I've been coming here for several years and get great service. Things have changed due to covid, but still get great service. Staff is wonderful!!

Pretty good the staff seems great but they don't let you be inside so I don't know how they actually treat our pets.other than that I recommend them

My dog passed away recently and the lady's at prestige made us feel so much better knowing our fur baby would be in good hands. Andrea was very polite and took care of all our needs. Our dog was given proper care and steps for cremation! Thank you prestige we will definitely be referring you guys to other fur parents!

I have been going to Prestige Animal Hospital for all my pets: 4 Yorkies and 3 cats for over 10 years. My family and I mostly deal with Dr. Liana Chang. I love that she’s very compassionate, and patient in answering questions and concerns, and I trust her implicitly with all my fur babies. The support staff is very helpful and courteous that seemingly cares about all their pet patients. I especially appreciate the follow up call just to check if my pet is doing okay after each visit to the clinic.

Wouldn’t see my dying dog because I “didn’t have an appointment” and wouldn’t take walk ins. Why is this called a hospital if you don’t help sick dogs, very disgusting and unprofessional

Took my 1y/o cat to Prestige for a checkup and to be microchipped. They were awesome from the moment I met their employees. Fast & easy too. Thank you for treating my cat like your own????

I am new to this area and needed to find a new vet. I am VERY pleased with the service I receive at Prestige Animal Hospital. They are very friendly, accommodating and go into everything in detail.

They are wonderful at caring for my kitty, always informing me of anything that is going on and even letting me know how much something will cost before running it. They take their time with him and always make me feel like any issue I'm having with him is heard. The best part is that I never feel like I overpaid for anything, they charge me around the same or even less than other vets. I used to take my kitty to Banfield but I have since switched because of unknown charges from them, to them being too busy to take me on appt time. I love that this vet is so much closer to me as well. SO THANK YOU PRESTIGE FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR SPENCELY!! ???? (To be clear, Banfield is a no go, Prestige is where its at ????)

Pricey. Sometimes too busy to take your animal in. They do have a second location in North Fontana so that helps. Doctor knows what they are doing. Clean clinic. Staff can be hit or miss depending on their moods that day

Horrible place! The guy that works the front desk is an inconsiderate a**! We have had horrible experiences them in the past and after giving them a second chance we are done and have pulled both of our dogs records from them and have gone to New Haven in Ontario. Save your pets lives and go elsewhere!

They are terrible customer service Every time there’s and a emergency they always turn you away. But will flood your email with reminders for check ups Dissatisfied We just spent over 1200. Two weeks ago with them running unneeded tests on the same dog But when the dog needs medical attention they denied her service.

Dr. Colley is very professional, caring, and informative. My Shu-itzu had surgery to remove a mast on his leg and she called to let me know how the surgery went and his recovery. She also took the time to explain after care and answer questions I had, plus the rest of the team follows through on their part to. I'm extremely thankful to Dr. Colley and the team there at Prestige for taking care of my little fur baby.

Very polite however, waiting outside in my car with my pet way past my appointment time is not an enjoyable experience. If all other business are open, why not allow you to come inside with your pet. They come and take the pet from the car and you’re not allowed in. I don’t like that at all. When I called and stated I’d be leaving due to the wait time, they didn’t even attempt to ensure me they’d be getting to me anytime soon.

Excellent service, courteous, and prompt. I asked to be put on a waiting list if someone cancelled. They called within a week offering an earlier appt. because someone cancelled. That is great service!

Been coming here for YEARS. Came with my first dog (who ultimately passed) and started coming back a several years later when we got our current dog. Everyone has always been nice, answers questions, gives tips, and provide clarification whenever needed.

We don't typically take our dogs to the vet. We give them their shots etc. At home. However, we had some concerns with our eldest shepherd and our local vet was busy. They suggested we try here. They are in a newly developed area when last I'd been there, there were dairy farms. The staff was punctual, kind, explained things thoroughly. The Dr. Likes his job and is very thorough. They've called us twice since the appt. To check on her and make sure the treatment worked. As far as pricing, I honestly don't know because we don't do this too often. The facility was clean and organized and they seemed very capable.
