Our vet recommended Zoom Room for our puppy because they offer puppy preschool for dogs under 4 months old. We really wanted to start socializing her ASAP so we signed her up for her first class. She ended up being really scared the whole time, but the trainer was really kind and patient with her. By the end of class, we could tell she was starting to feel a little more comfortable. We’ll definitely be going back and continue to socialize her!

Someone in my apartment complex recommended Zoom Room and it’s been a great experience so far! When I first adopted Kermit, I tried the Petco 6-week basic training and although it gave us a little foundation, I’m much happier with the level of training here. My dog has taken to clicker training very well and we’ve learned a lot. My pup is a year old and is developing some interesting new behaviors but Zoom Room has been so helpful with ALL of my questions and I feel much more confident with their help that Kermit will be a proper gentlepup by the time we’re thru. :)

We love the zoom room! Meliss is incredibly knowledgable and helpful in answering any and all questions that have come up for us having just got a new puppy.

We've had a great time at Zoom Room! We've done Puppy Preschool, Puppy Training +, and Playgroup, and really enjoyed them all. The facility is clean and the instructor we've worked with, Melis, is great, as well as the front desk/support team. It's been really valuable to learn what skills to work on with young, high energy pups, and practice our training in a "distracted" environment (around other dogs). Would definitely recommend!

The Culver City Zoom Room has been a life saver for our German Shepherd puppy. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and have given us great tips on how to train our dog!

I've been taking my dog, Kiwi, to the Culver City location for a little over a month doing private 1:1 lessons with a trainer. I was recommended by my sister who took her dog to the Seattle location! I'm so glad they have one in Culver because it's been a blessing for Kiwi! I have a fair amount of experience with dogs but continue to learn things every time we come. Kiwi has a lot of leash reactivity towards other dogs and our trainer has been so good with helping me help Kiwi be the best he can be. The trainers here focus on coaching us, the dog guardians, on how to read and react to our dogs instead of just training the dogs for you. I think this is the best way to train because I get to take everything I learned and practice it at home after having a professional watch me and coach me through it in a controlled environment. Kiwi loves it here and so do I! I love everything they stand for (positive reinforcement, no E-Collars, prong collars, etc). Coming here has made me a more confident dog owner and Kiwi a more confident dog. They also have some treats for sale organized by value to the dog (my dog needs some higher value treats to stay engaged)! They also sell some toys and other dog accessories. They keep your card on file so you can just grab from the wall and let them know and they'll take care of the rest.

Love the zoom room! Friendly, welcoming and positive people, who are excited to help you learn how to train your dog. My dog loves to come here, and I enjoy how much more confident I feel about puppy training.

I wanted to explore and expand my relationship with the little guy, Filippo, and the trainers are doing just that. His personality has changed soo much. He's become more confident and relaxed and so much easier to communicate with and understand. The classes are small so each student gets plenty of time to work. And if you have an overly distracted dog, they make accommodations to your space to allow them to feel comfortable and create a better learning environment. All of the trainers are excellent, extremely knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. I'm sooo happy to have found this training facility, look forward to each class AND they have options for puppy play groups and space rental. It's been the most fun!

I have done a lot of different group and individual training classes with my dog, but so far I think Zoom Room is one of the best. I like that there are clear goals for advancing through the levels, and that I can choose with classes to attend instead of being tied to the same time every week. Plus it's easy to get there and the staff are very friendly.

Zoom Room has been great for not only my dog, but also for me and the bond between us. I have a rescue that has been struggling with anxiety and attention. Each class has been intense with guidance from the instructor that has provide many helpful tips to take with me and practice outside of our sessions. The sessions are great, but you have to also be dedicated to your dog and the program outside of class too (as with any training program you will join). Zoom Room is clean and the staff ensures everyone is safe and really pays attention. They also offer Agility classes which has been amazing in helping my dog and I to bond which has been an awesome compliment to the Obedience classes. The reason for 4 stars vs 5, I would like for there to be more variety in the passes you can purchase and availability of classes (once you graduate to Obedience 3 there are less options). And I would like them to require the Lipto vaccine as they haven't made that a requirement yet and this is a serious problem for the dog community right now. BUT... I'm a BIG fan of this place and look forward to seeing how they change and grow as they continue this business. Thanks so much Zoom Room!

