They did a great job on our 2 dogs nails. Very fast too.

Came here for the training for our pit/lab mix. We worked with Lisa who knows her stuff. This class was great at teaching us how to work with our pups. YES this class is for the owners, they dont teach your dog for you, some people failed to realize this. Lisa was super friendly, worked with us when we had a busy schedule, we had great progress with our pup and learned so much. I highly recommend this course if you are new to owning a dog, or new to the breed you have. 10/10

My son dropped off my Pomeranian Husky yesterday 8/27/21 before 11am, to get a bath/brush plus a package that cost me additional $20, to get the services my dog’s needs. After an hour they called that my dog is ready for picked up for that services I booked that cost me $57 in total. When I saw my dog it looked like not even bathed, nails not trimmed, bottom not cleaned and the teeth not brushed. I was like shocked they charged me and yet I’m not satisfied the way my dog looked. I’m so upset. I would never book or never recommend this store ever again. Very poor services.

Sucks at scheduling grooming they have canceled on me two times in a row now pretty ridicules and also letting me now last minute too. I won't come here again.

I was charged $15 more for an Express appointment when I booked it a week and a half ago. I normally pay $40 today they charged$55. What would normally take 30 minutes took an hour and 45 minutes.

Got what we needed for our dog and bunny, dog food and Timothy hay.

We go here for Wilson (our greyador) to get a Furminator bath and blow dry. He's always happy with the care he receives, looks handsome, and the Furminator really helps reduce his shedding between appointments. ????????

Very good people to help you in this store.

Everytime I go there and I mean everytime, the customer service is great. They always go out of their way to help me no matter what the problem. I don't know about the other petsmarts but the one locate in Fairfield across the street from the Mall is my go too place. I always check there before I go to any other pet store.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. We get all of our piggies stuff here. We never leave unsatisfied.

Super rude and unprofessional workers. The store was filthy, just got a 8 week old puppy and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere because of rude and unhelpful employees.

I had my dog enrolled in beginning and intermediate training class. Lisa was my trainer she had taught me how to train my dog Yoda. I think she is a great trainer. I have recommended her to people at the dog park where we go. I am thinking about enrolling him in brain games. She use positive rewarding system. She is located at the Fairfield Ca petsmart

Good place to shop for your animal the dog salon has good deals I always take my dog PENDEJO There when he is good and he is not trying to attack my neighbors dog.. the only bad thing the toy selection kind of small if you have big dogs...

Worst customer care for grooming, I had an apt booked out for a month for my 2 dogs at 8am this morning. I get there and tell me I have to reschedule since the groomer called in. I'm sorry but I've had those apt for a month and everything and everywhere else is fully booked for weeks you can't squeeze me in or call in another groomer? Will not book here again
