This place is very reasonably priced, has a friendly staff and I didn't have a long wait to be seen. I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend it

Waited for an hour. Saw several animals enter the facility, but not us. Had an appointment too. Left without service. Not happy.

Despite the crazy pandemic restrictions and the lack of staff, each person went out of their way to take care of each patient there. The doctor was detailed and very thorough with my baby's examination. The techs were so amazing. So happy with Centennial.

So I have been frequenting this veterinarian business for about three years. I hate the fact that I have to give it such a low score. The prices are reasonable and the veterinarians are good. But the front staff desk is absolutely horrible. I have lived in various places throughout the country and I have never seen such unhappy people working at a veterinarian office. Usually people working at such offices are pretty friendly. These ladies will not even say hello when you walk-in .These ladies are either standing or sitting at the front desk where usually and customarily you are greeted with a high or hello. There’s no communication whatsoever It makes you feel like why am I here and why am I giving this company my money when I can’t get the basic courtesy of someone saying hi. It’s basic 101 customer service that is lacking and that needs to be fixed immediately. I understand people get busy the company gets busy and you’re probably even tired and maybe even a little frustrated. But there is absolutely no excuse for unprofessional behavior such as this.

After waiting 45 minutes for our appointment the receptionist when questioned about the wait rudely said ‘I have no idea.’ Not I’m sorry for the wait or anything else. We did get a ‘Our doctors are busy.’ We also discovered that we were not the only ones scheduled for 10:15 with the same doctor. The website states that a pet can be seen anytime for an emergency. Our dog has IBS and when she has a severe attack it is an emergency because of the blood loss with her diarrhea. The last time she had a severe attack the front staff said they could give us an appointment next week! While we loved the vet we saw, Dr DeCoud, we will not be back. There are a number of other reasons I won’t get into. Suffice to say, not only will we not be back but we will also make sure all of our pet family friends know about this place and the front office staff’s uncaring and rude attitude.

Came home to a very ill dog, unfortunately it's Saturday and vets apparent;y don't like to work weekends. This one is supposed to be open till 5, the phone rings and rings and then goes dead. Thanks for not being there guys.

I had to wait quite a while to be seen but the vet and everyone there was knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel comfortable. Definitely glad this is where we chose to go!

Had to put our dog to sleep. They were the best with comforting us.

Dr. Craft has been a God send. He's been taking care of my pets for almost 26 years now. I'm so grateful this Doctor, his family and staff. Simply the Best.

Only place I'll take my fur baby

The vets are so kind and have always provided such excellent care to my cats and dogs. Wish the other customers could be as considerate, and understand that some rescue animals take significantly more training to overcome bad habits. The bad habits which caused the animal to be dumped by their previous owners. We are working with a private trainer and have made tremendous progress. After telling you we are working on his dog reactivity, please don't taunt him. It upsets me as well as my dog and makes you look like a complete jerk. Next time you see someone struggling with their pet please give them both the benefit of the doubt instead of being judgmental.

I love this hospital. They are friendly. They are helpful. Even coming to my car to help me get my fur babies in. Trust me a Pit Bull and a Cane Corso can be really rambunctious.

Best place ever love the staff

I've always taken my Pets to this hospital and I've recommended it to my friends and family but last Saturday I had to wait 3 hours just for my dog's rabies shots. I think the check in system could be good if it was implemented correctly. Having to wait 3 hours outside under the scorching sun was not fun. Other than that this place is great.

Take all my animal's here. Very nice staff and doctors. Highly recommend to others.

I've been here many times over 30 years. Steven Craft and all the other vets are carring and understanding. The front desk is organized. The prices are reasonable and they will give you the options based on your financial situation.

I've taken my dogs to Centennial for several years and have always been happy with their services. Even when busy, staff is polite and helpful. From check-ups and vaccinations, to surgeries, my dogs have received great treatment. Prices are reasonable and options are explained without "hidden" costs unexpectedly appearing on the bill. My puppies are like my children and I feel comfortable taking them to Centennial for their care.
