What an amazing office. I traveled from Reno for a special surgery by Dr Mark Doty. I've worked with a lot of vets, being in the horse business, this one is exceptional! I couldn't get any vet to talk to me or answer any questions until I found Mark. Kind, caring, sensitive and extremely knowledgeable. I plan on driving the 4 hours to go back and follow up with him. Know one in Reno compares to this guy. Lovely office staff too, I even sent them a gift basket for being so good to me. :)

I set up a surgical consultation with them, because my dog was limping and my vet recommended a surgical opinion after his examination. The basic diagnosis was that it could be a cruciate ligament problem until proven otherwise. Warm Springs determined that the limp didn't appear to be due to the cruciate ligament and refunded their consultation fee. Every interaction we experienced with Warm Springs was first rate.

I have been going here regularly for about a year now for my puppy. A friend recommended this place to me and it’s been great so far. I would give them 5 stars if not for a few things that I wish they improve. Booking appointments - probably due to their rise in popularity or due to increased dog ownership during the pandemic, there is a wait to get an appointment. So, going there for emergencies is out of the question and the couple of times I called them, they recommended Beacon and Beacon has been great. I wish two things they could improve here - (1) allow us to find and book appointments on your calendar online instead of having to work with your staff over the phone. Makes it a lot easier especially for booking a weekday. (2) share medical records with Beacon or any other hospital your clients go to based on your recommendation. Parking - the parking was a pain recently with the construction but has gotten better. They have a grass-laid area with a poop station so it is convenient as well. Not sure whether there will enough parking there once offices open up to full capacity. Doctors - all the doctors are amazing seem to love dogs and their work and I don’t worry about getting a particular doctor Staff - most of the staff are friendly; I wouldn’t say all Cost & Billing - the process is very convenient and transparent and they lay out the optional treatment and don’t judge if you do not take them due to whatever reason. I don’t find them expensive but then I have already resigned to the fact that dog ownership is expensive. Support - the staff is very patient and responsive during phone calls and on email. Very good customer service - love it! PS - now that I think of it, I give them a 5-star.

Great staff, up front with prices. They do have add-on services that can add up that are normally included in pet regular healthcare. Nice thing is that if you're on a budget and opt out of the EXTRA services, you can save a chunk of cash. Very good, professional staff and knowledgeable doctors.

We will not be going to Warm Springs Pet Hospital. My wife called to make an appointment (our first) and was charged $90 prior to even coming to the appointment. Our situation changed and my wife called back a few days later to ask to cancel the appointment which was still 6 days away. We were told that they would not refund the $90, and that they would not be willing to transfer the credit to a friend of ours that goes there, because their policy is that you must cancel 7 days in advance. They mentioned that they had texted us this policy after we had paid. We did not see that text. But even so, the customer service was rude, telling us that there was no way we'd get our money back (for being 1 day late cancelling). We've contact our credit card company to contest the charge. I don't know of any other vet that charges up front and won't let you cancel within 6 days. With this level of customer service we will not being going to Warm Springs Pet Hospital.

I could say don't take your dog there, but this place will charge you for everything I'm surprised they didn't charge me for the air that my dog breathed. There was an accident right on the corner before you get to Warm Springs Pet Hospital at Mission Boulevard and Warm Springs it had backed up the traffic onto the freeway because it's a shortcut between 880 and 680 well needless to say I was late and they promptly charged me the $15 charge. This indicated to me that these people are very ruthless they want a penny for everything you do. This dog this is a dog cost me $1,050 to have her teeth cleaned. It starts at 4 95 but then you definitely need x-rays to find out what's wrong with the tooth or teeth everybody knows that you need this no matter or dog or person but that's not included it is an extra $220. Everything is extra there be aware of what you are signing and what boxes your checking. I'm not saying that they didn't do a good job I am saying that they are charging way too much to clean my dog's teeth. This is way more than a human being and it should not be like that. This is my second time here and it cost me about the same

I sent my dog in for a dental cleaning today. They finished it quickly and did a good job. Unlike my experience at Curtner, the bill was EXACTLY as I expected. His teeth are white, his breath doesn't stink anymore, and it turns out they clipped his nails (for free!) to boot. Highly recommend Warm Springs Pet Hospital. Edit: Today, one day after, they called to check on him. That is exceptional on it's own, but they are also closed on weekends. Meaning that they went out of their way just to check on our boy.

