Very caring staff. Been taking my pets therapy for almost 30 years

Gentle, quick emergency care for our dog when we were new in town. Very grateful for the excellent care we received and the follow ups have been easy.

It was finals week my kitten was dying and this hospital that I have used in the past would not see my kitten because I didn't have money up front there's no heart here and probably no more business either

The staff here is so amazing. I have memory issues so I can't remember names but y'all all rock. My dog Roxy a red nose pit, woke up one morning last week with a tiny lump under neck and we thought she played to hard. The next day it seemed to have gotten smaller so we weren't concerned. Then bam next morning she had a lump the size of a grape fruit she wasn't eating or playing and she was warm and shivering. I have been bringing Roxy here for almost 4 years now. I immediately called them they were booked out cuz of covid and no workers. The lady asked if she thought we could wait til the 15 of September and this happened on the 4th. I explained how scared and worried we were and her not eating. So, she talked to that amazing doctor, I wish I could remember her name, anyways they made room for her. Good thing they said she was running a fever of 103 and the grapefruit size ball was a huge cyst. They did surgery and put in a drain. Well that came out a few days later cuz she kept shaking her head trying to get the plastic collar of lol. I called Broadway let them know it was out but she looked fine. They said please bring her in so we can check and make sure. So,I did and they didn't even charge me. Thank you so much for being so out of the universe wicked AWESOME!!!!

They are great with my animals

Prescription was short 20% of pills. Haven't been happy with the service from Broadway animal hospital.

My dog is sick and they ran blood work on her. They told me Thursday that her "liver levels were a bit elevated" but that they somehow didn't run all the tests I paid for. So I had to return to the vet an additional time to have more blood work drawn and I was told that I would have the results of that by the end of the day (Friday). I called multiple times asking what her results were and I was told each time that the vet wasn't available to read them to me. Now it's Monday and I called the vet and I was told that they wouldn't be able to guarantee me her results until Wednesday. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I am worried about my dog who means the world to me and these people are not even trying to read the results that are already available to them. I paid hundreds of dollars for my dog to basically not get care. Thanks a lot.

This is the best for animal care I have found, around I have been going here for the past 4 years. They are always nice and treat my dog good, and address all my concerns, plus their prices are reasonable. Thanks so much A+++

The helpful staff at Broadway Animal Hospital were the only ones willing to see Meatball as a new patient. We took him in for a puncture wound he received the night before. The vet gave him a thorough exam, treated his wound, and administered antibiotics. We were given clear instructions for home care and his wound healed within a few days. I would certainly recommend them for any pet owners new to the area!

We also liked that they have an on-site lab. We chose very well - all staff, from receptionists to assistants to the doctors, are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We have real peace of mind knowing our little loved ones are receiving kind attention and the best care.

Best vet team in Eureka! Dr Folden and her team are absolutely wonderful. The good doctor and each member of the team take time to talk with me, explain various medical issues and treatment options. Their kindness and care help me to be at ease whenever I bring my cat for an appointment.

Everyone who works here is so kind and knowledgeable. Our cats are well taken care of and we are informed of what’s going on throughout the visit. So grateful we found Broadway Animal Hospital, truly the best place to take your pets.

Great service. And friendly Doctor and staff. I take my turtle here for her vetranary needs. A little spendy though. But the are one of two Vet's that care for exotic's in Humboldt county

I cannot say enough about how well this hospital exceeded our expectations. We brought our dog in last minute while on a cross country road trip. They were able to schedule us in relatively quickly, especially considering none of the other vets in the area were accepting any new clients at all. Once our dog was in her appointment, we were contacted by the on-call emergency vet who gave us her recommendations and accurate price estimates for all tests and medications we discussed. She listened to everything we had to say, and was extremely patient with us as we explained everything that had been going on. After a couple of calls and tests, we were sent on our way with everything we needed. Their rates were much better than we ever expected as well! Amazing vet!!! Cannot recommend enough.

Best place for loving care for all types of fur babies

This is an awesome place they love all animals and are very professional and knowledgeable I've been taking my two cats there for over a year now. We appreciate them all do much, definitely recommend them . Thx

The Vet, Dr Emily Bloom was extremely good. It was a late emergency visit; got us in quick, she was brilliant and very personable, told us what was going on, (great news this time), impeccable advice, and my Pit mix adored her. I'm telling you, it was a very pleasant experience.

Hmm didn't know I was there

When Dr. LOCHTIE ran it, there were options that didn't include a tooth checkup estimate of $1700. GREAT guy! I understand that Vets go through the same training as YOUR M.D., but that was their choice.

Love this place. They are very nice and helpful. Always greeted with a smile. My dog Gunner likes the people in the office too. Great place to get animal care.
