One of my favorite places! They understand dogs and their humans.

You know sometimes you find the nicest gems in the moment of the most stress. So young lady has picked up a knack for this farmina dog food. And I can't find the stuff anywhere, I've even complained to the company about it. I met a wrap at the Strawberry Fields dog park in Washington State who turned me on to the food. And young lady just loves it. And today I stumbled into what is, in my humble opinion, an Incredible Dog store!! OK pet store cuz they have stuff for cats to I'm sure? But they were helpful, engaged with my animal, had an animal of Their Own, who doesn't love that! You won't find that in Pet Smart or Petco or any of the other giant retail chains who you're just another number coming to the door to. So put a smile on your face with the experience you'll have!! They even have an entire wall oh, looks like the beer case at the local 7-Eleven oh, but it's actually refrigerated dog food. The choice is endless!! Also I just read a one-star review? And I see that the I infection at work or I should say is heavily infecting the person. I also want to say thank you to the owner for making sure that my experience in her store wasn't ruined by that kind of attitude from another customer.

I’ve been getting my dogs food at Pupologie Encinitas for many years now and the customer service is not what it used to be. I experienced not one but two employees that were very rude to me on the phone and when I emailed the owner about it She told me that “She stands behind her employees and maybe Pupoligy is not the pet store for me” How Rude and unprofessional. A owner that doesn’t care about good customer service doesn’t care about her customers. The problem was that the employee did not tell me that he would be charging me a delivery charge. I did the math and realized I was charged an additional $10. He said the delivery charge was $5 I asked what the other $5 was for and he couldn’t tell me. I asked for someone else to call me back because he kept giving me excuses to why he didn’t tell me about the delivery charge and was telling me he expected me to already know. The manager called me back and kept cutting me off while I was talking and said, “Can I talk now” this is the worst customer service. How can she be allowed to talk to a customer like this. I would think customer retention would be important to the owner but obviously it isn’t. They are not the only small pet food company who delivers. I called a local pet food company and ordered the same thing I was ordering from them, got same day delivery at no extra cost and the order was $23.60 cheaper then Pupologie. It’s not the high prices why I won’t be shopping there anymore it’s because of the bad customer service. I suggest a couple of customer service classes for your employees before you loss more customers.

It was a great experience! The associate named Clementine was very knowledgable about the products and shared which ones that would best help my fur babies. She had a positive and genuine attitude to want to help me and my pets.

The absolute best! Selection is terrific. Prices are reasonable. Fantastic customer service. Loyalty reward program. Will price match. Excellent prices, service, and selection of dog foods. Ask for Nina or Haley, she is super professional and courteous! Pupologie's location makes it so conveniently located. Their organic dog food selection is amazing. They have NutriSource, Blue Buffalo, and Call of the Wild. And they offer various different main ingredients for their dog foods: chicken, lamb, seafood, etc. Different size quantities are all offered for how ever much you want to buy - up to 30 lb bags! They have lots of pet toys, pet equipment, bedding, cages, leashes, everything you want and need in a pet store. Their doggie treat selection is fantastic. They have lots of traditional chew treats and great organic alternatives. They always give free dog treat samples to take home when you check out. Overall, fantastic store. I highly recommend!!

This shop has a lovely "at home on the ranch" feel to it, right down to the warm incandescent lighting. The owner is so educated and caring that you can literally trust in any product you pick up off the shelf. Stress free shopping! All the highest quality... even no -GMO products and foods for your dog that have organic fruits and vegetables! The thing I loved most is that you can tell they really care, from the owner to everyone on the staff. I actually feel honored to support them by getting my pet food and supplies there.

Get large selection, friendly staff, convenient location.

THE BEST! We drive from Solana Beach to get our puppy food and treats at this store. The staff is SUPER knowledgeable and we appreciate having great options to pick from for our little dude.

They stock premium food for our dogs and the staff is helpful.

Nice people who work there. Yes, prices rim a bit higher than Pet Smart and Pet Co., but, food is high quality.

Great selection of high quality cat + dog food. They have more limited ingredient, grain free, raw and frozen options than anywhere else. Great prices and an awesome loyalty program as well! Oh, yeah - the staff actually know what they're talking about too!

Best selection of raw and pastured pet foods I have seen anywhere. The Answer is the brand that's top notch for cats and dogs in the freezer section.
