The suggestions the staff gave me made a world of difference on getting what I needed. They didn't just offer me the most expensive accessories but she showed me that I had options. Love this pet store! The staff is really knowledgeable not only about their products that they carry in the store but can help you find the best food and treats etc. for your special requirements. They are also very active in the community, hosting low cost vaccine clinics, and supporting local shelters and rescues. Their washing station is great for keeping the pets clean too.

Always a great experience at this place. They have tons of knowledge and are always so helpful when I have questions about food and other products for my dogs. And I love visiting the cats, birds, and other critters when I'm there. My daughter loves saying hello to the parrots and hearing them answer back.

We've loved this place since it opened, decades back. Jeremy and Angel, the owners, truly care about their customers and their pets - so do their employees. Each is knowledgeable, friendly, and if they don't know an answer to a question they'll say so - then find out what the customer needs to know. We've never had a bad experience here, have had many good ones, and recommend both stores (PTGEast and PTG Laguna Blvd) to everyone as the best pet stores in Elk Grove.

Great local business. Has all kinds of pet products. I go there for my BullMastiff, gecko, and bearded dragon. One stop pet supply store. They even have self-service pet wash area. I think it's first come, first serve. Great staff!

This is a wonderful pet store and supply's for pets. Please I hope more people can know about this ????????????????oh also when you enter the shop they have a kitty named J.J and Piper, J.J (who is a boy cat ) is loose in the store and is VERY friendly. Piper (who is a girl cat ) is up for adoption so she is not loose. I really like the pets and the customer service. And they are getting more pets.
