Good prices and service. Lots of brand names and high quality food and supplies.

They dont really have that much for cats....its like they mainly focus just on dogs. Which is alittle unfair.

Couldn't bear the thought of going on Amazon and sifting through 10,000 choices for 'dog sweater'. Looked at Petco's website, and found the perfect one within 2 minutes. On sale, and it came a day earlier than expected! Fantastic experience! ????

Ugh I love this store, just WHYYY are they insanely expensive for no reason. They are ropes and tiny dog clothes...why do they cost more than peoples. And a glass bowl with a lid is 20 but same bowl at walmart "not for dogs" cost 3$. Thats wild and people really be spending money like this cause they think they have to. Not okay.

Can find what I need for my fish and dogs here, the store is always clean and well-stocked.

As we do on most occassions, we ordered our dog food and treats online and utilized the in store pick up service the store has. The online process is simple and once we get the email letting us know our order is ready to pick up, we head into the store and have an associate grab our items from the in store pick up bin and we are done. Seemless

Take the dog there all the time. Luv the service.

Disappointing selection of fish ????????

It felt like there were plenty of employees wandering around but I couldn't get anyone to help me and when I finally found what I was looking for and got to the register after waiting for WAY TOO LONG because the meandering employees couldn't come to the front to help the ONE cashier who was taking time with another customer, I asked specifically for flea and tick meds for my dog and the cashier wanted to argue with me about what I wanted and why. I seriously thought maybe he was high because he kept forgetting to ring up the items in my purchase... pretty hard to miss 50# of dogfood but anyway... I may as well order from Chewy and have everything I want and need delivered. So Lame. And there weren't any carts when I first walked in either... Come on guys. Do better.

Bought two products last night with credit card. No longer needed them. They will not refund the product without a receipt even though I have the credit card statement. Will never do business with them again. What great customer service

PetCo is a great place to shop when you need items for you pet. I have two kittens and bought kitten chow.

Visited on 9/11/21 - found a water bottle for my guinea pig.

The staff welcomed me when I came in. The store had OKO CAT brand cat litter which was on sale.

Super sweet girl helped me pick out an adorable hamster for my son, she was so sweet and knowledgeable, gave us the correct information on habitat sizing and lots of other great information. They need a lot more space than you might think

Can be hard to get service but they are super friendly and helpful once they do help you out.
