Our husky Kodak, loves Travelers Pet care! They are always on time and are really great with communication. We got recommended by somebody and I would definitely 100% recommend them myself.

Dominique and Marisa were instrumental in guiding us as first time dog owners. Our “pandemic puppy" was able to socialize and learn to walk off the leash with them. Our dog looks forward to every time they come by to pick him up. We are lucky to have this 5-star service in the East Bay.

I used travelers pet care while I was out of town for a week. They came in and took care of my tortoise while I was gone. Dominique took a picture of my tortoise with his fresh food during every visit, and I really appreciated getting them while I was away. Dominique also brought in a package I got. They are very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them, and plan on using them again!

Marisa and her team always show professionalism when it comes to my loves, Chewy and Basil. They truly keep my energetic german shepherd happy while entertaining my pretty laid back cat.

I highly recommend Travelers Pet Care. We worked with them for quite a while after I switched from working at home to going into the office. They walked our dog twice a week, and she always came back happy and exhausted. Plus, our dog is very shy and timid and won't let anyone she doesn't know near her (she goes into hiding), and they were very gentle and patient with her. After a few weeks, she started to get all excited when she just hear their car pull up in front of our house, waiting for her walk and to play with her pack of dog friends. Thank you!

Marisa and her team are terrific. They're reliable, kind and responsible. And most importantly, our 75-lb pit-mix LOVES her daily walks. Marisa has been the cat sitter for my fur babies since May this year. I'm grateful to have found her and Travelers Pet Care. She has been very reliable and she takes good care of my fur babies. There was one time that my senior cat was really sick while I had to leave out of country. She took really good care of her, she took her to the Vet, gave her medicine and also updated me as possibly can. Marisa is awesome!

We have used Marisa for dog sitting our nervous cockapoo Domino three times since July for a total of 17 days. She has been the perfect solution for us. We can leave him home where he feels safe and comfortable, and Marissa comes by 3 times a day to feed, walk, and play with him for less than the cost of boarding him (which is not a good option for him at all). She sends us a daily report via text/email and also brings in our mail, stray newspapers, etc. We couldn't be more pleased

We love Travelers Pet Care (and so does our dog)! Each day while we’re at work, we know that our dog is getting a lot of exercise. Our dog comes home exhausted and sleeps the rest of the day after her pack walk. Staff is friendly and very helpful with training questions as well. Great service and well worth the cost!

This team is the BEST pet sitting/care business ever!! They are professional, reliable and always send photos and texts about what my cats were up to during their visits. They will also bring in your newspaper and mail and move your car if you need that done. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Travelers Pet Care. I met with Marisa at the beginning of our relationship and she took a careful inventory of my pet care needs. Travelers' use of web-based technology allows you to schedule and manage your pet care needs easily but it doesn't mean you can't get a hold of a real person - they're prompt to reply via text and email. I especially appreciated them texting photographs of my happy pets while I was away. I also like the special care they show to both pet and owner when the pet is experiencing illness, especially end-of-life illness. Finally, they were never not available for my pets, which was a great plus.
