Old Towne Animal Hospital Fair Oaks, California

We have been going to Old Town Animal Hospital for 41 years. They are very compassionate and caring. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I have been taking Tiny to Old Towne for about a year or more, this past week I had so many questions and they took as look as it took. They did not rush me at all. Tiny is almost 14 so I will appreciated there willingness to spend that time with us.

Dr Garfield & his partners & staff are excellent care givers & such caring people. I’m so glad I can count on them to care 4 Brooklyn when needed & they have programs that make the care very affordable. I would highly recommend Old Towne Animal Hospital in Fair Oaks to anyone needing care for their dog or cat. We also had Glynnis, our daughter taking her cat Phoebe (aka:smelly cat) to their office. She always got fantastic care, & when Phoebe got sick they were so kind & helpful. My daughter was able to have her put to sleep at the hospital too when Phoebe was no longer able to continue a comfortable life. Everything the staff did made it a little easier 4 our family to say goodbye to a kitty we had all loved for a long time. Thank u so much to Dr Garfield & the rest of the staff 4 always being such professionals & great people.

Nothing could have made this better! The entire staff from check in to the tech to the vet were wonderful, compassionate and obviously the perfect people to work with animals. So happy we have all of our pets in their care now!

Very pleased that vet tech took my large lab puppy into the facility.She is getting used to so many new things ~ was pleased with service/info given. LOVED that there was no 'up-selling'. Will be back, for sure.

Fast and thorough, even though one of our dogs is afraid to go inside alone, the curbside drop-off is easy and convenient.

Each time I have had an issue with either of my dogs, OTAH has always been of service and shown great care for my fur-babies.

I have never been pressured into any thing I didn't ask for. They didn't try to up sell me a bunch of treatments I couldn't afford and really didn't need. They are very caring there and love all their patients.

Everyone at Old Towne is so nice and accommodating. I love that there is no pressure to buy services, test, or products...there is just an honest and open discussion about options based on effectiveness and my budget. I would recommend Old Towne to anyone.

Great quality care, friendly, not trying to squeeze you for your last dime.

They are all wonderful.My dogs feel comfortable and safe going to them.

Even with the COVID-19 restrictions I have 0 complaints. You guys are always amazing and super accommodating to my highly anxious scaredy cat

We have been bringing our animals (2 dogs and 1 cat) here for the last two years. The staff is friendly and honest. I have never felt like I’m speaking w a car salesman as I have so many times before w other vets trying to talk me into services for my pet that aren’t needed!

Theu were really good with my dog. Especially, for the 4th of July to make sure he was NOT scared prescribed the right amount meds if needed. I was extremely happy this was the 1st year he was able to be calm.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable ..my pets are comfortable every time we go. And so are we!
