Krystal took care of my furbaby like he was hers. I am forever thankful and I bought a cute jacket for my baby on the way out. Thank you Petco

I had 5 star service from a young man called Elston. He went up and beyond to complete an order for me that I was having difficulty with on line . He carried the heavy bag to my car too. Thank you Elston.

I like it because they sell a larger variety of feeder bugs than Petsmart does. What I don't like is that the crickets are in the back, so you have to find a worker and wait for them to get it. But other than that they are great!

Petco is a good spot for most everything. Usually good prices. Staff is helpful.

You carry the only brands I feed my 14 month old puppy, your prices are good and the store is less than 5 minutes from my house. I wish you had more stock on the treat aisle, but it seems most stores are having the same problem.

I went to the Petco store in Folsom, CA today, 9/22/2021, at about 5:20 pm. While parking my car I saw a male wearing a green T-shirt smoking a cigarette in the parking. He walked toward the store and dropped his cigarette butt in front of the store. I went into the store and noticed that he is a Petco employee. I informed one of the managers, but doubt anything will be done since during past visits I usually see many cigarette butts outside where Petco employees smoke. Cigarette butts, besides being trash, are toxic to the environment. I usually donate to pets in need, but not today. Petco may care about pets, but their employees trash the environment.

They stopped selling rats and raised the price on mice super high. I adopted a corn snake that only eats live food and it has become expensive to keep it based on the price gouging.

This was our first time EVER with pet grooming- both dogs just got their nails trimmed and buffed. One of my dogs in particular does NOT care for strangers but the technician was so calming and kind! Not to mention FAST! I could not believe in only 10 minutes both dogs were trimmed, buffed and ready to go! I'll never do it on my own again! Great service and excited to make this part of my doggies regular routine!

People who work there need more training. None were qualified to answer any questions. Very friendly staff. Manager needs way more training.

The sales associates are always friendly and helpful. Also, the store carries the canned cat food l like and the cat sand l use, plus l got a discount on the sand. The store isn't too far from where l live.

Great big store with a variety of supplies for all pets. Nice selection of small pets like hamster, turtles, fish and even some chinchillas. We bought a betta with all the supplies. Great customer service and friendly staff.

I go here mostly to get feeders for my reptiles/invertebrates when I don't want to drive to the specialty reptile store. I'm not a fan oh how they keep their tarantulas they have for sale, as the enclosures aren't ideal or suitable, but can't expect specialty care from an all purpose store. Otherwise, they do great for rodent, fish, bird, cat, and dog owners.
