Scheduled a we'll doggie check up and it went well. Thanks for all the info doc! I went to this appointment one week early and they saw me anyway with a minimum wait. Thank you! After 5 years in northern California I finally found a veterinarian hospital for my little Chi that I like, And they seems to care about my dog. Well done.

Always wonderful to deal with! In a world of small animal vets charging an arm and a leg for everything & sometimes even making the owner feel bad for denying some service's, they are understanding and reasonable. Wonderful clinic! Have used them for over 15yrs.

After having to wait over a week to see the doctor, rescheduling my appointment, and falsely telling me my visit would be free to have me come back in to pay for the visit was a horrible customer experience, and would never come back here again. I would not recommend coming here for your pet. Below is my experience with them. My visit was due to my dog having an ear infection and for my visit, the doctor gave him medication and cleaned out his ears. He mentioned my dog should no longer have an issue within the next 10 days and if he did, I could come back for a visit free of charge. 10 days have past and his ears did not fully heal. When trying to make an appointment the office said the next appointment isn’t until another week. We decided to wait another week because the visit would be free of charge, but a day before my appointment date they called to let me know that my appointment was rescheduled to the following day. After waiting 8 days we finally were able to see the doctor. During our appointment, he mentioned that the visit would be free of charge so they gave him more medication and cleaned out his ears again. After our appointment, they handed me a bill which I questioned because the doctor mentioned the visit would be free of charge. They said they could not do that because the owner would not allow it and if I came in within a week they might have been able to make my visit free. The doctor instructed us to wait 10 days to see if ears had fully recovered and they did not. When trying to reschedule as soon as possible the office mentioned the next appointment isn't until another week so there was no way I was able to come in within a week. If I knew they weren't going to treat his second visit for free like they said they would then I would have looked for another vet office to take my dog instead.

Dr Hagen and staff always do a great job with my old grumpy dog.

I found Doc Hagan in 94 so Ive seen them all senior to grandson! I promise you if you need a vet you can trust and wont drain your pocket book this is the place . They LOVE your pets as much as you do .....

this is great clinic with fair prices. I have taken 3 of my dogs here. Since moving to sacramento I will continue to travel here.

Service was excellent, I used to take our animals there when I was a child. Only complaint I have is a mis "on the prices. They had to take 2X rays as opposed to one and they didn't inform me.

They are really helpful when you ask questions they also treat animals so well. If you feel your dog might be aggressive you can ask if you can borrow a mussel so you have a peace of mind that nothing bad happened.

I wish I could give ESAC 10 stars. They are phenomenal. The staff truly cares about all of our animals - and Dr. Andy is patient, thorough, and always willing to answer our questions or concerns. My family has been bringing our animals here since the early 1980s, and have always had great experiences. Recently we had some ongoing issues with one of our cats and Andy continues to follow up on his well-being even when we bring our other pets in for routine visits. The icing on the cake are their reasonable costs and family feel. We happily make the 30 minute drive passing several other vets to get to ESAC whenever our pets are in need.

I have been taking my dogs to this vet for as long as I can remember. They are amazing with my animals. Reasonable and very professional.

The reason for my visit was that of a sad one. I had to put my best pug of 13 yrs down. The staff was so supportive and understanding.He was scared but the staff was so good with him. They informed me of everything that was going to happen and when it came time, they were so patient with me.(I was a mess.)And after everything was over,they gave me all the time I needed with him to say goodbye...this was his vet since he was a baby. The staff has always been loving,patient and kind with all the animals that go through their doors.You couldn't ask for better caretakers of your most loved animals...They provided paw prints of my puggy and a few weeks after,I received a card from them expressing their condolences...a correspondence that was very welcomed. A special thank you to Diane and Stephanie who went above and beyond to make this process a little easier.

Love this vet so much! Always taking care of our chowder. The women are so sweet and remember him. And he actually leaves to go with them (he doesnt leave our side)

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this clinic is. I have taken all my animals here for years and my mom took our pets there when I was a child. Andy and Frank are both so caring and the staff is incredible. You can truly feel the love they have for their patients and families. They truly go above and beyond and have worked with me when my dog had cancer and the financial situation was an issue. My 13 year old dog was recently diagnosed with cancer and they have shown the same kindness and compassion that they had with my last pup. I will forever be grateful for the team at this clinic and will always take my fur family to this clinic. Thank you for your caring hearts. ❤

Very rarely do you find a place that is in business for the people and animals and not the money! The Hagen's and the entire staff here all amazing people who truly love what they do and why they do it! I have taken my animals to them for over 10 years and have and will continue to recommend them. If you are looking for a place where you would like to feel cared about and a place that you know cares about your fur baby, this is where you want to take them!

My grandparents, had Tom Hagen as their animal vet for years. They are now in their 3rd generation of vets. Good people and service.

Best Veterinarian I've been to! My dog has suffered for at least two years with constant itching. After countless visits to other Veterinarian officices and hundreds of dollars spent I am happy and grateful to say that after only one visit with Dr. Hagen my little lovable dog is now happy and playing like a normal healthy dog should! No more itching!! The staff is friendly, and very kind. The waiting area is nice and has a homey feel. I found their prices to be better than most vets in our area. Great all around.
