We just lost our furbaby Scrappy Doo from cancer. All the ladies at Banfield loved him and made his passing less painful. They are the best when it comes to all the furbabies.

We take both our dogs there. You must have an appointment but other then that it's a good safe place for your animals to get help. We have used this location and Chino Hills for 3 years now.

Terrible service, new staff does not care about providing positive service or your pet's wellbeing. Also, their new drop off system is horrible. My pet was there for over 6 hours, save yourself time and go somewhere else.

I had to put my beloved dog Dotty to sleep because she was suffering and ready to go. We had to act quickly and Banfield Pet Hospital was very accommodating and understanding. They got us right in. The staff was very kind and empathetic and my precious girl passed quickly and peacefully. The staff let the whole family be there and say our goodbyes. We really appreciated the entire staffs kindness and it was obvious they care about the pets.

I made an appointment for Saturday at 8:30. I dropped off my dog and no one told me I would have to leave my dog anywhere from 3-6 hours. I finally called 1 hour and 30 mins later and they let me know that they would take 3-6 hours. They use COVID-19 as an excuse for their poor time management. If you have multiple surgieres the Saturday I went then just tell me the time you’ll be done so I can drop off my dog after. This was never the case when COVID became a thing. You get seen and you’re out after the service is complete.

They don’t take proper care of your animal and are just focused on charging you for services you don’t need. I took my dog in because he was throwing up his food. They took advantage of my naïveté as a new pet owner and talked me into buying a pet plan so they could do X-Rays and put my dog under anesthesia without me knowing the risk involved. When I found out the risk and told them I was no longer interested, they wanted to charge me $133 for not going through with the procedure. So I was forced to have the procedure as it was free. Of course they found nothing wrong as he didn’t even need that procedure. Following that procedure my pet had diarrhea every few hours. So I called them back and they scheduled him for an appointment at 8am. I dropped him off and I hadn’t heard anything and it was already 2:30pm. So I called and it turns out the doctor hadn’t even seen him yet. When I asked if they at least feed him cause we went straight to the doctors office in the morning, they told me they had not! So my dog has probably been sitting in a cage for 6 hours with no food or water. No wonder he is sick after I pick him up from this pet hospital. This is completely unacceptable and I can’t believe this is allowed! I am finding a new Vet immediately.

Love everyone there. Have had 16yrs with one boy, 3yrs for my other boy. They are very loving, caring. They call me thru the day to update me, tell me whats been done, or what they would like to do to further test for a possible problem when my boys are in for their wellness checkups. I moved to Yuma, AZ. and the 4 hour drive is worth it for my boys to be cared for. Thank you All.

Called for an emergency appointment on a Sunday and was accommodated, which I appreciated. The experience with the staff was pleasant despite keeping my cat for 4 hours! But the reason for the one star is the outrageous price gouging. Of course if I had listened to the doctor/nurse's list of recommended tests, I would have been out over $350 for my cat's pink eye. But even with using the free first office visit coupon ($61) I was sold eye drops for $50 that would've cost $16 max elsewhere and I was quoted $30 for a rabies booster shot! Why!!!

Hands and Paws down 5 stars. From the Gals at the front counter, to the techs in the back we don't see, right down to the Veternarian docs who see our furkids on their best days and on their worst. The staff at Banfield is more about service and caring for your "Alternative Children" then I've ever seen. I've had experience with VCA and it left a bad taste in my mouth. (VCA tech manhandled my 21 year old Cat when it was time for her to be put down. She was the gentlest cat ever, and did not deserve to be pinned down to the table. Say NO to VCA La Mirada) Banfield on the other paw, has been kinda caring and compassionate in those depressive times when its time to say goodbye. I could not think of a better place to take any of my Furkids. Banfield Corona is #1, (Eastvale and Fullerton are close seconds!)

Kind people and good service but if your dog needs something specific you're best off taking them to a specialist because Banfield well before them out to a specialist anyway. That way you will save as much as you can.

Smart, Curteoues, Efficient. Love the group of people who are running this place. They genuinely take pride in their work and the doctors/staff definitely makes the experience a whole lot better when taking care of a "family member" Thanks to all of you for your service definitely an essential business all year round. I really like this pet hospital. I needed to get my dogs vaccinations done, so I chose Banfield. They operate a very covid-19 friendly office, and Doctor Choi was very good.

I had a 3pm appointment to do an exam on a new dog I adopted. They did not see me until 5:15pm and I had to go pick up my kids from their tutoring. Do not go to this place if you have other appointments because you will not make it

The vet staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take very good care of my pets, and help me deal with the worrisome task of getting my pets needs handled.

My cat got vaccinated over here and came home with bandages on his legs. It was hard to remove. And i went to an other Banfield hospital (on campus, riverside) which was closer but got turned away when they didnt even look at it. I cam back and had Nicole remove it less than 1 minute, professionally without making the kitty afraid. She was really helpful. We explained to her how we got home with a bug on the cat after the vaccines , and ask for recommendations. She gave us a treatment with no fee. Even we was planning to get whatever recommend and willing to pay for it. She nicely explained to us how we can go to any BANFIELD location. Because we has the ACTIVE CARE FLUS for the kitty, THANK YOU NICOLE, and hopefully we wont be turn away next time and have to drive so far for a medical things for a pet.

Spoke to someone on the phone and asked if they cut rabbits nails they told me they would I showed up and they asked me for rabies shot they never told me that over the phone practically I went for nothing they wouldn't cut his nails!!

After talking with for over 10 to 15 min giving them all my personal information and getting an appointmen for today at 5pm... Banfield now says there is no record of me as a new customer.. so now my puppy has to suffer due to banfield incompetence.???? avoid this place at all costs..

The doctor nurse team was more interested in selling me the monthly payment health wellness plan for my kitten then checking his health. The doctor took my kitten into a different room and left me with the nurse that was trying to sell me different monthly payment packages for a year of office visits etc. After I declined enrolling my kitten into the plan, the doctor didn’t even bother to meet me or talk to me about how the examination went. SHE DIDNT EVEN TELL ME IF MY KITTEN IS HEALTHY OR NOT. The nurse handed me my kitten in her carrier and ask me to pay for the visit. I had to ask her if the doctor was going to come back or let me know what she found in the exam. When she asked the doctor to speak to me, I was treated with very sarcastic and cold responses. She still wouldn’t tell me how my kitten is generally doing. I have never seen such a disrespectful, unorganized, greedy organization. I am a doctor too. Doctors are suppose to honor and respect all life, not selectively care for only the lives that purchase their monthly payment packages.

Banfield MD's and employees are great. I'm very comfortable having my pets there and always get the best care.
