The Well Dog Place Claremont, California

For years I have taken my pups to vets. As they've gotten older I didn't want to feed them pills for their ailments. I was looking for a more natural way to treat my pups. The Well Dog Place does just that. Dr. Ken Tudor and Crystal are amazing with my pups. They don't rush through the examination process, they are patient and very caring. Dr. Tudor also doesn't do unnecessary tests or try to upsale you medications or lab work. Very honest vet, a rare find.

Just started taking my two dogs here and am very pleased with this holistic veterinarian. He’s very good with my dogs and takes time to explain everything. My dogs are very comfortable with Dr. Tudor.

I have been going to Dr. Tudor for over 3 years and he is the best of the best! Very knowledgeable, great customer service, takes the time (never feel rushed), all my questions are always answered. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! And I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Friendly knowledge staff but I do not recommend. Very pricey visits ,small office and terrible customer service. Had a hell of time scheduling appointments and horrible experiences trying to get them to follow up and or send documentation to complete insurance clain.

Dr. Tudor explains everything and takes his time with you and your pet.

Dr. Tudor and Krystal are amazing! I came to Dr. Tudor desperately seeking help for my German shepherd who suffers from mammary cancer. In less than 30 days my girl Stella's health has increased drastically! Thanks to The Well Dog Place and Dr. Tudor's guidance I can now sleep at night knowing Stella's quality of life is safe.

They really love dogs. They are treated with love and respect. I chose The Well Dog Place looking for an alternative to treat my Labrador's allergies. They used natural products and recommended a diet change. I highly recommend if you have an anxious dog or one with sensitivities.

Dr. Tudor is so knowledgeable. The one on one visits (even prior to the pandemic) are so ideal. My dogs are always very relaxed there, unlike going to a "regular" vet's office. I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone! I do, actually!

Absolutely amazing, we couldn't possibly be happier at the Well Dog. Our older dog Indiana has arthritis and Dr. Tudor was the first one to actually teach us about the condition and what can be done about it. He cares about your pocket too so don't think he will propose any unreal extravaganzas : we have been able to afford a very good treatment plan for Indiana for a very reasonable price! Also, the atmosphere is just so relaxed and welcoming, so different from so many other clinics we've been to. Crystal is also super helpful as well. No complaints whatsoever, we are just thankful for having found this great place.

So happy I found this vet. He is very knowledgeable, patience and caring. His staff is also very nice and friendly. Taylor is super sweet and she also replies to my emails very quick. My dog has severe heart problems but i hope she respond well to the treatment ...

Great with my dog. Only sees one patient at a time...no crazy noises and barks from another room. Great staff...very patient and attentive to dog and myself.

I am so happy to have found The well dog and Dr. Tudor. I would like to start by saying that my dog is extremely important to me and I take his health and wellness very seriously. He has always had allergies so he had been on apoquel a few months ago I had decided I didn't want to give him medication anymore I wanted to actually try and help him from the inside out so I started researching natural ways to heal his immune system and was kind of on the right track but still needed some guidance so I searched for a holistic veterinarian and found Dr. T. I am so glad I did. My dog was also having another issue that had actually become more troubling to me than his allergies all his hair started to fall out. My instincts said it was because he was on a low fat food but I was still pretty worried I took him to his normal vet and asked him what was wrong with my dog and we did a whole blood panel when he gave me the results he said he was fine keep him on lowfat food and give him fish oil. The reason he was on lowfat food was because he had one incident in the beginning of the year where he threw up and was sick his bloodwork showed a slightly elevated pancreas reading so dr put him on lowfat food. My visit with Dr Tudor was amazing we actually sat down and talked about everything regarding my dogs health we looked a labels he explained things to me we calculated calories for an hour it was all about the health of my dog it was what I had been looking for all of my dogs life true guidance usually it was me reading all the labels and then making my best educated guess based on my research. Dr. Tudor designed a treatment and nutrition plan for my dog that was so simple. The blood work from the other hospital showed false readings due to mishandling of the blood and Dr. T guessed that was the case but we checked to make sure. First thing the next morning I was emailed the results and he was exactly right. If you are wondering if this is the right place to take your animal the answer is yes!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my husky to Dr Tudor because of unexplained panting and he had 2 lipoma's I was worried about. Dr Tudor listened to everything I had to say and came up with a diet and supplement regimen for my dog. He told me what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear. I was skeptical at first but my dog previously had cancer in his jaw and I had already spent thousands and thousands of dollars out of my pocket. So the price for the diet and supplements was nowhere near that. After 6 months the lipoma on my dogs spine had shrunken so much we couldn't find it any more. The lipoma on his side though did nothing, but he hadn't produced any more fatty tumors. He was also more energetic and his breathing had went back to normal. My dog is over 8 years old and acts like a baby. He doesn't have any health issues other than the lipoma on his side. I didn't expect Dr Tudor to cure my dog but I'm very grateful I went to him. My dog is on preventitive measures right now and he's doing great and its all thanks to Dr Tudor.

Dr. Tutor is a wonderful Veterinarian! He is such a compassionate and caring Doctor! I have never met anyone who is so humble but yet so knowledgeable. I am so happy we found Dr Tudor!! We are truly grateful for his expertise. We are also grateful to be helped with Hannah! she is such a sweet and caring person. We love THE WELL DOG PLACE! this is the best place to take your little loved one for the best possible care!

This is NOT A Natural care vet , he's A fraud ,, he's simply charging more for the same care any negligent vet would give , he carelessly vaccinated my 100 % holistic / Natural care 5 yr old dog who had been placed in A guardian home. He then charged and did A Titer , misleading this individual to believe this was the correct order. You do Titers to prove immunity is already there ..! My Poor Dog has been ruined for her life after all the hard work I did for 5 yrs ! Tragic do NOT bring your baby here if your looking for TRUE Natrual or holistic care he's A fraud !

After years of having my westie on prescription veterinary food, due to a not so great liver, I finally decided I could no longer rely on it. The prescription food was simply a bandaid and I wanted the cure. I was referred to The Well Dog Place by another veterinarian. Dr. Tudor ran various tests and eventually prescribed a special homemade diet tailored just for my Piper. It's been a couple months on her special diet and Piper just had her bloodwork done.... IT'S PHENOMENAL! I have never, in all the years of issues, seen her so healthy and her liver enzymes so normal. Seriously, across the board, she's doing amazing. Huge thanks to Dr. Tudor and Hannah for everything they've done.
