Pet Club Food and Supplies Elk Grove, California

I like this store..We typical do to the location while waiting for our dogs coyotes. The have a wide variety of dog food and tiny gold wish to feed our turtle. Great prices but the staff seems a little uninterested but it guess that's to get expect at an outlet' type location.

Good place to go for pet supplies. Prices are pretty good. Everyone is friendly.

Always like coming here, but there is never anyone in the fish department or close enough to ask for help. Just went in 2 days ago.

A nice place for fish and animal supplies and they have the occasional gem for fish. Live California black worm location is awesome as well.

I have a lot of history at this place but mostly at the Fairfield location. I have been talking care of a turtle for the past year and I always get good customer service and honesty.

A variety of pet supplies. No frills or fancy store displays like Petco (and I do like Petco too). Prices are reasonable too.

Came in because I realized they are one of the only pet places that still has an in store aquarium. It had been several years since I had been inside this store. I was a little disappointed at the aquarium section to say the least. It didn't look very kept up the tanks looked in horrible condition. I stood there for a good 10 minutes before walking up to the front to ask for assistance and then waited another 10 minutes before somebody yelled from the front to say do you need help. Ummm yes! I just asked for it thank you. I decided to try and get a couple of snails and algae eater despite my reluctance. Bad choose, They clearly were sick because they wiped out my tank. Not a single fish survived. It's disappointing this place used to be so great.

Great service lower cost than Pet Club and Pet Smart

Being my 1st time here I was surprised to see sooooo many brands of dog food! They have everything in this store you your pets!! Will be returning!

Really like that this is not a large corporation. Friendly staff and just about everything you could need for your pets. They also have vaccination clinic every weekend at reasonable prices.

I love this pet club in Elk Grove the people have a lot of knowledge what is best for your pets and are always willing to help you, even when you need help putting your purchase in your car. I highly recommend that you give this store a visit, you won't be disappointed

Like it here. We have just adopted a small kitten. After shopping I realized that we don't have dogs and big dogs. Just one small tiny kitten. Same as going to PetCo down the street from our house, prices. This is like a warehouse for a large items. Well that's how I feel for shopping for small kitten and not to much natural products treats or wash or wipes. But the store still has a lot of stuff and verity. The greeting was nice when you walk in not so much when you check. But I got what I needed and don't see us really going back inless this store was the only selling the item we needed.

Love his place. Service is excellent. Food very good. We had the Louie Salad. Yummy.

Best pet store, as all pet club stores I have been in, they will test your aquarium water for toxicity to ensure proper water conditioning, too bad Melissa left the ELK Grove Store, she was very knowledgeable in the fish aquarium department. I WILL MISS HER.

I find top quality brands of dog and cat food, because wouldn't you know it, my pets have special diets. They also sell brands you would find elsewhere. They also have pet clinics on Thursdays and Sundays. (Check website for hours) Pretty reasonable prices.

Very helpful and nice staff. Prices for food are reasonable and plenty of different brands to choose from. And don't forget about the free sample food.

I used to live Pet Club but I've recently have realized that their prices are higher than other pet stores and they're always short handed. If they lowered their prices they might get more customers. Staff is friendly and helpful though.
