We brought our Toy Poodle puppy here for her first grooming today. The online booking was super easy and the customer service was great. We were not able to go in because of COVID-19, but they brought her out to us quickly when we arrived. The groomer did a perfect job and she smells yummy, would highly recommend them for grooming. We will be back for daycare some day soon.

We miss Yellow Brick Road! My Dobie loved his visits and overnight stays for years there without issue. He's a large pup and the staff then was capable and experienced in handling non-aggressive goofballs. Unfortunately Ryan (while seemingly nice) has banned him from what I can only surmise is inexperienced (underpaid) staff and the fear of a large yet playful Dobie. Sadly he still whimpers as we pass by.

Great customer service, clean facility and our dog seems to always jump for Joy when we arrive to the parking lot so it's parents tested, dog approved.

To honor the retirement of Charlotte for all her hard work now the place is remodeled it's called down dog Lodge nice facility dogs Rome with no cages according to size play take good care of the animals you ever need to have your your teens volunteer makeup service hours this is a great place to come walk dogs

My puppers, Maverick, is always so happy to go see all of his friends when I drop him off! The staff is always professional & so sweet to Mav and I! I know he's in good hands & is in a safe, clean environment. Highly recommend this place to any dog owner!

I can’t say enough good things about Down Dog Lodge. My dog, Bella, went to DDL every weekday for over a year. Bella also stayed over at DDL every time I travelled. The entire staff became friends of mine and they absolutely loved my dog. Moving away from Southern California was hard for many reasons, and leaving DDL was absolutely one of them. I miss seeing my friends who work there and miss seeing Bella sprint out of the car to get in the front door. This place is awesome because it’s a great facility, but special because of the people who work there. Ryan, Andy, and the entire staff are great people and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of dog care.

So happy I found this place about a year ago. My dogs, Ruby and Luna, get so excited to spend the day here. The staff are wonderful and are absolutely "dog people". They are super accommodating and helped out a ton when one of my dogs started exhibiting behavioral issues- they recommended a fantastic trainer, and she is back in daycare doing great. I love that it's open kennel daycare and boarding, it always leads to extremely tired dogs!

They take great care of our dog Penny and she always comes home exhausted from playing. We know that when we travel we can trust them to keep her safe!

Customer service: all the workers had my dogs name memorized so when he is dropped off he is literally greeted by a team of friends. The owner: He cares about retaining clients. He will personally call you is any issues occur and the facility is constantly going through upgrades. Price: Best value that I know of

Both my dogs go here for boarding and daycare and have been for years now. They come home exhausted and love it. They tend to the special needs of my dogs and I love how everyone knows their names when we walk in. Thanks :-)

I love Yellow Brick Road. I take my pupper (Filia) here a couple of times a week as well as board her here. The staff is very friendly and caring to the dogs and customers. They are very accommodating and I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful place for my anxious dog!

Best Doggy Day care! Charlotte (owner) and the rest of the Yellow Brick Road crew are the best of the best. I have been coming to YBR for 8 years. First, they took amazing care of my first dog, Jordan (passed away at 16 1/2) during his last years of his life. Now they are watching my next fur buddy, Lefty who has been going to YBR for 6 years now. Charlotte not only runs an amazing doggy day care but she RESCUES dogs on her free time (where does she get it?). I would give them 20 stars if I could. Yellow Brick Road really cares about the dogs and they treat them like their own.

Cage free, caring and friendly staff, and affordable

Like many, I hesitated to leave pup at a playcare all day; but she has a good time and comes home plenty tired. It took a few visits for her to get comfortable with my 'leaving' but she did. The Playgivers are great, and the pups are great, too. I wish the facility was bigger, but it's comparable to most. I'm VERY happy the pups are inside for many hours each day; some facilities leave them outside the entire visit.

My baby girl, Zeva loves loves everyone at Yellow Brick Road...and so do I.

This is THE BEST doggie day care in the area. Charlotte is a trainer and runs the facility with a keen eye and demand for professionalism.The staff is terrific and the facility is very clean and fun for the dogs with training and lounging areas, even separating the big guys from the little ones! I wouldn't go anywhere else! For my dog, Eddie Murphy, it's definitely 5 stars!