When I was searching for a place to take a young under-vaccinated puppy for some basic obedience and socialization, I found the zoom room's 2-4 month old puppy class. Caitlin and Deasia have been so helpful and responsive--offering a phone orientation to accommodate my weird work schedule, explaining everything from parking to policies. My puppy's tail starts wagging when I take her out of the car---and after 50 minutes of learning and puppy play time, she sleeps for 4 hours. Now that she is 4 months and fully vaccinated, we are moving on up to the next level. This is a well thought-out and carefully run program, and my plan is that we will be zoom roomers right into agility and Canine Good Citizen classes.

The Zoom Room is great. The staff is friendly and professional, and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable. The training classes are a nice way to get my dog practice following commands with other stimuli around. The puppy classes end with puppy agility, which my dog loves! He always has a blast at the Zoom Room.

Zoom Room has been great! Both my dogs love going to training here. My only complaint is they need more class times! ????

This is the first time i have adopted a puppy and Zoom Room has turned out to be invaluable. The classes are small in size so you are able to ask questions, have a task repeated, etc. The other huge plus is that not only are the trainers good - they seem so have a vested interested in you and your dog's success. Also, it is CLEAN. I urge you to check out all that Zoom Room has to offer.

Completely fed up with the Zoom Room. Save your money!! The “trainers” do not train your dog, but instead stand there and watch you attempt to train your dog with little to no direction. You’re better off going to a dog park and teaching your dog there for free. The whole point of paying money for training is to have somebody HELP you and teach you. My puppy was barking during the class, as puppies do. When I asked for help and tips to calm my puppy down, the trainer just said to go home!! How is that helpful, what am I paying you for then? It’s absolutely ridiculous and I will not be coming back! Such a waste.

Zoom Room Culver City is an excellent dog training facility!! My dog, Pongo, has learned so much and is so well trained at only 7 months old and it's all thanks to what I learned at Zoom Room. I really appreciate how helpful the trainers are in helping me understand how to execute a command well. They also have hands on training to help give your dog variety in situations that I really don't think you can get with simply at home training. Not only are the trainers amazing, but the entire staff there is so helpful and kind. They always remember Pongo and give him lots of pets and make him feel so welcomed - especially when he was a little nervous and shy the first couple times. They really work with you to help make the most out of each training session. Having in person, quality training has helped me become a better pet parent and has helped my dog Pongo be the best boy out there! I'm so excited to continue Pongo's training with Zoom Room and learn more! : )

I love Zoom Room! The trainers and staff are super friendly and kind, and my rescue baby Lyra has flourished under their instruction. Lyra used to be afraid of *everything*. She couldn't eat or cross the street without thinking she was in danger. It took time and patience and treats, but the trainers at Zoom Room helped me bring her out of her shell. The staff always works with me when scheduling is an issue, and I've never met a trainer I didn't like. Lyra has learned almost everything required to graduate from Obedience 1 (except for some jumping out of excitement when approached and an absolute refusal to obey "lie down" even though she totally does it at home)! Coming to class has been an awesome bonding experience. She loves the stimulation and always comes home happy and sleepy.

My dog BINGO loves it here! He's shaking with excitement before we even get out of the car. Shout to to our trainer Jaimee - she's been excellent to work with!

Zoom room has given my puppy every opportunity to succeed in their classes. I'm positive their efforts would be reciprocated to anyone who seeks their help. The staff genuinely cares about the dogs, owners, and their progression. They provide quality instruction for a fraction of what other competitors do. HIGHLY recommended .

My puppy has been going to Puppy Plus for the last two months and we're really enjoying it! The staff are all great, the format works and I'm excited to continue on to the next class. I've already recommended zoom room to other friends with puppies!

We took as for now about 7 kindergarten classes at Zoom room in Culver City with our puppy . We are extremely happy with the experience. Our puppy has been able to socialize with other puppies in a controlled and safe manner even at a young age .The trainers are always available to suggest great advise and are very patient with dogs as well as their owners . A really fun place where puppies not only learn but also burn some of their endless energy . Highly recommend.

We love the Zoom Room! We have a young rescue dog who needs a lot of training and the Zoom Room trainers have been very helpful in getting us through Obedience 1. The trainers are all clear, enthusiastic, and passionate about training for humans who love their dogs! We're looking forward to trying some of their other classes such as Agility and Loose Leash Walking.
