The selection is great but the customer service lacked. The girl at check out could have cared less about me standing there ready to check out. She rushed to get us out and barely spoke a word. Other than “are you ready” and “your total is”.

This place is a gem, amazing selection, but more importantly friendly KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. They also do no nonsense low cost vaccinations for your pets, flea meds, etc. I love this place

Awesome experience overall! Prices are not to bad compared to a lot of things around here.( don’t listen to the one stars) Love the variety of products as well. And amazing staff and customer service even when they’re busy ⭐️

They have anything you could possibly want. It's the greatest place ever. And it's always stocked and looking great. Seriously look no further this store has anything you need for your pet. Whatever type of pet it is, theyve got it covered.

Great store with lots of great products. Docked a star because I interacted with 3 staff members while I was there, none of whom were friendly. They weren't overtly rude, but definitely didn't go out of their way to be helpful or courteous. Like "hello, excuse me, where can I find X" "oh its over there". Overall a good experience and will go back though.

Cynthia was very helpful in showing me the most popular cat foods. Folks here are always friendly and eager to help. Cat Country has the best and widest selection of cat products I've seen outside of conventions.

They have lots of variety for dogs, cats, birds, fishes, turtles and more. Moreover, the workers are super friendly and helpful. Takes advantage of the reward system!

Large store that's well organized. Great selection of a wide variety of pet foods, grooming needs, toys, bedding, and carriers. Even stock nice gifts for pet lovers. Prices are competitive. Staff always friendly and helpful. I shop here exclusively now.

Pretty good supply of just about everything but a bit too expensive for some of the items I was looking for and some other items I saw ????. I got what I needed but not likely to return if I find it for a much reasonable price elsewhere or even Amazon.

The staff is always helpful. This store carries items/brands that are difficult to find at other pet stores. They also host cat and kitten adoptions on Saturdays.
