This a great place for vaccines, but for other inquiries, the wait time is horrible. If you take your pet to get surgery here and they tell you a time to be there for pickup, just arrive an hour later because it’s most likely you’ll be there for 3 hours more from the time told. Waiting times are horrible even if there is a complete staff.

Bad customer service. No one picks up. No communication between employees for two of my animals now appointments for spay.

Dr. Kendrick and staff are always excellent. Always efficient and friendly.

I have been coming here for 12 years for my 2 dogs, Dr. Grossman was the best Vet they have ever had, Never had an issue with any of the vet techs, but Ally is by far the best tech they have, if it was not for Ally I would no longer be taking my pets there. I will call ahead of time just to make sure she is there. Front desk is beyond horrible to clients, besides Jennifer... The other 2 VERY LARGE Hispanic women that are always at the front desk are two of the rudest, nastiest women I have ever come across at a place of business, they never smile, they do not even greet you properly and when they do speak to you they are not nice and I have seen them do it to several others, not just myself. These 2 nasty women are going to be the reason I look for a new vet, Which no one should ever have to do that. Last time I went there to get my pups medication refill, one of them asked me what medication I needed and I said it was the only one my dog uses for her ears, she rolled her eyes at me and said" Do you understand how many meds we have for ears?", I said it should be in my chart can you check please, she then said not one word again to me, handed my chart to a tall skinny kid who was just as rude and he told me he would get the medication. He walked to the back, came out with the medication is his hand, sat it down on the counter and asked me to have a seat and someone will help me shortly and I sat there for 25 mins until I got up and said something and he charged me out. However the new vet they have now Sara I believe her name is, she is very understanding of your pets needs and issues. BUT For as many years I have been going there and the amount of money I have spent at this Animal Hospital in the last 12 yrs, I am really, really thinking of finding a new vet because of the way myself and others are treated by the 2 women at the front desk! DR. KENDRICK these 2 women are horrible and are making your place of business look BAD!!!

My dog ​​was roughly treated by the vet for routine checkup. To pay I waited an hour and a half.

Horrible call system i have been trying to get a hold of the place the past days and im on hold for over 20 minutes each time ! Without someone at least answering and asking to hold. They don't pick up the phone at all period.

The WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!!! I took my dog in to trim her nails and she walked out with a full CAST!!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN. My Dad questioned what happened to the nurses handing us our poor pup and they had the nerve to say "I'm not a dog person" I'm beyond Disgusted with this place!! Every time I call no one answers, you ask to speak to a manager and are placed on hold and left there. I never got an explanation to what happened to my dog and they refused to speak to me after. PLEASE PROTECT YOUR PETS AND TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE. no sympathy here at all. I Immediately changed Vet clinics and my dog is no longer nervous going to this new one. I WONDER WHY!!

Poor customer service. I was ignored for hours while other dogs walked in 30 minutes after my dog and were seen almost immediately. I experienced very poor customer service and communication when all my dog needed was a simple shot.

From reading the reviews it looks like they have changed a lot. Preferred it when it was a walk-in clinic, convenient and can be seen quickly as most pet situations are urgent. The last few times I wanted to make an appointment it was 3 weeks out and now I'm having a hard time getting through on the phone to make an appt like the reviews said. Sad that they had to change their practice procedures. They were really great before when it was a walk-in, the staff were always on point and we were in and out.

Have been taking our pets here for over 10 years; wonderful, loving staff and the facility has been recently renovated and expanded.

Poor communication with customers. First, their website and voicemail say that they open at 7:30 however they do not open their doors until 8:00. Next, I have been a customer here for 5 years. I have brought my dogs here because I lived close and the price was reasonable. The downside has always been that it would take a lot of time because in the past it was walk in only. In addition, it would take forever to get. ahold of someone because they are always busy. This is understandable because they are a great value so i guess that is why I put up with it for so long. Today, I made line at 7:00 a.m so I could be one of the first people in line. Once they opened and we began to check in we were informed that it was by appointment only! Nowhere on their website or voicemail was this specified. Very unprofessional. Almost all the people who made line were upset because they were sent home. The woman told me to leave my information and reception would call me and an appointment could be made in two weeks! Never going back there again.

First time here but left very impressed! I think I found my new vet

Affordable medical care, clean facility, however some of the staff could use some pointers on how to tell a walk-in client that your only accepting appointments at the moment in a respectful way.

I love this clinic for my cat Jewel and dog Jen they have been coming here for 4 years and counting.

I can't review what the service is like because they NEVER answer their phone. I've call about 10 times and sit on hold for long periods of time without ever speaking to a human.

He asked for more vaccinations that are required at the time of a hair cut.

Always a very friendly staff although the wait times can take a bit long, be nice and they will totally appreciate it
