My Bella needed surgery and I was especially concerned for her. Shortly after I dropped her off, I received a text photo of her in her holding cubicle with a stuff toy and a blanket with a caption saying I am doing ok mommy. If that does not convey caring, I don't know what else does. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable and answered my questions patiently. Dr. Chen, Bella's Vet was so kind and she explained Bella's condition (she had teeth extracted) and was very reassuring that Bella would be fine. I highly recommend Covina Anima Hospital. The clinic is super clean. Air smells clean. Techicians are all well groomed and very professional in their scrubs. I could not ask for anything more.

This place is great at taking care of animals, at least in my experience. They always treat my dog properly and leave it nice and healthy.

They always do a really great job with my kitty! She's scared around strangers but doesn't seem to have a hard time here. Plenty of treats for her and you can tell they really love the animals they work with! I moved about an hour away from covina but I only bring her here because I know I can trust them!

This company is very client oriented-meaning animal oriented….caring and very clean building/exam rooms, professional staff, you are given time to discuss concerns & ask questions, they stick to appointment times, they remind you of appts, they tell you the cost of everything before anything is done and courteous. My pup is well taken care of and happy there.

My last visit went really well since the last time at the height of the pandemic. I enjoyed the option to still have curb side even though the lobby was now open, and the individuals who assisted me and Kiwi were very caring and knowledgeable. Honestly I have nothing bad to say and really glad I found this place. It also wasn't crowded, which I was afraid of, so I think I found a good timeslot too. I thank everyone there for their work and professionalism. They made my pet feel safe and it was fast. I also enjoyed the follow-up after the vaccinations to make sure my pet was feeling ok. It's the little things about this place that speaks volumes about how they care.

Most of the Veterinarians are good to very good. Only one is outstanding. The owners schedule all Vets much too tightly which forces the Vets to hurry. Covina Animal Hospital is too revenue driven.

I have been going here for years and would never go anywhere else. They go above and beyond for your pets. I love them. My pets love them too

I love the staff. Very helpful and very gentle with our three dogs. They sent me reminder to give my sus the calming meds before coming in for their Annual visit. It made the exam easy for them and my dogs.

Max and Professor KC actually love going to the vet! The entire staff treat our pups with tender loving care???? I’m thankful for taking such wonderful care of our sweet ones!

We had to make a decision to put our fur baby down. Doctor and staff very respectful and very kind. Received a card with a copy of our dog's paw and handwritten condolences. When we get a new fur baby, Covina Animal Hospital will be our choice for his/her care.

If you are on a budget this place is very expensive. Much more reasonable veterinarian available locally.

I've been taking my pets to Covina Animal Hospital for over 20+ years and still continue to receive the wonderful services for my pets. I want to Thank Dr. McBride and Andrew on my recent visit for my cat Evie - Evie was so calm especially with Andrew giving her so much attention.
