Dr Naqvi, Is one of a kind and treated our dog with great respect. He did an intense surgery on my dog to remove a large growth on her spleen. Every penny worth having him work on our pets, actually our family members. Pragmatic as can be yet very altruistic and caring. If you want it real if you want it correct and if you want a good deal rather than getting overcharged go to this guy... The front desk staff is very amazing, they're caring as well For how many dogs and cats and other animals that they see it's hard to keep the composure and niceness that they do so round of applause for everybody there!

Please stay away! Vet was unprofessional and condescending; offered me unsolicited advice on how to positive reinforcement my new dog for vet visits, which is not new for me; wrote a prescription for a spray that was not necessary nor did he talked about in the treatment room. Front desk receptionist was very rude and angry, not helpful. She was annoyed and angry that my dog was barking at another dog and told me to leave her in the car, which I did. I paid and came back to my car and found out my dog had pooped inside. Dealing with receptionist was a really painful experience and she should not be working with customers with that attitude and telling customers to put their dogs inside cars when she can't work with that much noise and normal vet offices. I have told all my friends not to go to this horrible place.

Great service. Friendly staff. Great prices. Have been bringing my dog here since she was 8 weeks old, from getting her vaccines to surgery, she's not a fan, always a workout for them, but they always treat her. They don't judge.

Let me just say the Doctor here should have been a pediatrician as well.. He has been so wonderful with my 4 legged family members. He is so comfortable with his craft. Even recalls moments from visits years prior, His staff thoughtful & attentive, Home away from home. When I lost my golden & had no idea what to do they were right there. You must at least stop by get a feel for the place. The Doctor would be very.happy to say hello. Very kind soul.

I really love this place

This is the most unprofessional and rude pet hospital I have ever visited. I called them yesterday 1pm and made a reservation at 12pm today for my dog's problem since the receptionist said that they are available between 12 pm and 2:30 pm. I called them in front of door due to covid, and those who answered the phone rudely said that I have no appointment and the doctor is on lunch. I have never had like this unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

The Doctor and all the vet techs have been amazing to all our four legged babies for the past ten years.

Thank you Dr. Naqvi and Staff and taking care of outs cats over the year. Our new kittens loved the first visit.

This facility is so caring, they worked with us to get us in when no one else would for end of life care for our beloved pup and they were compassionate and caring while providing different financial levels.

The doctor we saw was very unprofessional and rude to me and my dog. We had seen this doctor several times before and he knows that you need to use a muzzle with him because he gets very nervous and agitated when he gets examined, before putting on the mussel he proceeded to grab my dog from behind on the back of the neck! He claimed my dog almost bit him when he did not and tried to tell me how to handle my dog! From now on I will go back to my previous veterinarians office.The only reason I went to this vet in the first place was because where I adopted my dog from, the vet was on the list for a free exam . Do not go to this vet the doctor is very rude! When I initially made my appointment I was hung up on!

Top-notch vet and staff providing a superlative level of service! My organization helps people access reasonably priced medical care for their pets, and Dr. Naqvi has soothed a giant American bulldog's skin allergies and drawn blood from a 17 year old kitty so gently that the kitty was still his friend afterward. If cats could do Google reviews, this senior boy would give five stars - or would that be five mackerels? ;) The staff works tremendously hard to ensure the best quality of service for all, and they take every precaution to keep COVID-19 at bay! From vet tech to front desk, each person at this practice works from the best possible place - their hearts! to keep furry family members feeling good.

The doctor and staff are very kind and friendly. I was concerned that I was going to have to have my dog euthanized soon due to age and pain, but we were able to find a medication regiment that helps him but is still affordable for a very tight budget.

I genuinely appreciate ALL the Staff working at E.C.P.H. The Doctor is Amazingly knowledgeable, helpful, and nice ????. I will always bring my fur family to be taken care of by the E.C.P.H.Staff because they will accommodate you EVEN during your appointment mix up ????. I also LOVE the fact the staff does not bend, or flex the rules for Covid. They will make sure that your fur baby is protected as well!!

The first lady was a little paranoid so much she even scared me but the second lady who help me with my puppys shot???? she was really niece and attentive thanks Lucy hope to see you next visit????

First time here after our regular veterinarian office couldn't see our pet until 2nd week of January for a situation we were not sure was an emergency but wanted to get her in right away. Shirley got me an appointment first thing the next morning and we will be making this our new veterinarian clinic for both kitties. The whole staff was amazing and for a first time visit and medication was very well priced.