Great staff and service! I had my dogs teeth cleaned here a few years ago and the staff did a fantastic job. I felt my dog was safe and she came home happy and healthy. So impressed with this clinic that I am willing to drive from Monterey to bring her back for follow ups. The Vet explains her proposed treatment plans clearly and answers all my questions and concerns. Thanks for taking good care of my girl Scout Warm Springs Pet Hospital ????

I won’t be returning after asking many times keep credit card on file and wasn’t done after promised!! They need start being honest with customers if they aren’t willing do it, I decided this place wasn’t a good fit if would lie about something as simple credit card.

The price on a TPLO surgery was reasonable compared to other places. My dog had it done here and now he's fully recovered.

Just started taking my dogs here after horrible puppy experience at VCA ( had been going there since 2000). Very impressed when they worked one of my dogs onto their busy schedule so I wouldn't have to go to the emergency vet over the holidays. Prices more reasonable than VCA too.

They are so sweet and professional! They answered all of my questions about my kitties and they even helped load everyone into the car for me after we were done.

construction next door has ruined the parking lot, very dusty, too many vehicles and parking is limited

Great care and very responsive to all of my queries. 10 year old small pup had several teeth extracted. The price ended up being half of what SF SPCA quoted me. The only negative was the drop off for the dental procedure — my dog reacts to other dogs, so waiting in a long line of other dogs was incredibly stressful and unpleasant for both of us. Overall, I’d recommend for reasonably priced dog dental care.

Thank you Dr. Doty and all the amazing staff here! This is the best vet I've experienced, and I'm so grateful I found them! My 12-year old mini Australian shepherd tore her left hind leg CCL (she tore the right one when she was 8). My usual vet in Concord was stringing me along, trying to get me to spend $1,000 just for an assessment, only to tell me they don't do CCL surgeries anymore and that they would need to refer me out! I called many vets in the bay area trying to get her in promptly, and it was one door slammed in my face after another. They either wanted to charge exorbitant prices for her assessment, and/or could only get her in after many weeks of waiting. After getting her assessment done at Pacific Vet for 200, they quoted me 6-7k for her surgery. It was a very emotional time, trying to balance getting the best care for my baby at a reasonable cost. I finally found Warm Springs Hospital. From the first phone call, they were very kind, professional and efficient. Unlike other vets who insisted on yet another assessment appointment, they accepted the existing diagnosis from Pacific Vet and went ahead and scheduled her surgery. I opted for the less expensive lateral suture surgery (versus TPLO), as she is older, less active, and small. They didn't pressure me at all, and were helpful in the decision making process. The day of the surgery was smooth, they sent me home with a lot of information about her recovery, necessary meds (and even some glucosamine chews!) - they even called the next day to see how she was doing. The whole process went well - it's now a month after the procedure and she's healing well. I'm forever grateful to Warm Springs Vet!

I wish I had known about this place earlier. Honest practice with affordable service and attentive staff. EASY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. (unlike most places in the Bay Area with waitlist as long as 1.5 -2 months!) My dog, Croissant, and I drove all the way from SF to Fremont for his neutering service. The staff walked us through everything in details and his healing process was smooth. They called to check up on him the day after. I am now looking to get additional care for him and when I called again, they clearly explained to me my questions and was quick to response via email when they do not have an answer immediately. It is so refreshing to talk to a vet team who is kind and slowly walks you through the procedure, the care, and don't rush you off the phone. They have the most AMAZING front out of house staff. Thank you Selena and Raphaella.

I've been taking my dog here for 2 years. They've always been friendly and if she needed to stay (like after being neutered) they would call and email updates. Their prices are also really fair.
