"All Creatures" is in the name and they don't even service Birds at all. Change the name, you literally wasted 5 minutes of my time during a medical emergency.

Dr Downes know what's he is doing.

Been comin hear for almost 12 years... Dr downs is a amazing vet..and a great man... the staff is warm and welcoming.. would not trust my baby mia with any other office.. I drive a hour from San jose .. only office I trust

Great staff! Dr. Downes and his team are straight to the point and extremely helpful. I’m terrible with pet terminology and everything was explained to me in an easy to digest manner. I was told what and why it was being done, which when you are paying out of pocket is really helpful.

Friendly, caring staff and love Dr Downs. Very meticulous examinations, knowledgeable and sincere.

My puppy Shar Pei Kopi Breeze needed entropian surgery and had an ulcerated cornea. Dr. Downes was able to do the entropian surgery that very same day and he did an excellent job. You cannot even tell she has surgery after a month. The staffs are warm, caring and they took excellent care of my dog whenever she was there. Wish I had taken my other Shar Pei there before. Highly recommended and will be taking all my dogs there from now an onwards. The best entropian surgery too. My other Shar Pei eyes were all funny looking after their entropian surgery and many had to get them redone. My Kopi eyes looks normal and pretty after Dr. Downes did her surgery.

I needed to take our Giant Schnauzer in to her her paw checked. I called and talked to Tamara. She was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. She called the day before to remind me of my appointment (much appreciated). This was my first visit (my previous veterinary office was sadly sold to a corporation) Dr. Dowens and staff were amazing! All very friendly and knowledgeable. It was definitely a different experience, but very smooth and easy process! Thank you Dr Downes, Tamara, Lynn and all of the others that made my first visit with our fur baby a great experience!

Our experience with All Creatures has been great overall. I have nothing but praises regarding the care my pets have received throughout the years. Very kind, warm and professional. Not pushy and always asks us if there any big procedures/ costs we might incur versus the risks.

Awesome vet... Dr Downers has been practicing for a long time & very knowledgeable!! One of the best thing about the vet beside Dr is his assistances. The vet has the most friendly & understanding staff I ever encountered. Secondly, the vet practices to make patients (meant my dog) comfortable...they didn't take him to the back room to draw blood not for shots. How extraordinary & awesome is that!!!!?

Dr. Downes is a great vet and is very caring about the pets. His office staff takes time to know your pet by name and will work hard c tul they figure out what is going on with a sick pet.

Had a vet I liked that moved out of town, and needed to try someone new. Went to All Creatures once, it was OK. But then tried for months to get my pets records transferred to these guys. Four times I tried, and they just wouldn't follow through when I hung up the phone. On the fifth try, I started hearing the same replies when I asked if they came through. "I'll check the Fax". "Have you made and appointment?" I would tell them that it's not likely on the Fax since it was 3 weeks ago I asked them to get them, and that it didn't make any sense to make an appointment when they don't have the files. I got the distinct impression they just wanted to do everything over from scratch and didn't care at all how many shots the pets already had. Not professional.

Nice small family practice.... kind of the "cheers" of very hospitals. The staff takes the time to know your name and your pet

According to my wife, Dr. Larry Downes is better than many of the medical doctors she worked with. Highly recommended. Since my wife was a horse person as well, she knows something about vets.

Dr. Downes and his staff are top notch! I've been bringing my cats and rabbits here for 20 years now and have always been 100% pleased with the care they have received, the advice we've been given, and the compassion of everyone there. Thanks so much for being part of Dublin!
