I've been trying to contact this place to book an appointment, left a message and have not received any call back.

The doctor at this location was very nice and knowledgeable. She showed compassion for my pet that unfortunately loss to lung cancer.

Weighed my dog for free.

It is local and they are very good at taking care of my cat.

The chain of Banfield Hospitals are very well staffed and always polite. Their wellness plans are a little pricey, but I am confident they are worth it

Took 4 of my cats there to get neutered and spayed and they healed really well, they were kind and helpful the whole time and our pets are fine as well

They're all about the money, big money. Had to go home with a dying pup because they made it too unaffordable. No money, no compassion.

they didn't answer. they're phone machine was off. I suggest you just visit a hospital instead of calling. In my area it takes a while to get an appointment.

Banfield is great with my fur babies.. I just wish they had two people at the front desk. Waiting over 20 minutes to pick up my babies is not great. Same with just dropping off, I waited almost the same time. Besides that, they are great.

This place is awesome! The price is reasonable, the staff are friendly and professional, and they do a great job! We bring our cat here to get her nails clipped and we are in and out in under 30 minutes and that is even with a walk in appointment! I have no complaints

If you are in the Fontana Banfield. Dr. Link is my dog's Dr. Grear guy, very knowledgeable. My dog actually feels comfortable with him. All staff very friendly and helpful. ????????

My Pekingese has always been terrified of the vet. Earlier this year she had an issue on a Sunday, our vet was closed, so I called Banefield. My girl wasn't scared. When I picked her up she came prancing out with a big smile. So last week when she had an issue with her ear we returned to Banfield. She pranced out smiling once again. I also think she has a crush on the vet. I hope Dr Link never leaves.

They treated Duke great!! He was in and out and they were very communicative of all things done to him!! I appreciated their treat to my baby!!!

They are always very loving towards your pets and always call if anything comes up. They even added a personalized bag with my pets names for the medication when I picked them up.

I took in my dog for an abscess he had. They turned me away immediately saying they were at full capacity, I said can he at least get antibiotics so he is not in so much pain, they said no, I said so let the dog suffer then, the rude man said I can go anywhere else. Very unprofessional to straight neglect to help a dog in pain. Very unprofessional.

I took my cat and my recent new kitten here and they're the best hands down. Very friendly staff and thry treat pets like family. After searching for a vet for my pets I can finally say I found it! Today my cat Pusheen got surgery and I loved the updates I got. I totally recommend here for all your pet care needs plus it's very affordable.

Staff is amazing! I was concerned leaving our baby girl at a place where you would think they're not given the love and attention you give them yourself. I can honestly say I was wrong. Our pup loves to now visit and greet the team when we arrive. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and they'll make sure feel comfortable but most importantly know your pets will be safe. Pricing while you might feel is expensive comes with HUGE benefits: easy to access records, reminders, scheduling, and DISCOUNTS! Our pup had an emergency and after seeing the breakdown of before and after discounts, let me tell you my wife thinks i'm the smartest around.
