I love PetSmart and so does my dog. We find everything here at great prices. Always clean and the staff are very friendly.

Good place for doggy day care and Jen in the grooming salon is amazing! Super kind and gentle with my dog and always does a great job!

Visiting out of town and they were able to take my pup in on very short notice to groom nails that were scratching sister. Great staff and service. Highly recommend them!

Overpriced Chinese garbage- Petsmart is one of the few local businesses where haven't had any moral qualms switching to online only. I used to love Petsmart (at least a decade ago) but now I hope they either dramatically change or close forever soon!

Shoutout to Sid from the petsmart petshotel and also store manager Mike. Sid really knows his dogs! I was very impressed when I heard how much he knows about beagles! It’s very settling to know that he understands my beagles common behavior before I dropped him off. Store manger Mike followed after hours protocol and reassured me that he would not leave Jaxx alone at the vet after jaxx throwing up multiple times. I told him it was completely normal for him and he still cared for jaxx through it all. I’ve brought my beagle to a different Petsmart PetsHotel locations and honestly, it didn’t seem as cozy and attentive as the Escondido location. Store manager Mike is definitely doing something right! @ESCONDIDO PET SMART STAFF - YOUR HARD WORK DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED! THANK YOU

When I call to set an appointment the staff is very polite and answer all my questions. They are most accommodating with trying to get you in. I had to change my appointment because my little dog got bitten by two bulldogs they showed care with there words. And reschedule to accommodate him. They place looks clean.

They were very helpful and nice. I adopted a cat from there and it was very easy. All the cats there have been fixed and have had their shots and micro-chipped. Everyone should adopt a pet there.

This place has a movie theater and I do a lot of business at PetSmart since I have a dog. However the homeless in this area are really bad. And at night they can be outright aggressive and mean.

I love taking my sweet dog to go find new treats. There are so many fun things to choose from.

Always helpful staff, healthy fish and plants.

Petsmart was the only place that had the cat food my cat likes. He has a sensitive stomach.

It's nice to have a real pet supply store to visit. The item I needed would have difficult to access online. The employees were helpful and kind. Good shopping experience!

not too many selections for big dogs but they also have a mini photo session with pets where a employee dresses as santa and another as elf and the pets can actually sit with santa and get their picture taken during the christmas season

It was not good at all. Everyone was so rude. Took my dogs to the hotel. They didn’t even give them water they came to us crying and they were really thirsty. We paid them for absolutely nothing.

The store was well stocked, tidy & clean. They had great prices too! The cashier was friendly. She took the time to re-ring my items in order to sign me up for their treats club, so I would get a 25% discount. Really appreciated that! Way to go PetSmart!

Shout out to Michael and Alison really great people! Petsmart has a little bit of everything,love it here. Would have given them a 5 star but Marliene just has a really bad attitude towards people who shop at the store.

Although they couldn't help me with what I needed they gave me several suggestions as to where to find this product.(a small ramp with platform at the top). The store is very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

5 star grooming experience! We just moved here from San Diego and was worried about finding a good groomer for my German shepherd. I had been going to Unleashed by petco...I'm absolutely amazed with how much better the service is at this PetSmart! Vanessa in the grooming department deserves more $ for her commitment to her clients. This was our first time going and the entire staff was friendly. Vanessa ensured my 88lb girl was well taken care of. I picked up my gsd with the best coat brushing I've ever seen. Great toe nail length for the trim, and amazing attention to her sensitive German shepherd ears. This store is truly lucky to have Vanessa as a part of the grooming team! Great store in general but best grooming department!

Horrible customer service, no patience for puppies . Honestly waste of money grooming didn’t get finished
