Great vets. Very good at their jobs both vets and veteran nurse. Me and my mum are always given good advice about my dog.

Staff are really friendly and helpful, waiting times aren't too long, have 2 cats registered at the moment, and very happy with the care they receive.

I’ve been taking my dogs to this vet for 9 years. It’s the only place I ever want to go.

The staffs and other vet doctors in Firestone Animal Hospital are quite friendly and genuine. I highly recommend this hospital. I bring my pet on a regular basis, as doctor’s advice.

All waiting is outside only. They take too long for everything. You fill out a paper which starts the process. Then after awhile, someone comes out and asks you questions that you already answered on that paper . I can't say for sure, but I would bet they charged me 3 times what my regular vet would have charged had he been able to take us. After $3000.00 I just hope my cat comes out brand new.

I had to bring my pup Pup Luna here due to a broken leg bone accident. I was so glad and grateful they took her in at last minute. After like 4 hrs waiting was advised she needed surgery and had to come back a few days later to do it since she was a bit anemic.I was quoted one price and then when I called to confirm appointment they gave me another one $1100 more. When I questioned them the huge difference they said manager had done a mistake and forgot to add the anesthesia. Very unethical. I also didn't like that they didn't give me the xrays even though you pay for them. I forgot what excuse they gave me when I questioned them, something about the film . I didn't make it a big deal since I was grateful they serviced her. I don't like being lied to and that's why I looked for a better price and honest service elsewhere. Thank ful for the service but won't go back unless it's needed.

The wait time was ridiculous. I had an appointment for a follow up and still waited over an hour.

I think the team at Firestone Animal Hospital were fantastic with our little butter ball on her first trip. Very efficient and kind when we interacted with both the front desk and techs. There are 2 reasons as to why I didn’t give 5 stars. They didn’t set a time for us to ask questions, it’s our first puppy at their first visit and they told us they will provide information that I had to call back for and still wasn’t 100% clear on the expectations. I understand we are in covid and this site doesn’t all ALL owners to go in (because some were allowed) but if you’re not allowing owners in please make the Q&A a better process because these little ones are our babies and we want to make sure we a caring for them the best we can.

Outstanding experience with the knowlegable vet and staff. They know what they're doing and everyone is affable and helpful. Highly recommended, thank you so much for your dedication and safety during Covid.

Overpriced, Waited for ever never spoke to a vet and had to wait over 3 hours in the car outside. Not allowed to go in the clinic not even to pay. No instruction, no bill, paid for expensive meds... will never go again. Said leg of cat sprang or spider bite not sure.

My Dog was very sick had his leg swollen with what I later discovered Pus, I called several places and no one would take him unless they had a appointment for within a week (frustrating) I called this place they screened my call and realized it was an emergency and was able to fit him in as an emergency for 75.00 (very understandable). 5 day later and my dog is all better I will be going for a follow up and so grateful for the way of handling my situation.

Had a 10:00 am appointment. Got in at 10:30 am. At 3:30 pm, I was told my dog, Cookie, was just being prepared for her Grade 4 teeth cleaning and she wasn't ready to be picked up until 7:30 pm

Besides being a client for many years, and me being in debt with Dr Rocha for Saving the lives of both my dogs, I truly appreciate the new staff and especially Morgan who is super courteous when she answers a call and also in person. Thank you all for being a great team!

We have been seeing Dr Rocha for years now. He has always taken care of our pets like they were his own animals. He saved our dogs life when he was a puppy only weighing one pound. Dr Rocha has been very informative. Unfortunately, due to covid we had to wait outside while our dogs were being treated(like all other vet and medical offices)we still got the best care for our animals. We went to other animal hospitals when we were too far away from Dr Rocha and we had to wait outside at those establishments too. But I will never get the care Dr Rocha has showed to our pets anywhere else. And hence I will never trust any other vet like I trust Dr Rocha.

Waited 2 1/2 hours outside since no one is allowed indoors even with an appointment. My dog was prescribed antibiotics he didn’t need. Never had the opportunity to speak to the vet. Never going back again.

Dr. Rocha is a great Vet; saved our wonderful Yorkies after big dog attacks, cared for multiple Yorkie litters and provides good health maintenance to our Yorkie family and our large Golden Retriever. Thank you FAH!

I had an emergency with my dog and I call my dogs doctor at another hospital and told me to wait for next day, I call this hospital Animal Firestone Hospital and even that they were over book they told me to bring him and I the staff members are professional and nice attitude, time is really good just like when we have to go to ER , where we know that we have to wait since their is many dogs coming for appointments and as well that many dogs are coming for an emergency not just ours. I have been to other hospitals that I had to wait more than 10 hours. We have to understand that we need to come with an open mind because every dog have to be treated the same but some dogs emergency is might be more critical than ours dog.

Honestly I was worried because I read some of the reviews but I was desperate to find a place to take my dog into. His paw was swelling and he couldn’t walk. They took him in right away and were able to get to the root of the problem. My pit had a fox tail in his paw that caused infection but they got it out and gave me antibiotics for him. I had no issues with this vet and I’m beyond grateful I went to them. It’s been a week since I took him there and his paws 100% again. Thank you Firestone!

Saw the doc a week ago and my dog is 100 percent now after following his directions and prescriptions. As the old adage goes you get what you pay for
