The service was very good every one was very kind. We took our Guinea pig and we feel she is very well cared for.

Overpriced and long wait time.

New to the area and was nervous about using a new vet. First visit with my rabbit. Was seen right away at appointment time. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Dr.Torres was very thorough and explained things well. The vet tech was kind and patient with my rabbit as he was scared and a little skittish. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I've taken my cat here a few times over the last few years. The staff has always been helpful and treated my cat with care. They also go over all of the treatments before hand which I really appreciate.

I have only one big complaint. I had a follow up appointment That was part of what I already paid, however I was charged $95.00 as if it was a urgent care appointment because I was 20 min late even though I called. Completely dissatisfied with that situation ! it's a good thing the vet is super sweet and very caring.

I am very grateful to All Creatures Care! My pit has severe allergies, and we came to ACC for a second opinion after being told by another vet there was nothing more we could do for him. Dr. Spongberg took great care of him, and his hair and energy levels came back within weeks. I’m also very grateful to the whole staff for taking great care of him during appointments and boarding! My anxious/reactive dog is always SO happy when I say it’s time to go to the vet, and I know he’s in good hands here.

My dog’s first visit with All Creatures Care Cottage went so well. They were able to accommodate us with an appointment the same day I called. I was very impressed by the level of care and the caring attitude of the receptionists, technician and veterinarian. Katie followed up later with a call to check on my dog later and is just great!! Thank you so very much for caring for my beloved little friend ❤️

I've taken my pet geckos to All Creatures a few times for check-ups and small issues, and been very impressed! A great place for exotics like reptiles - very knowledgeable. Thanks for taking care of my creatures!

They are organized and professional, won't charge unnecessary costs. They did anesthesia tooth trim for my chinchilla for under $200.

Every staff member I spoke to was attentive and answered all questions and concerns I had for the procedure; I was given clear instructions and overview of the payment and treatment plans for Remy’s visit, and she came home happier and livelier than ever :) Thank you so much for taking care of her! 10.23.2021 : It’s been almost three weeks since Remy passed, and it was a bittersweet surprise to find this in the mail today :) Thank you to the entire team for taking the time to write a card for Remy and for sending this home; I can’t tell you how much it means to me.♥️ I also appreciate, so much, how much everyone took care of her when I brought her in! My guinea pig had a UTI & they made us a same day appointment. They checked her out & the vet gave us treatment options and recommendations based on her condition. They were very transparent about the cost and showed us how much each treatment option was. We ultimately got to decide what was best for her. It was a great experience, especially for our first time at the vet with our pig. Highly recommend & definitely going back!

First impression, everyone was super nice and friendly. I'm not really a pet person myself (was dropping off for the wifey), but I could tell they were all real animal lovers. The Dr was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. When it came down to the financials, all the fees were clearly laid out beforehand. Usually this part can be the deal breaker in any medical field, but there were no surprises or any pressure to immediately make a payment and begin treatment (which we did of course and everything was fine). Final impression, this is an honest, professional, and caring establishment to treat your pets.

First time visiting Dr. J. Behm, the hospital was a referral from the store where we got our bird . She was great with my bird and his condition. Gave us the proper care and meds to nurse him back to health. Her whole team is great, caring and professional. We are glad we came to her. Thank you!

After paying for consultation, treatment, surgery and medication, our little pets infection unfortunately never went away. I don't have enough information to know if they performed it adequately, but they recommend doing another round... What stings is that they are charging double, the same cost again, to perform it. You'd think they'd provide some concession, anything, to repeat what they failed to resolve and referred to as a "common, routine infection". Despite my 16yo daughter paying nearly a thousand dollars of her earned money, missing school to adjust to their schedule, and now practically begging them, they've ultimately declined to help out. Seems that All Creatures don't actually Care here.

The best service and attention with my bearded dragons and dogs! I have been with them for many years and not once have I been disappointed!

The Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Dr. Spoonberg was most helpful and explained everything he was doing/recommending for Rascal. Since our visit Rascal is quite calm, no scratching and even a little playful. I am most satisfied with everything at the Hospital, Staff and Doctor.

Great care for our dog and lizard. Nice, clean facility. Very courteous and helpful staff.

We been taking our dog Chloe here with ACCC for 10 years. Love the staff and all they do for her.

We brought our dwarf lion head bunny in because she had caught an infection in her lady parts. It was our first Vet experience and it was great. They were professional, reasonably priced and we were in and out of there within an hour which included wait times, consult and treatment. Made an afternoon appt. around 2:40 on a Tuesday and they weren't very busy.

My hamster, Rosie, was in awful shape out of nowhere, but Dr. Spongberg and all of the vet techs were super responsive to my concerns for her health and were quick to go over the potential causes and prescribe treatment. After a few days of antibiotics, Rosie is back to being her curious, snack-loving self! I'm so thankful for the amazing team at ACCC, they took such amazing care of Rosie and me.

We took our bunny in a few days ago and had an awesome experience! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the vets explained everything we needed to know and more about the medication we needed and every unrelated question we had about bunnies in general. I definitely recommend taking your fur babies here!!

Would not recommend this vet. They’re prices are outrageous and they lie. I’m really upset that they said they would do something for free (after paying for the $55 exam) then they turn around and tell me they have to charge another $80 for it. They said “they want to help us” but won’t actually do anything to help us. I literally just handed them my money for absolutely nothing. They did nothing. Will warn everybody I know not to come here, this place is a joke.

My husband and I have been taking our various cats to All Creatures Care Cottage for nearly 30 years. We have always been treated with caring and respect, the doctors listen carefully and ask pertinent questions to determine how to treat our furry felines. We would never take our kitties anywhere else--we feel truly attached to the veterinarians at All Creatures. And their staff is always friendly, smiling, and--even when overwhelmed by Covid-19 crazy stuff, always gave us their personal attention when it was needed. WE LOVE YOU, All Creatures!!

Best place to get the best care for your pets.

Outside of being kind of far for me to travel, it was a nice experience. It was in a nice area and there's parking. The staff was great, the visit was pleasant and an overall nice experience.

Staff was Amazing and would highly recommend All Creatures Care Cottage to those in need of compassionate care for their furry, feathered, and scaled family members! Our lil guy Remi is grateful for their care!
