A number of years ago a very scared, skinny sick Scruffy cat was running the street and she was declawed as well found me to be her savior. Once she made her self at home with me she just wouldn't tolerate being inside so be it she would sit in the front yard and become the cat that everyone would come to love and they would stop and give her love too. She was very old and as our heart broke we had to say goodbye to her and the saints at Sunruse Blvd hospital have so much compassion on that day and Sandy is a wonderful caring person and the doctors to, they helped with a very difficult decision.

My family has been coming to this animal hospital for several years and when I moved here, I brought my dog there when he got sick. They are the most patient, thorough, and thoughtful people working there and they are committed to keeping their patients healthy and happy.

I called this vet hospital the other day to get my dog set up for an appointment, and this employee named Hannah was very rude and snotty. She was very snark with her responses, not helpful at all. Not professional! I will not be taking any of my pets to this place of business

Came back to this clinic after moving because they couldn’t perform a surgery. Referred us elsewhere “Which saved my Girls life!” Very Greatfull to them for that. Back for a few visits, one with issues… SUPER HAPPY with the service. Paid with no questions… now we need a recheck and, oh SORRY can’t get you in for a month vet who saw her is way too busy. I found a kitten that had bounced out of a landscaper's trailer. I called to ask if I could bring it to them I was told only if I take financial responsibility. My cat died four days after being spayed. I don’t understand. She just had an exam and was healthy. I even brought her in for an ER visit and she still died.

Dr Hacia and his staff are the best. They always treat our dogs like one of their own. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Veterinarian!!

TLDR: this team of people is special. Thank you Blake, Dr. Kyle Hacia, and Fatima! Background: I moved to Arden-Arcade in July 2021 and called 12 different vets who were all booked. Sunrise was the only one that offered me to pay an emergency vet tech fee so that I can leave my dog with them during the day and wait for someone available in between appointments. I think she just got stung by a bee or scratched at the park, but I needed to address it before it became a bigger issue. My experience: Everyone was SO kind and informative and helpful. After calling so many other vets, I had a really poor customer service experience with everyone UNTIL I spoke with someone at Sunrise Blvd ♥️ the whole experience of talking with someone on the phone, waiting for them to come out, and having my dog go inside with them was wonderful. They called with very kind compliments about my dog and spoke clearly and directly about what I needed to know. Upon picking up my dog, she was happy as ever. I am very happy to go back to them. They're 20 minutes farther than my other vet options but very very very worth it!

Our little guy Bentley became extremely sick last week, passing blood every hour or so and declining rapidly so I rushed him to Sunrise Blvd. Animal Hospital. I didn't have an appointment and I was in a panic and an emotional mess yet everyone there was extremely kind and compassionate and they took him in right away. Nick, Joel, Hannah, and Blake (I wish I could remember everyone's name) were some of the outstanding people who helped Bentley and I get through this. A special shout-out to Blake; she got me at my emotional worst. Her patience and understanding were incredible and invaluable. And, of course, Dr. Cannon. She is the best Doctor on the planet! Bentley was literally a few hours from death's door yet she was able to save his life and give him back to us. Thank you Dr. Cannon and all the other wonderful people at Sunrise Blvd. Animal Hospital who made this miracle happen!

This used to be the best vet office around, but the new group is horrible and the office staff are nothing but rude.

WOW, this place is Amazing. They actually do everything right and care for your pet without wasting your money! I have been to many vets and so far found my most favorite by a mile. The only thing I can tell them is please do not change and stay as good as you are, and thanks for everything!

Dr. Sofranko and staff were very caring and took great care of our Cat Jaime. I would also recommend using an inflatable Collar instead of a cone for your Pets Ear injury. My cat hated the plastic cone , but is comfortable wearing the protective inflatable collar.

Have to be honest little frustrated with them they've been my vet for over 15 years needed to make a follow-up appointment for a dog they just seen a month ago to check medications and what not and was told it would be another month before they could see him even though he is having issues with his medication sead I could bring him in as an emergency drop off at three times the cost at least. Made the appointment anyway for a month later hopefully he makes it.

Ms. Lily (7 1/2 year old cat), was seen by Dr Tami Rosich, on March 22, 2021, and follow up April 26, 2021. She was very knowledgeable about what to do for Ms. Lily and discussed all treatment options for hyperthyroidism and heart disease. She also was great for helping me understand preventive care what’s needed and what’s not needed at this time for dental care. She helped me understand blood work importance how it could detect hyperthyroidism and kidney issues detection. I feel she care about Ms Lily and didn’t just care about the money. I think she makes this clinic great and I will continue seeing her. Ms. Lily is doing great on her thyroid medication, and Tami Rosich will monitor to see if anything else is needed.

They said to be there at 8am to be seen right away because my cat is urinating blood. I got there right at 8am and they said Oops we can't see her we're booked to go to the er. This was the best vet office and the vets are AMAZING till covid hit. Now it seems like they are always over booked and you can't get in at all.

They've been taking good care of my dog for 9 years now. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & kind. I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because my favorite veterinarian retired. There are less expensive places to go but, I trust Dr Rosich to help keep my Furson healthy.
