The ladies at the front desk was rude and they gave me an estimate of 65 dollars and it ended up being 100 dollars one of the ladies even yelled at my dog because he was squirming while trying to put his collar on as for the hair cut they did a good job would not recommend unless you want to deal with rude people

Friendly and affordable! Took my 3 dog's for a nail trim just over 30 dollars total for all 3 dog's.

My Lily Brave has never looked so good. They did the cut exactly like I asked and were so friendly. I will recommend the Poodle Nook for grooming to all my friends.

After taking my Maltipoo to this Groomer after they hired a man to do comb outs, the groomer just handed her over to him and I was hesitant because she had never had a man groom her. She was there over six hours and when I picked her up she literally jumped from the floor and came flying over the counter into my arms (thank goodness I caught her). She was shaking and terrified. I have never gone there again. I was treated very rudely. I could go on about my previous dog, but I’ll let it be, just know I loved Lulu with all my heart and soul.

The poodle nook has a rude staff. I wouldn't go there again.

The employees are very polite and helpful, Everytime I've gone there, the products are well made, and in stock. The employees are "ALWAYS" very informative, knowledge of the products very helpful. Truly appreciate supply Hardware. My go to place ????

My vet was not accepting nail trimmings so I was referred to the Poodle Nook. I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to take my dog back right away, and did his nails fast and allowed me to hold him due to him being very anxious. She did a great job. I will definitely be coming back.

If you are a type of parent who doesn’t care about what the groomer would do to your babies without your permission, this is the place for you, if you do care stay away, because even if they are matted we as their parents have all the rights to know everything before the grooming decides to shave them down completely.

Bad experience....bad customer service from the lady front desk, they lost my dog's file card, cheap file card, they hurt my dog, I don't recommend this ugly place.

I have been a customer for 15 years. I moved a few times and tried other groomers on occasion, (because they were closer). Poodle Nook is the best. The Poodle Nook's Awesome Service is worth the drive. They love animals and what they do. This is the only place I trust to give good care to my little one.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had. I spent 65 dollars for my dog to be shaved unevenly (but apparently not bathed) and for my poor baby to come home with a terrible rash on her belly, and her ears irritated. I call to explain why I'm upset and I'm greeted with a terrible attitude and no refund options, so now I have to go back in for it to be rectified and hope that they won't screw her up more. I will NEVER return to this hole in the wall, and I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family not to EVER come here. Terrible hair cut, terrible rashes, terrible attitudes.

I have been bringing my dogs to Rachel for 14 years. The oldest was a puppy when I first brought her in and PetSmart groomer told me my puppy was uncontrollable. I stopped by Poodle Nook and told her what happened and she said bring her in, we'll see what the issue is. Rachel knew just how to control my "wild" puppy. Five years later we adopted one of Rachel's rescues and now both dogs feel right at home at Poodle Nook. I highly recommend them.
