with their temperament. I’m really grateful for them and highly recommend them for all your fur babies.

We absolutely love this place. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We appreciate them more than they will ever know our little dog is horrified of having her nails cut and she screams like a grown woman. We are very thankful that they take such good care of our babies

The blonde lady is so rude i walked in trying to see how much a haircut would cost and she had attitude saying they dont have time to have a conversation started yelling at me for coming in uninvited.. i then decided to look up some of the one star reviews from this place and talk about being professional. Take a look at the comments of the owner yelling at a customer for them calling her out on mistreating their dogs

After 10 different groomers mobile and store front we finally found a groomer who takes the time to listen to what we want and can do a proper Bichon Frise cut. They have always been on time with calling for follow up appointments. They do a great job with the purple hair dye too! Both our little boys are always excited to go there and happy campers when we pick them up complete with bandanas and treats. I totally recommend 100% fancy grooms I wont go anywhere else again.

First time at this place. My poor puppies first hair cut turned out to be a disaster! I totally understand that puppies may not cooperate but shaving him completely, that is disappointing! The cut was not even close to what I asked for. He was so scared when I picked him up. You can tell the cut was rushed without care. Uneven areas everywhere. Omgosh...I’m so disappointed, the worst $70 I spent! Overly priced for poor quality and my puppy is small FYI. All the services weren’t done because my puppy would allow it. Lol really but still over charged me. I wouldn’t have mind at all if quality was there. Won’t be going back for sure and won’t be recommending to anyone.
