They are so great here....I decided to try to groom my shih tzu,Ozzy, on my own and needed a few areas done by an expert(his face and butt area. They took him as a walk in and he was in and out in 10 min. $20 can't beat it! They are my go to always!

Penelope is the very best place to get your pooches well groomed and taken care of . It has been our go to place for many decades. All the staff is exceptional.

I’ve been calling for three days now trying to make an appointment and all I get is voicemail. Lol at the voicemail tho!! A very nice person says to leave your name, number and what day you’d like to come in after the beep. But here’s the thing. The beep happens, then you get a message that says “this persons memory is full” then promptly disconnects. Maybe they’re rolling in the dough with so many appointments they don’t bother checking VM and clearing the cache? I dunno but I’ll take my business elsewhere if I can’t get a human on the line ????????.

I am recommending Penelope's Parlor fine pet grooming. They did a spectacular job at a reasonable price. The best groomer's in Newport, Costa Mesa!

Great place for dog grooming! They do a great job and prices are reasonable. My golden retriever just recently got a summer cut and it looks great. The owner is friendly and helpful. Also very conveniently located next to our vet office.

Lenetta is the best - so kind and gentle with my little & very old dogs. My family pets have gone to her for years and years - they go in wagging their tails, and come home beautiful!

Loved coming here till my last visit! Someone new did my doodle and his haircut was horrifying! I had to even it out myself! So so disappointed but talked to owner so hopefully when I take him in the next time it will be improved! Giving it another try simply because I like the owner!

My cat is the calmest and most affectionate cat I've ever met, but as with most cat's, he hates getting baths! I was scared of traumatizing him so I figured I'd bring him to get bathed by people more experienced than I. The staff was very friendly, welcomed him in short notice and charged me a very reasonable price. I just got home and he is clean and happy :). Happy cat= happy me

Been going here for a minute. They do a good job of cutting my dog's hair. The dog is not usually afraid to go. When she gets out of hock she isn't all crazy. Have found a few nicks from time to time but nothing that worries me. I'd recommend this place in a heart beat.

They do a wonderful job with my cat, who is hard to manage. They get her unmatted without a lion cut and work hard to keep her calm. Very few groomers will take a difficult cat. I can't recommend them enough.
