Better than pets plus ..prices seem competitive

I came in for the first time a couple days ago. It’s much more expensive than other stores in the area… Not very clean, the store was dusty & the product was dusty. & at the front counter they have single treats you can buy that aren’t wrapped or covered that were very dirty. I can’t give that to my dog. Not impressed with how this store is being managed. One star.

I called looking for a local store that I could bring my dog into for his 4th birthday treat and toy, and this establishment didn’t disappoint. All of treats I was told were available on the phone were totally in store and easy to find when I arrived. One of the staff, possibly the owner, did so well with my 150lb Cane Corso. He loves treats and following commands and she won him over in seconds. She even gave him an extra birthday cookie, which he just loved. I will certainly bring my pup back in for toys and treats.

Love this local store, has everything you need . Great rabbit and bird selection which you won't find at corporate locations, even better than the feed stores for hay, food and toys

Convenient when you need something quickly but a bit pricey. When your pet is ill and you need a special food i don't mind the extra cost. My pet is worth it.

Worker Sebastian was very cool! He provided samples as i was waiting for someone, i then decided to purches a couple more items because of it. Great worker.

Small store in a very convenient place. High quality products and a great staff. They have a lot of healthy products, including raw food and high quality snacks.

As much as it hurts to say it (as I worked for Petco for a long time), this place is even better. Although it's smaller than the Unleashed I was at, they have a MUCH larger selection of treats, food, toys, and pretty much everything (and most high-quality!). The store is incredibly space-efficient with no unnecessary displays and with a LOT of product, and most enjoyably, the employees are super helpful. There was a young lady (so sorry I didn't catch her name! She was petite and had short curly hair) who was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She was very genuine, not "just another cashier," and gave the corgi I'm dog-sitting so much love and attention. I went in with the intent of getting in and out but stayed for a while because it's such a great place to be. After being Petco-loyal for so long (and they're wonderful as well!! and having things only they can offer), I'm going to start shopping here. I'd encourage others to do the same because little stores can't always stay open and Pets Plus is such an amazing place for people and their furry family! (Or scaly or feathery. This store has a great selection for small animals too!)
