I love coming here because every time I Come we go In together . And he just takes care of Buisness .

Dr. Richard, Robin and staff are great. I have cats and dogs and they're all patients. The level of care they provide is superb. Yes they're understaffed but as a patient they are willing to work with you and they care for all your fur babies. If you need to go in the morning arrive by 8 am and you will be seen. For the afternoon make sure there isn't a wait line from the morning (check with staff) and i also recommend you go and get in line by 1:45 pm or so. Dr. Richard and team have saved my babies multiple times.

Love love love this doctor. Really straight to the point and will not rip you off. Best place ever. I drive an hour to see him. If you want an honest vet he's your man.

We brought our cat in to see the doctor, his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired, he's a little rude and abrupt, his staff on other hand are very polite, friendly and nice.

I had a very bad experience with the doctor he has a bad attitude I brought my cat in and he gave her some liquid to give her twice a day I started giving her the liquid and she was getting worse started bleeding and throwing up blood I brought her in yesterday November 24 at around 245 I waited in line for the doctor to open up at three, there was one person behind me he comes out helped the person behind me and tells me That he is closed (there was no sign saying they were closed) there was nobody to help him, I told him to look at the cat because he had given him some liquid and she was getting worse. he told me she was dying and to bring her back on Friday. How anybody can be so cruel after he caused her to get worse and die. If you love your animals do not bring your animals to this doctor

Vet is great. Doesnt waste a bunch of money on unnecessary tests. And gets right to the point. And is reasonably priced if your like me on fixed income.

Been a customer for a couple of years and can’t say enough great things about this place. Vetenerian is extremely kind and knowledgeable, his staff is great. No better place to take my pets. The prices are great and honest service.

There hours of operation could improve. This Dr knows what he is talking about!!! His prices are very reasonable and will tell you what your pet needs and doesn't need for test. He has a heavy accent so be patient.

THIS place is amazing!! The best Veterinarian I have EVER met!! The receptionist were so kind and love their job, the Vet was so caring to my dog and respectful. Despite what people are saying about the wait times it’s so worth! You can even go with your dog in the room! Found my dogs spot!

Great place. I had a lot of problems with being overcharged my animal diagnosed incorrectly until I came here. Would definitely recommend.

We have taken two of our four dogs here, Scooby is about 15 years old and very scared of everything but they made sure he was well taken care of. And Papi chulo is 16 years old with an eye infection. They were very polite and not only did they take good care of our dogs but they helped us with our nerves. They are great and it shows that the doctor and the whole staff really care about their woof woof patients and their owners too. We highly recommend this place for your woof woof and meow meow family.

Their hours are just bad, how do they even have time to check our pets when they only work about 4hrs the whole day

Prices are very fair compared to other places but their new hours are awful! I hate that I have to wait in line at least an hour in advance before they open just to see the vet! It wasn't like that before. It's even worse with this hot summer weather! I hope they change their hours back to how they used to be because this current format is a pain.

I took my dog to 2 different vets and they both told me that my dog needed surgery. Both places where charging me $3000 to supposedly repair her leg. I called Thomas veterinary and told asked them if I could email them the X-rays of my dogs injury. I emailed the X-rays and they called me the following day and asked me to bring her in. Long story short the staff and Doctor did a wonderful job on my dog and most importantly my dog did not require surgery to get her leg repaired. Be ware of other vets that just want money instead of really carrying for the animals

Really caring and and attentive doctors. They really care about the animals, and take the time to explain procedures to the owners of each animal. Long wait though.

Great staff! Very knowledgeable and carry a calm demeanor, even during moments of an emergency. Friendly staff and a great economical option!

The prices are affordable and the doctor knowledgeable. However, he is not very friendly so don't expect it. He checks your pet, tells you what's wrong and gives you a cost effective solution...if you want all the niceties, you will not find it with him. They do not offer appointments, so you basically make a line outside of the office. It goes rather quickly because as I indicated before the doctor is not there to become your bff. I dont care for small talk so it works for me.

I took my senior dog to this place and yes, there's a line and they don't have a lot of time to see patients. But they really do Care about the pet's well being. I was lucky enough to have Belen assisting me. She would answer all my questions, she was really nice, caring with both, my dog and I. Thank you so much Belèn!
